Was
a
bit
skeptical
when
we
booked
a
2
nights
staycation
at
this
hotel
after
watched
a
youtuber
review.
Decided
to
go
ahead
as
we
had
stayed
at
a
few
other
hotels
in
Serpong
recently.
Was
quite
shock
at
how
courteous
the
reception
and
the
bell
boy
when
we
arrived.
Service
was
one
of
the
downside
pointed
out
by
the
youtuber.
They
ran
out
of
twin
beds
we
booked
but
we
were
upgraded
to
a
bigger
room
with
King
size
plus
30%
discount
at
the
restaurants.
The
TV
program
did
not
work
when
we
tried,
called
the
reception
and
they
sent
someone
to
the
room
and
the
staff
decided
a
technician
was
needed.
We
waited
for
15
mins
and
none
appeared
so
we
left
the
room
for
activities.
When
we
got
back,
the
TV
was
fixed
and
there
was
a
free
cake,
maybe
an
apology
or
some
sort.
On
the
2nd
night
I
decided
to
check
if
the
hotel
had
any
room
service
for
food.
Yeahh!!
Yes
they
did.
The
menu
was
on
a
QR
code
of
a
note
on
top
of
a
table.
The
hotel
had
a
room
service
until
2.30
am
(if
I
am
not
wrong,
but
more
than
1.30
am).
This
is
important
for
me.
So
I
ordered
a
Certified
US
Beef
Angus
Tender
steak
and
Sauteed
Mushroom
Food.
Decided
to
find
a
place
to
smoke
as
my
room
was
a
non-smoking
floor.
To
my
surprise
Mangan
and
Italian
restaurant
in
the
hotel
was
still
open.
Maybe
because
it
was
weekend,
not
so
sure.
The
smoking
area
located
in
between
the
restaurants
was
comfy.
Was
a
nice
change
if
compared
to
Episode
hotel
where
we
stayed
before.
All
in
all,
It's
not
perfect
but
they
tried
to
remedy
the
problems
and
all
of
the
staffs
provided
good
hospitality,
this
is
what
many
other
hotels
of
the
same
star
failed.
