was
quite
upset
with
today
service
in
this
hospital.
Initially
we
booked
for
the
appointment
with
Dr
Donny
(Dokter
anak)
at
10am.
We
had
waited
in
the
hospital
since
10am
but
unfortunately
the
doctor
was
not
coming
yet.
Then,
the
Doctor
came
at
around
1020,
but
there
was
no
consultation
after
his
coming,
heard
from
a
small
talk
between
him
and
the
nurse,
he
didnt
want
to
use
the
available
room
for
consultation,
he
was
prefer
to
use
the
occupied
room,
used
by
another
doctor.
We
needed
more
time
to
wait.
At
around
1050,
we
decided
to
inform
with
the
nurse
to
cancel
the
appointment.
This
another
problem,
we
already
informed
the
nurse
to
cancel
the
appointment,
but
the
nurse
didnt
not
proceed
this
cancellation
with
other
stakeholders,
impacted
to
the
hanging
insurance
claim
status
with
insurance
company
(we
just
noticed
this,
when
we
did
an
appointment
with
other
hospital
and
CS
mentioned
that
there
was
hanging
unsettled
payment
for
our
insurance
card)
