Slow response to patient. But the most annoying part is in the administration desk. So many officer on duty but it still takes more than 3-4hours till you get you turn. If you lucky, if you dont lucky you will come back again tomorrow and start over again.

i ve bad experience with this hospital, my mom is being hospitalized here, and the doctors didnt even come on time (dr. Romy & Ade), the nurses didnt know anything, not helpful at all, too late process the patients

The adm system is good enough especially for BPJS customer, but I have a bad experience with the neurotical doctor, very bad attitude, speak with high intonation and doesn't respect the customer, hopefully will never back to this hospital

I think rs annisa is hospital grade C that have quality service grade A. The hospital is crowded because of number of patients bpjs, so the response lil bit slow.

Seem good development for management and facility. BPJS is receivable here and many insurances. But, take too long at registration. They also bad for customer oriented.

My wife give a birth my daughter on 15 june in here.and i want to give my thanks for all the nurse and doctor that already help my wife especially for Dr.Farida and Nurse Nya on 3th Floor.they help my wife with full smile and sincere.the minus maybe only for the security team.we already get the info from the reception that we got 2 person for take care the patient but the fact they said ITS only 1 person.how come the communication between reception and security team so bad.i cant go to work because of this.

The worst service for Antigen and PCR. You need to wait 45 minutes for registration and then need to pay at IGD cashieer wich are not in one spot. You need to walk 100 m from registration to IGD Cashier and then you have to go to 3rd floor for do the antigen or PCR at laboratories. And I need 1 hour until they called my name... what such wasting so much time..!!!
