Very bad services, especially their customer service and registration counter

Visited the hospital with my family today (June 20, 2023). The online registration system and doctors are OK. However, the parking was so messy where the staff would just ask Rp.3000 for each bike without even care whether the space is available or not. So much for the city's central hospital. Moreover, the customer service staff should be reprimanded for their poor behaviour to the patients, such as playing with their cellphone while the patients were talking.

I can tell it still in Good maintenance, just need some extra. Especially in security and guards or a Frontliner help desk. For a Govermental hospital in south tangerang it's enough to give 4 stars.

The queue is long, depending on what day it is. But they are so quick to call each patient to register on the registration desk. Waiting for the medicine is also considered quick in my opinion. But the attitude of the employees are a big NO NO. they dont greet us with good morning/ask us where are we going when we came into the hospital. The security is not friendly as well, i asked him where the other functioning toilet is bc the toilet on the ground floor is not working (look, this is government-owned hospital, why didnt they repair the toilet?!) and he kept saying that the toilet works properly. I was like "dude if it works i wouldnt ask you anyway" Big SIGH. The staffs are rude let alone the nurse inside the psychiatrist room. Overall i give 2 stars because their staffs' attitudes are horrible AF but the queue for the medicine is top notch.

A hospital should not be this dirty. And the parking is very disorganised.

Their service are great eventhough patients are everywhere. Friendly and helpful. It could be great if the cleanliness and lights in general are upgrades

Registration is on Monday. Thursday until 11.00 and Friday until 11.00. 10.00 o'clock...

The patient was admitted to the emergency room and thank God I was helped to arrange BPJS which was free from the South Tangerang city government, the requirements were easy as long as they met and if there were dependents it could be paid in installments so it really helped us, thank you Tangsel City RSU.

Several days ago my gout flared up. Actually, today I'm still not feeling well but I forced myself to walk, it turned out that on the way the pain was unbearable, I felt like I was almost fainting... thank God, right in front of the Tangerang Regional Hospital I turned in, after parking it was so difficult to get off the motorbike due to the pain. After arriving at the emergency room there was a doctor who immediately approached and asked about my complaint, after I explained the situation I was experiencing and I asked the doctor whether I could use BPJS? The doctor immediately told me that he could use BPJS and immediately invited him to sit down and carry out blood pressure checks etc. in a friendly, agile, helpful manner... the paramedics and security on duty were really friendly, alert, agile and very helpfull. Even though I used BPJS, I still received very good treatment... what I remember was that the doctor was called Doctor Febby Cindy... Thank you to Doctor Febby, paramedic, CS, emergency room security at South Tangerang Hospital for providing the best service. Hopefully it can be an inspiration and a good example for other hospitals. Once again, thank you.

My wife had nutritional control with Doctor Dian and Doctor Monita, the service was good and accurate.

My brother was born at the Tangsel hospital, because his parents had ID cards in Tangsel, so before he went home he could arrange a certificate for his baby and here he could also get free BPJS from the Tangsel government with several requirements which I thought were easy and not complicated.

I went to Urology with Dr. Imam and very good service. Emergency services are fast now as long as they are followed according to procedures and because many people are seeking treatment, you have to be patient and they will definitely be handled well.
