Staff are very pleasant, and quality of service is noticeably nicer than most places I've been to. Would easily consider eating here whenever I had the chance.

The Panorama Portico is my preferred place to stay in Juba. The staff is great, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is good, the prices are competitive and it is a very safe place to stay. Two things to note: there is another hotel near the airport with virtually the same name, so when inviting someone to meet you one has to be explicit about which one. Second, it is best to pay in US dollars, but the bills must free of any marks or tears at all! This pertains to any USD used in South Sudan.

Stayed a week here, the staff are very helpful, rooms are clean, the rooms have good space, with a small balcony. I was moved to a room with a much smaller bathroom, which I didn't fancy, but the room worked. The Booking was B&B, the breakfast is ok, they have a buffet, offering a variety of food, and lighter options like cereal. The a la carte menu is good, they offer Ethiopian and other common restaurant combinations, their meat options are very tasty and reasonably priced. Missing a swimming pool to cool down in the heat. They have a fitness room, minimal equipment, but enough for cardio and weight training πŸ˜‚. Don't know much about location, but they are near a number of general stores, if you forget toothpaste, a store is close by and they open early.

Stayed here over a month. The friendly and helpful staff were the highlight of the hotel. Very responsive to queries and calls for assistance throughout my stay. Mediocre wifi (but generally able to get some connection almost all of the time), quiet, good AC, comfy bed. Highlights of the breakfast buffet were fresh watermelon and pineapple, fresh juice and omelettes made to order. Pancakes and French toast were also near daily stars of the menu. The only coffee included is nescafe though brewed coffee was always on the a la carte menu. Didn't order room service after the first 2 weeks but there are plenty of pizza, veggie burgers and Indian dishes for vegetarians. Hotel gym is small but functional - has 2 good treadmills among other equipment. Good location relative to the airport. I stayed in 3 different rooms during my time in Panorama, the room pictures are from a room on the sixth floor which I believe are the hotel's largest accommodations (and were far more than enough to accommodate my needs). Would happily stay here again.

Great place in Juba. Staff is extremely helpful, joyful and they are just nice people. They hosted us in a best possible way. The restaurant is really tasty. Rooms are basically equipped but with hot water and balcony. I wish every hotel has such a good approach to its guests.

Probably one of the best hotels in Juba where you experience true African hospitality. Wide range of food to choose from and very cordial to serve you. Staff grooming are commendable. I would recommend for stay while you are there in Juba.

I’ve spent several months of my life here. To many in fact. Foot sucks and it is β€œthe military hotel” for the local senior officers. As with anywhere in Juba just assume your being listened to in any hotel room.

😐 I lodged here for 3 days in October 2019. 120 USD/day includes breakfast and few laundry items washed daily. Breakfast is a bit disappointing. The room is good enough, with AC and hot water in the shower. Good WIFI with the same log-in in the room and in the public spaces. Very large restaurant menu...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Nice and quiet. Good food, friendly staff. Perhaps not the most posh accommodation, but the rooms are clean, and your things are safe.
