Very rude on the phone. They hung up the phone on me twice before telling me (in perfect English), ''sir, no one speaks English here.' I quickly called three other clinics, whom all spoke English and gave me great help. I went to arts dental at lippo mall. They even gave me a discount because of my bad experience with Natura Dentica

I had a complete treatment of my below teeth made by Dr Elmend. The result is very good and Dr Elmend has always been very friendly and accomodating for the payments. I regret to not folloe wih him for the upper part because I had to move far from his place. Many thaks to him snd his staff. Philippe Eurin

I went there one time when I had to go for dental check up. The clinic is run by professionals and the service was excellent like i couldn't believe. The people are so friendly and the ambience is so warm and friendly. I would like to get back there one day again for my next dental check up.

The clinic is run professionally by the doctors and staffs. With efficient booking system, I did not need to wait for too long during my last visit. The doctors here are also very skilled and they were willing to explain the treatment they gave to me. One thing to take note is you may need to book far in advance to consult with certain doctors.

dr El is excellent dentist. He took the time the time to explain every procedure he was doing and always provide valuable advice. Their staff also super kind and fast response. My sincere recommendation and reference to visit Natura Dentica, if you have any dental problem.
