Would say their hygiene standard is satisfactory especially in this pandemic. The staff are friendly and the hair stylist is helpful, willing to discuss about the right hair style and stuff.

i’ve been to this salon multiple times for haircut, hair spa, and wash and blow. the place is very clean and their service is very amazing, they’ll offer you free drinks and their head massage during wash is one of the things that make me a loyal customer. i always get my haircut done by kak zura, shes lovely and very precise. she’ll also offer you advice on what will suit you. most importantly, all of the staffs are nice and friendly. i definitely recommend to go here💗

First timer here! Saw an ads at Instagram then check their review on Gmaps. It was actually too good to be true for 4.9 rating..haha.. My experience: Starting from making appoinment by WA and they were very responsive. When I arrived, they wash my hair immediately (no waiting time at all). Then Mas Iwan (hair stylish) cut my hair after doing some discussion. He listened very well but also gave some advice due to my hair condition. After the cutting process, they blow my hair and later Mas Iwan came to check again and put the final touch to my hair. The saloon condition was so clean and they have very polite and informative staffs. For all the experince I had, 5☆ from me. Gonna come back for sure to try other services they have.

I sent my eleven year old daughter there for the second times. She wanted a simple hair cut, trimp abit handled by Iwan. He handled her very well and cut her hair as she told with profesional. Abit crowded maybe because of Friday consider weekend. Since location in ruko for me the hair cut price is quiet expensive. She had hair cut and dried hair, no styling, no wash shampoo. Because she washed at home. But the service were very good. Cashier and staffs so welcome and friendly. Thanks 🙏

Second time visiting Eich Salon for haircut with zura. The service they offer is excellent, and they do deserve the 5 stars. This salon has excellence hygiene standard. When customers came, they will be asked to wash their hands first before entering the salon. Staffs also disinfect seats before letting customers sit. Every staff also wear masks and never take it off. They also have the best service compared to salons I've ever visited. Staffs are friendly and also give nice advice and styling tips. For haircut, I paid 175k and it includes hairwash, a short head massage during hairwash, haircut, and simple hairstyling. They don't charge extra for having your hair styled after haircut. Plus, staffs also offer complimentary drink such as chocolate milk, sweet tea, and sari kacang hijau. To visit this salon, you have to book a reservation first through whatsapp. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I definitely will come again to have other treatment.

I went there to have my damaged hair treated and I really appreciated how Zura (stylist) checked my hair and advised which treatment must be used. Siti, the one who did my treatments, was very friendly and accommodating. She showed each product that will be used and explained the process. The place was clean and hygienic, too. 🙂
