Can't wait to stay here

One of the most pleasant place to stay in BSD. Close to various places such as Aeon, The Breeze and toll access. The hotel environment is very comfortable, surrounded by various facilities such as electric/non-electric bicycles, swimming pools and gyms. Staying for 2 days here can also be an experience that won't disappoint. New hotel with rooms which very clean, equipped with Android TV so you can watch YouTube and Netflix Breakfast was also quite satisfying even though there is lack of variation. But i want to mention their concierge service that always friendly and helpful for our need. This place will definitely be one of our considerations if we stay again around BSD

New hotel so very clean and every facility is in good shape. I think that is the only good point of this hotel. I mean the room is nicely decorated but has terrible soundproof, I can clearly heard the conversation next door and they complained through the front desk when our children were too excited at night. Swimming pools are clean and they have kids pool. The adults pool is 1.2m deep so just nice for grown children. But the pool is not very big so can be very crowded during peak hours. The plus point is they have an artificial grass field next to the pool so children can play mini soccer and archery. Parking space is more than enough but you have to walk to the lobby with no shades so can be quite an issue when it’s raining. Check in process is a bit longer, and they have only 2 connecting rooms in every floor so better reserve early if you need it. I found nothing special other than it’s a brand new hotel. If you stay here, make sure to try the Umatis restaurant next door, it’s a decent one and is expanding.

Was an amazing stay! I love how this Ibis Styles BSD provides everything your kid needs; game zone, kids playground, kids pool, and they even provide free bikes/ electric bikes!! Love their food as well. Overall, we had fun there. More about this hotel, please follow my Instagram @nginepsini.

A hotel experience i'd like to have over and over again for sure. The service is friendly, their meals are good, and the night i went there, i got the best burger i've had in my life. I stayed one night in the suite and the room itself is very cozy. There are however, only two minor issues i must address with the room itself; the water temperature of the shower is inconsistent, so at warm setting, the water goes either really cold or really hot. In the end, i just went for the cold option. The second one is a nitpick, the slippers provided in the room is too thin and there is only one pair of them. Overall, i had a really good stay and i'd recommend this hotel highly to anyone staying in BSD. P.s. hair blower is already in the bathroom, and i'd recommend you bring your conditioner because this hotel only has soap and shampoo combined into one.

Stayed here on weekend with entire family, we reserved two connecting rooms and another one room nearby. This new hotel just opened this February and our experience here were beyond expectations. Pros: Smooth check in & check out (special highlight to Anggun for her warmth and professionalism taking care of our needs) Great facilities: buggy to go to parking lots, electric bikes and bicycles for free, swim pool and gym. Kids friendly: children swim pool, children's playground (quite spacious) and children's playroom & games. Rooms were neat and clean and most importantly: they provide BOLSTERS (a very, very thoughtful of them, thank you so much! Not many hotels do so). Other small things that matter, they provide toothpaste in paper (much easier to open and enough use for one day, great idea!). Restaurant: foods were great, various and delicious. The presentation of the food was pretty. They must have a great chef! Last but not least, you don't feel like staying in an ordinary hotel bcs the hotel design was very aesthetic and beautiful. Cons: (more like input perhaps) They provide water dispensers in several areas (each floor). We stayed in another hotel with the same concept, they provide PITCHER in the room and that quite helpful. And they do not provide small towels, which quite important and basic, my wife says. Nevertheless, for a brand-new hotel, Ibis Style BSD was really great and satisfying. Perfect mid-scale family hotel. Hope we can return for a second stay soon!

Nice hotel. The lobby and ambience were great. Luxurious for a 3 star hotel. All staff and service were very nice, helpful and friendly. It’s a new hotel so it was very clean except the toilet. The bidet area under the toilet seat had what it looked like poop stains from the previous guest that weren’t throughly cleaned by housekeeping, the shower drain maybe had something stuck there so when I showered it took forever for the water to go down the drain which made the shower area flood. The room for some reason also had a smell like a musty smell which I don’t know why, but other than that it’s very clean. The wardrobe area or the place to put your clothes and suitcase to be honest is badly designed. When you want to open the suitcase or hang your clothes you’d have to close the bathroom door first since the door blocks the suitcase/wardrobe area when you slide it open which is troublesome. If you want to keep the bathroom door open, you’ll need to use the space from the other side to take clothes from the wardrobe. But apart from that everything is great, especially service. Again, for a 3 star hotel the service is impeccable. Little story, I initially stayed here for 6 nights however 4 nights in I had last minute work to do which meant that I had to leave early. Since I booked a non refundable room, the remaining 2 nights can’t be cancelled and there are no options on the Accor app which I booked on. However, the staff managed to bring my urgent issue to the manager which he kindly offered the remaining 2 nights to be rescheduled to another time, which I greatly appreciate since I’m coming back to BSD later and also for the understanding and professional manager. Location wise it’s pretty good, the surrounding area is just apartment buildings but also quite near to some shophouses. The closest mall is Aeon and The Breeze, however it is sort of in the middle, too far to walk by foot but too close for taxi so your best option would be a Gojek/grab bike. Overall I’m very impressed and a very recommend, value for money hotel in the BSD area.

During our stay at Ibis BSD it was very pleasant, all the employees were friendly. the food for breakfast is also delicious, the hotel is nice, clean, the rooms are comfortable, the swimming pool is also nice. Will be back soon with my family again thank you.

The room was very comfortable, the food was amazing and they have all the facilities that you need! Huge shout out to Firda and Taufik from the restaurant for the amazing service! We stay for a night but we wish we could extend for more few days.
