We were passing through on our way to QLD. It did the job we needed it to, which was have a bed for the night that wasn't flash, reasonably quiet and comfortable.

Booked by work. Room was alright, older and lighting is dim but clean. Really noisy with the kids of the owners playing outside the rooms for most of the time I was awake (I’m on nights - it was a weekend). There’s no “do not disturb sign” I could find and had someone coming into the room while I slept during the day, and also the next day despite it being check out day had someone come in to clean at 9.27am while I was still in, and again at 9.50am. Check out is supposedly at 10 which is when I had my taxi booked for, got tired of dealing with this so ended up waiting in the rain for my taxi.

Clean, well presented rooms although they might be a little out dated for an over night stay the price you pay you cannot beat the Abraham Lincoln. Our room was roomy, clean, bathroom was lovely and the beds were comfortable. For $130 a night, what else would you want?. Also, quiet, had no dramas and the location was great for a night out in the town. Will definitely be back.

Very clean and comfortable room. Bed is good. They supply all the essentials and have mini bar with snacks and kitchenette with toaster, microwave and kettle including cutlery, plates and drinkware. Short distance to main part of town. Quiet location. Very friendly proprietors and giving me a late check was much appreciated. Highly recommend. Value for money.

Nothing to fault, very clean, and updated room. Did not expect such a nicely presented room for the price.

Family Operated. Lovely people. The room, bathroom, bed, linen, electrical appliances, air-conditioning/heating and furnishings were immaculately clean and of quality standard. I am impressed with what great value we recieved. When we visit Tamworth we will definitely stay at the ALM again.

My mum posted this on Facebook and she's not very tech savvy so I thought I'd copy and post here: I would just like to give a good wrap to the motel we stayed at recently.It is called the Abraham Lincoln in Tamworth.We have just spent 3 weeks travelling in NT,we have stayed in some really nice rooms up there but we found the AL in Tamworth was an extreemly comfortable room and it was very well equiped with everything you could want for an overnight stay. It was not expensive and it was not brand new but it was a very good motel room .Thank you Abraham lincoln.

Good reception. Water pressure excellent in the shower. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Actually cleaned rooms every day. Good WiFi. Netflix, stan etc on smart TV's. Happy to work with tradies and room swapping. Good price

The gentleman In charge went above and beyond for our family . Sorted our room at short notice with a happy disposition. The kids enjoyed the pool . The motel is central and quiet .
