Positive: 1. New hotel, clean linen, comfort bed, good working gym equipment, cooperative security personnel, and thanks to Audel in restaurant for her kindness. Need improvement: 1. Breakfast menu is so-so compare with other Mercure hotel (TB Simatupang, Adisucipto Yoga). 2. The lift got problem several times during our stay (4 nights) especially during busy hours; need also to put sign in the lift to explain the floor marking. 3. Parking is too limited. 4. The room is poor in its sound proof. I can heard too many noises from outside (stay on 11th floor) and can heard someone snoring from the room next door.

Had a pleasant stay here, it's a new building so I have no complaint about the furnitures and sheets since they're brand new, the pool is clean I think it's around 10x2.5m they provided towels so you don't have to bring your own from your room. The foods was fantastic, you should try their croissants! I would give 9.8/10 can be 10 if the hotel would work with their low water pressure. Everything is nice. Room of fantastic beautiful staff is great. I’m a light sleeper , the noise from the main road disturbed my sleep at 6 am. The rest is fine. Maybe will try other room at the other side not facing the main road. Breakfast staff Aina was so attentive

Nice business hotel with friendly staff. Located next to Primaya Hospital. Has a small well equipped gym with roof top pool. One of the two lifts was not working during the stay. Nice casual dining options. Overall a pleasant stay.

I have stayed in many Mercure hotels across Indonesia and across the world. Safe to say this Mercure is my least favorite. Number 1, the most important issue: while almost all Accor hotels are committed to eliminating plastic by providing water refill stations, this Mercure has the audacity to still use bottled mineral waters, and worse, they charge you if you ask for more. Second issue: sub-par in-room dining option, and pretty sloooooow serving time. I understand that during my stay the staff might be overwhelmed by a wedding event - but my forgiveness was nullified when they SERVED THE WRONG ORDER (I asked for chicken tomyum soup, and they served seafood). I could not bear to wait another hour just for them to mess up again, so I just gave up and eat what i can. Issue number three: terrible parking allocation to the point you will have to use their free vallet service and they will park your car outside the hotel area. Will take 5 to 10 minutes for them to get your car ready. Yet despite all the dissatisfaction I still try to complement one good thing: great breakfast option and modern room design. Location wise is also not great, no convenience store or dining option in proximity.

Definitely one of the best hotels to stay in Tangerang region. The food is delicious. And the services is good.

One of my best experience staying in Jakarta, friendly staff, very accommodating and polite . I’ve asked for late check out due to my flight has been delayed by 5 hours and they were willing to let me stay until 2.30pm. That’s just so amazing! Thank you so much Hotel Mercury. Highly recommended

The food has lots of choices, it's not boring, the prices are appropriate, the condition of the restaurant is also clean. From the room it was also quite good and thank God the stay had no problems. And thanks to Gebrina Wellasty for providing the best facilities during my stay.

Located near the Jakarta-Tangerang toll road, this hotel is strategically placed. My experience of this hotel is average at best. Rooms were small to my liking, but comfortable at least as expected from an Accor branded hotel. Staff service were pretty standard, and would attend to your needs but lacking somewhat the “personal” touch. Breakfast was ok, a reasonable spread that caters to both Western & Asian tastes. Given the opportunity I would only consider this hotel for its location only.

I think this hotel punches above its weight (star) class. Room was very nice, bed is nice and blanket is very soft to the touch, not to mention electric outlets are everywhere! The sofa in front of the bed is also a very nice touch. Breakfast is overall okay, hot food selection is a bit limited (taste is not bad though!) but the dessert section is very nice! Overall very recommended and will stay again!

Smooth and fast check in/check out by Irffan and Selvy, it's definitely one of my fav hotel in south tangerang. Comfy and brand new design, perfect for any small gatherings, staycation etc My personal preference is the executive suites and I will definitely stay here again in a near future. Regards Mr Jacky

Although the room claimed to be a bit smaller, but the interior design was very nice and impressive. The service by the doorbell and the receptionist was also very nice and warmhearted. Nice view from rooftop swimming pool.

Overall great. Prompt service, polite, room is clean and proper, new interior, have pool & gym also. Only downside is parking lot is very small

I only stayed for 1 night but the experience was incredible! The service was excellent, especially services from Mas Anzar at the restaurant, very helpful, and kind! The front office staffs and engineering staff also very helpful. But, for me the variety on the breakfast buffet wasn’t much, also the pastries are not as good as i expected, i cant even finish it:( Overall all good and i definitely will come back!

my second time staying here and everything was amazing. the room was very clean and I really love the design. the pool has a really good view too. the service and the food also very nice! will stay here again for sure!

Clean room and very good services. The fried rice was so delicious. But the parking area not really wide so we must use vallet. The location is easy to find coz it's located in the main road.

I love the hotel. It is new, beautiful and comfortable. The meeting room is also comfortable. The duvet and sofa in the room have a beautiful and soft color. The sliding door in front of the basin is cool. The food is good and the swimming pool is great for kids and a lot of spot Instagram able perfect!

Room rates are affordable. Room's ambience, restaurant and swimming pool are quite cozy and comfortable. Suitable for families or couples, although parking lots are very limited, less than 20 space.

This Accor branch hotel does not seem to recognize Accor Live Membership. As a Platinum member I was denied any room upgrade.

Had a 3D 2N stay for business trip at Mercure Tangerang Centre. Overall my experience was great. The room was clean and I'm impressed with the interior design, although the sofa and table position were... Unique, I might say. The only thing problem I had was the empty bath gel and shampoo bottle in the bathroom. The meeting room (Citarum) was very pleasant, and we were quite impressed by the huge presentation screen that was provided by the hotel. Food and beverages (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee break) tasted nice. They serve a wide range of menu, those that stood out for me were their creme brulee, tahu telur, and tahu gejrot. One of their staff members asked me to write a review on Google, so here it goes.. Keep up the good work!
