    Spoke to the team at switch, pleasantly surprised that the owner Andy came straight to the phone, very polite and professional. Came over without any delay. Was able to give me a quote instantly and got my property sorted very quickly - Andy is very commercially aware and quotes on doing the job properly the first time. I don’t need to find any more reliable plumbers / engineers - I’ll always go back to Andy and the team at switch (He’s also going to be looking after my rentals now) - Thanks everyone.     Ive had Switch service my home on a number occasions now and im always pleased with their results. The receptionist is pleasant and efficient and the plumbers do an amazing job. Ive had issues with my toilets, boiler, water pressure system and other things and without fail Switch have dealt with the issues perfectly (with no issues since). They fast as they can be. Genuinely pleased - its nice to have a company nowadays still run like a well oiled machine during covid times.

    PHRC are a great company to deal with. A prompt & courteous response from Emma within 30mins of posting on checkatrade convinced us that this was the company to use. A service & safety check was booked in promptly for same week as engineer was in that area. Cost was extremely competitive. A text confirming he was en route & a report via email, complete with photographs of the air flow system was sent immediately. We will certainly be using PHRC for a yearly maintenance check & a reminder has been arranged via PHRC

    Booked online on September 24th, took Emma 3 days to call and arrange an appointment. Then I received a sms message from them yesterday(5th October)at 10am saying the booking was all ok. However, received a phone voicemail(5th October) saying the Engineer has had to go home ill, so therefore they were not able to carry out the booking. Just called them to see if they had any other engineer available and was told no. Booked the day off work and traveled up from the south to be here. Disgusting service - avoid!

    Water tank leak 10pm Sunday evening, rang Andy fast response great help, gave advice over the phone, but i'm not confident with water. He came out no problem and helped me out, fast efficient and friendly service. Excellent care, would highly recommend

    Had a problem with my Ideal Vogue c32 boiler. Called this company and they quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Will use again without hesitation.

    I needed a new shower and washer for the bathroom wash basin. A plumber came out within a couple of hours diagnosed the problem and took photos of the job. An estimate arrived the same day. Once agreed a date was set for the job to be done. Mark came on time, did the job and tidied up taking away the old shower and packaging and left the bathroom as he found it. Highly recommend this company, the staff are friendly, Emma in the office is cheerful and efficient and the prices are very fair. I shall certainly use them again. Sue Faller

    PHRC (switch plumbing and heating) were fantastic! Andy and his team were able to arrange and fit our new boiler within 2 days when we were really stuck. The team were all lovely to speak to, professional and knew their stuff. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    On the day my daughter moved into a property, she had no heating or hot water. Former owner had sold property with a dodgy boiler despite paperwork to the contrary.Andy came that night and did a repair with no call put charge. We decided to get a new boiler and after a quote from Switch went with them . Mark came and fitted it. Very professional. No mess. Cannot fault these guys.

    Did a decent job but couldn't finis ith. Charged £550 to remove 5 radiators and a small sink. 3.5 hours seems excessive. Won't be using again.

    We used Switch last year to fit a new boiler. We discovered on moving into our new house that the boiler wasn’t functioning. They gave us an urgent appointment 2 days later which was very appreciated! We’ve just had them back to service our boiler and I’m really impressed. Would recommend

    Upon 1st visit to my home it seemed very promising as the boiler engineer detected a 2nd fault with my boiler.I was offered another appointment by the management company on behalf of my insurance company today 06.07.2022.as we both work full time I again arranged for a member of my family to be in my house for access. The engineer came out fitted the 2nd part and left after about 1hr 20 minutes.upon me coming in from work I tried the hot water everything ok just a bit of air amongst the hot water then tried the heating and nothing.im baffled as to why the engineer would leave without trying both the hot water and the heating are working? Therefore yet another appointment will need to be made to accommodate the problem with no heating.........unfortunately I've not had much trust in tradesman in general in the past........

    My 89 year old mother had concerns about her boiler. I contacted Switch who I have used for a number of years. They were very quick to respond in the first instance, then came round to check the boiler within two days. They did a full check on the boiler and more importantly reassured my mother that the boiler was fine and that she was perfectly safe. I cant speak too highly about this company, excellent service.

    What a lovely, professional business! Andy visited to have an initial look at what needed doing - he couldn't have been more helpful, giving us advice and recommendations for things. The quote came through quickly and had the work booked within days of the initial callout. All jobs were done on the same day - everyone who came into the house was very professional, very tidy and happy to have a quick chat whenever we popped in and out of the kitchen. All the rubbish was taken away on the same day and everyone I've spoken to has been lovely and so quick to respond to queries. Genuinely impressed :-)

    Phoned at 7.30am on a Saturday because our boiler wasn't working. It was a simple fix, and after a quick troubleshooting session over the phone we have hot water and heating again without having to pay for a call out. The least I could do is come on here to recommend this friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable engineer!

    Switch were excellent from start to finish. Super responsive, clear in all communication and quick to book in the work. This experience continued when Mark, the plumber, arrived. He arrived right on time, was courteous, polite and incredibly helpful. He did an excellent, careful job and made sure he cleaned up after himself. The tap looks great and works like a dream. I would recommend Switch to anyone and we will use them again.
