I
have
stayed
in
many
Mercure
hotels
across
Indonesia
and
across
the
world.
Safe
to
say
this
Mercure
is
my
least
favorite.
Number
1,
the
most
important
issue:
while
almost
all
Accor
hotels
are
committed
to
eliminating
plastic
by
providing
water
refill
stations,
this
Mercure
has
the
audacity
to
still
use
bottled
mineral
waters,
and
worse,
they
charge
you
if
you
ask
for
more.
Second
issue:
sub-par
in-room
dining
option,
and
pretty
sloooooow
serving
time.
I
understand
that
during
my
stay
the
staff
might
be
overwhelmed
by
a
wedding
event
-
but
my
forgiveness
was
nullified
when
they
SERVED
THE
WRONG
ORDER
(I
asked
for
chicken
tomyum
soup,
and
they
served
seafood).
I
could
not
bear
to
wait
another
hour
just
for
them
to
mess
up
again,
so
I
just
gave
up
and
eat
what
i
can.
Issue
number
three:
terrible
parking
allocation
to
the
point
you
will
have
to
use
their
free
vallet
service
and
they
will
park
your
car
outside
the
hotel
area.
Will
take
5
to
10
minutes
for
them
to
get
your
car
ready.
Yet
despite
all
the
dissatisfaction
I
still
try
to
complement
one
good
thing:
great
breakfast
option
and
modern
room
design.
Location
wise
is
also
not
great,
no
convenience
store
or
dining
option
in
proximity.
