A new hangout place, filled with many instagrammable spots. Marchand has space for workspace, food & beverage, hobbies, art & craft. So many upstart brands and it has a good vibe

Just soft opening couple days ago. Marchand Hype Station located beside Fresh Market Emerald Bintaro. The concept are multiple kiosks with industrial designed and interesting murals which can be considered as a unique photo spot. There are 3 floors plus rooftop. Tenants are vary: foodie, fashion, photo studio etc. Temperature check with automated thermal scanner, hand sanitizer and social distancing guidance in the lobby also at seating area. Masker is must, all staff and tenants wear mask. Some foodie tenants and fashion has joined and opened. Other facilities: unique toilet 🚻 in every floors, musholla for women at 2nd floor while for men at 3rd floor, live music, lift, escalator, stairs skateboard park, instagram photo spots. Parking lot within the building and another area beside Alfamidi which connected to another gate. Washtafel in every corner of each floor. Pasar Santa Jakarta Selatan style with more modern and more clean! More local brand inside here. I like the vibe of this place it feels different, youth and energetic because of many art stuff and things inside this place.

Came here to get some donuts from Donat Bahagia and was in a long queu. Nice 3 storey place with many choices of food and drinks, though many shops have closed down.

The concept of this place is interesting, like market with full of foods n drinks, the interior also very instagramable with full of mural. They also sell some cloth, n sometimes they have an interesting events

Culinary station at Bintaro area, placed in Emerald district which makes it easy to reach. Mural arts inside out, lots of spot for your hype photos. It is open now.

The initial concept might be a shophouse for various kinds of restaurants. But maybe the lack of promotion means less buyers know and the sellers are gradually disappearing. It needs a breakthrough to enliven it. This shophouse is helped by the existence of a dance studio and a vocal academy. , mixue and blessing donuts.

It's become a perfect place for painting class

Man... This place try so hard to replicate Pasar Santa at their core, but believe me man... The hype is already die... Nobody want to spend 30k for a simple snack... Too overpriced. The parking lot is too small and narrow, the tenant selection is not that good if you considering the "bang for the buck" factor.

It has potential. Some interesting establishment are available. Including our favorite Steak Industry is located on the building's 3rd floor. Currently still lack of tenants, but I'm sure it's only a matter of time. The only drawback is the temperature. It's a semi outdoor establishment. It can feel hot sometimes. Take selther at a restaurant or coffee place to cool off.
