Stayed here 2 nights for purposes in the Kalideres area, West Jakarta. At that time there was a really cheap Traveloka promo of 200 thousand for 2 nights. The place is comfortable, clean, the AC is cold, and there is warm water. Very strategic location next to J.Co, there is Indomaret, RM Padang, at night there are lots of people selling everything from martabak to meatballs. The staff are friendly, the wifi is really fast. On the 1st floor there is a laundry too. Definitely will come back again!

The location is easy to find according to map coordinates, right next to JCO. Parking is very limited, the receptionist recommends parking on the opposite side of the road separator. Friendly service, fast check-in, but cleanliness needs to be improved. The floor is sticky, the mattress pillows and sheets don't smell good, and need air freshener, the toilet has hot water, the TV doesn't broadcast. It's enough to stay for a while to unwind for a moment..

The view around the hotel is relative to the busy Pearl Batu Ceper residential area and Jalan Raya Tangerang - Jakarta.

The location is very close to the airport and bus station. You can find anything you need just outside the guesthouse (bakery, super Market, food, sim card,...). Ideal place for 1 or 2 nights if you don't want to stay inside the city of Jakarta. There is also a coworking space and WiFi. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Terima kasih!

For good service, wifi is also good, the rooms are actually good for the price of one hundred, clean too, when you enter everything works well, AC, water heater, exhaust fan, but towards evening, the AC doesn't work, 16' is really hot, the exhaust is really noisy When I turned it on, the result was that there was no air circulation, I couldn't breathe, it was really stuffy, there wasn't even a window 😭 in the end I couldn't sleep until 3am 🫠 because I couldn't stand the stuffiness, so after dawn I immediately checked out to go to the airport 😖

Mutiara is great, the place is okay, if you want to find food, there are lots of choices around the hotel, various equipment for bathing is provided, really comfortable staying here, really recommend😘🥰
