My first daughter born here, they have good doctors, nice and friendly staff, affordable and reliable..official parking area is too small but you can park your car across the street parking lot and this is huge(can accommodate 100 cars maybe).. The reason i choose this clinic is because they are honest for everything when you are doing maternity consultation.. the cons only the area is so small (update aug 2019, they are expanding the area now, great!).. be aware with your appointment because this clinic is very strict with that one, after you made the appointment make sure you recheck and ask again how you will be handled once you get in to the waiting line, don't hesitate to ask because so many people having bad experiences with the appointment maybe just because of their misunderstanding, this is small clinic you know everything is family-based handling..

The Obstetricians and pediatricians clinic for every newly parents to be! This clinic is very popular among the millennials parents specially in Tangerang Selatan area however, there’s any patient too come from far area like bekasi, depok, etc, the doctors is good and professional the doctor asisstant (nurse) is very kind too, the price is economical with top quality medicines, they having a mini food court in the center area, and the downside is the queing managment, waiting time for checking up, waiting time for administration things, waiting time for cashier, and that’s happend because of the high demands for this clinic.

Went there because my son has a fever . We booked an appoinment and they said to come around 10am . And when we came its already line up no.4 . An hour later we're still waiting and they said it still no.4. The nurse is really nice. The doctor is just okay What you could improve is the front desk/registration people should called us to said that it still long line up and dont make my sick son waiting for too long for 1.5 hours. So we can come later and dont wait in the clinic.

Had wonderful experiences as a new patient here. The doctors are supportive and communicative. Especially dr.Riyana. She’s very understanding, willing to listen carefully and explained everything in a clear manner. The staffs were also friendly and helpful. My kids really love to visit this place coz it’s kids friendly.

Nice service, new place, bigger and better facilities

BWCC is a new building with completed facilities for mom and baby medical needed. They have lots of pediatrician and obgyn because its their speciality. Overall doctors who practice here is kind and give us good explanation about our case. The most imortant is their charge is very affordable. But I think they need improvement in parking area. Sorry, I edited my review because when I need to ask the doctor via chat clinic, they don't answer until 3 days and i don't want to follow up again. Last week, the doctor said if I want to ask anything, I can chat clinic but it doesn't work. Thanks.

I was here about 2-3 weeks ago with my son. Pros: - The location is strategic (eventhough the parking space is limited) - The security officers and front officers are friendly and helpful - The clinic is clean - The playing ground is nice - The price is reasonable - The pediatrician is nice, friendly, and explained everything asked - Rational Use of Medicine Cons: Eventhough the nurses are friendly, but what shocked me was they're sort of glued to their mobile phones. And even more shocking to me, the nurse even managed to take a peek on her mobile a couple of times inside the exam room while the pediatrician and I talked about my son's symptoms. Before we went inside, there was 1 family having trouble to take care of their toddler (1 - 1,5 y.o) She was on the top of the big slide which has 2-3 access to go up/down. And she kept on running around, which made it harder to catch her. The nurses saw that happening, but they kept playing with their mobile phones, instead helping the mother. Appreciate if the management could take a look at this as this is not a pleasant thing to see. Thank you!

Clean place, kids friendly off course, pro normal delivery, vbac. Recommended clinic for mom and kids. The lack is only limited parking lot.

A very nice place for children and parents. BWCC Bintaro has many recommended doctor schedule options, friendly and informative staff. There is a huge enough play area for children, making our children feel comfortable and happy while waiting. Really looking forward to have the next pregnancy and labor experience in here. 😊
