We loved this place, new design and great service. It is by the Main Street that you cannot miss it. Inside the hotel, you also get to choose to enjoy spa, food fitness or swimming. I am not familiar with this area, but it seems still quite empty and under developing. And the speed seems fast. The hotel design is unique, you can see it from afar. The people here are nice. The only thing seems transportation issue. But it may be my own issue.

Nice hotel in serpong with unique design. The room is comfortable and neat. The bathroom has a large bathtub, they also provide bath salt and soaps from boemi, which smells very nice. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini fridge, also welcome fruits. Breakfast has a very wide selections of food, from sushi, roast duck, arabic food, pastries, dimsum. Overall we have a nice stay. Service could be improved though, most of the staffs especially the front desk don't shows the level of cordiality and attentiveness expected from 5 stars hotel

Amazing stay at JHL Solitaire. I was there unexpectedly due to a family emergency. Staff was so kind including Ari and everyone else we encountered. Rooms are nice. Room service was ok while breakfast buffet and the Chinese restaurant were amazing. The gym was also very nice. Overall would highly recommend without reservation.

Stayed 2 nights in the Executive Club room during holidays. One of the best 5-star accommodations in the Tangerang area. Service and hospitality are top-notch, room quality is great, breakfast menu selection is exceptional. Some notable hotel features: sky garden, plenty of restaurants, kids spa, and afternoon tea. Some of the room notable features include: heated automatic toilet seat, electric curtains, great quality bath amenities, freestanding bathtub. The only drawback I found during my stay was outdoor noise is still coming in. I guess the window insulation is not sealed enough. Every single horn and loud motorbike sounds can be heard from inside the room. I've stayed in a hotel near the airport where it was a total silence when an airplane passing by. The walls are also too thin. I can hear the person next door sneezing all morning. It was a great experience overall. Would probably come back again.

We were invited to a wedding party at this hotel. This one set as sit-down party not as standing party. There were only 26 tables with 10 people each. With its reputation I assumed that the hotel would manage. Unfortunately it was not the case. Dishes were delivered late between courses and the servers were not trained well the étiquettes which call for women to be served first, then men, all in clockwise fashion. I saw diverse plating at each meal, mine shrimps with tails husband's no tails, mine 2 small avocado slices husband's 4 slices, mine no fried garlic husband's heaped fried garlic, mine no layered food husband's did have. The swirl or splash patterns of sauce were not making the food appetizing. A disappointing experience indeed. I think the hotel were not ready, not plan ahead of the serving flow at this kind of party. The good side is the food taste good.

Was a bit skeptical when we booked a 2 nights staycation at this hotel after watched a youtuber review. Decided to go ahead as we had stayed at a few other hotels in Serpong recently. Was quite shock at how courteous the reception and the bell boy when we arrived. Service was one of the downside pointed out by the youtuber. They ran out of twin beds we booked but we were upgraded to a bigger room with King size plus 30% discount at the restaurants. The TV program did not work when we tried, called the reception and they sent someone to the room and the staff decided a technician was needed. We waited for 15 mins and none appeared so we left the room for activities. When we got back, the TV was fixed and there was a free cake, maybe an apology or some sort. On the 2nd night I decided to check if the hotel had any room service for food. Yeahh!! Yes they did. The menu was on a QR code of a note on top of a table. The hotel had a room service until 2.30 am (if I am not wrong, but more than 1.30 am). This is important for me. So I ordered a Certified US Beef Angus Tender steak and Sauteed Mushroom Food. Decided to find a place to smoke as my room was a non-smoking floor. To my surprise Mangan and Italian restaurant in the hotel was still open. Maybe because it was weekend, not so sure. The smoking area located in between the restaurants was comfy. Was a nice change if compared to Episode hotel where we stayed before. All in all, It's not perfect but they tried to remedy the problems and all of the staffs provided good hospitality, this is what many other hotels of the same star failed.

The rooms, food and service are great, they make tent inside the room, give a good greeting message in mirror, also welcoming snack for my kids, they also give sahoor when asked. but I have some feedback, I was renting a room 1012 on 16 April 2023, there is something hurt my feet in the carpet infront of the bathroom (near a cracking marble floor below the door), after checking there is some hard wire poking out from carpet, you will notice if you touch and hard to notice if you use your eye, because you need some pressure to feel it (walking above it is enough to make your feet hurt) this is purely on this room 1012 only, maybe the other room are better than this.

This hotel really lived up to all my expectations. The room I stayed in had spectacular views and modern amenities. They also have a very good cleaning team, so the rooms are always clean and tidy. The reception staff is very friendly and always ready to provide information or tourist recommendations. I couldn't ask for a better stay than this!

Just arrived few minutes ago.. and i was amazed by the staffs attitude.. Everyone work in this Hotel are 10000% nice and kids friendly.. Since the room is not ready yet (check in schedule should be 2pm, we arrived 2 hours early 🤪), so we decided having lunch at Mangan All Day Dining Restaurant (JHL Solitaire, 2nd fl). Unexpectedly, we received the same warm welcome from every staffs we met in this restaurant. Never had this experience from other 5 ⭐️ Hotels. What an honor to stay at JHL Solitaire, 5 stars hotel that make us feel so homey .. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Five stars for the AMAZING (included) breakfast that went above and beyond and ranks up there with the best breakfasts I've experienced anywhere in the world, BUT honestly I can't give more than one or two stars only for the hotel itself. Our room and stay were relatively comfortable, but the five star experience promised by JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong was absent. The room had visible dirt and stains in the corners, particularly in the bathroom around the bathtub which were not a natural part of the stone, and room-shakingly loud conference music and announcements that began directly above us at 7.30am interrupting restful sleep and making it nearly intolerable to stay in the room for any amount of time. The television displayed black on all channels until I dug behind it to disconnect and reconnect everything. And then after checkout there was a staff-uniformed employee urinating on the side of the hotel in full view of the front entry. Won't be staying here again.

GREAT value for money, lovely hotel. The rare trees from Africa in the front were a special treat for me, someone interested in plants. The hotel itself is elegant. Good service ethic. Close (very) to a major mall. For a stay in this area, I have stayed at MANY hotels, this is the best.

Different style of taste. All I can say is you must try it. As for the rooms, it is quite noisy when it is full, but that is typical chinese restaurant. I don't like the birthday cheers, it is something too common. I mean a lot of restaurant also do that stereo type like. make something different, too boring.

Surprisingly that me and my wife got personal butler for this time. Agis is very details and helpfull, she is can feels what we needs before we ask. She prepare extra towel and bath room amenities for my nanny, also prepare tend kids for my kids + give her complimentary iced cream. Housekeeping also very friendly and politely when they sent us what we needs, without ringing the bell just slightly knock our door. What a exceptional service that the other 5 star hotel is missing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service from all staff members, including parking staff. I've stayed in many 5 star hotels, but this is the best. The only drawback was the location. Far from mini markets and constant traffic jams during weekdays.

Overall, I had a lovely stay at your hotel, and I appreciate the efforts made by the hotel staff to make it special by upgrading our room. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I felt that the pool size was relatively small, and it limited the space for guests to relax and swim comfortably

Staying at Executive suit. One of the best 5 star hotel I’ve ever stay. Service was excellent and super friendly, food was very nice and properly served. Overall i would personally recommend and go back to this hotel.

I am excited to get to know how is the interior like after i knew that there was a spare room, and it was very well. The best thing is they give bath tub in every room. Also, the facilities are as expected as what every 5 stars in Indonesia could have. No complaints. Recommended

One of the best hotel in this town. Easy access this location. I have invited seminar at Sky Ballroom. Nice view from the top, to see the city. Clean hotel, nice services, good menu and i'm so excited the ambience of the room. It's so clear to hear the seminar, clear the big screen.

Our first time visiting this 5 star hotel in Gading Serpong. Certainly live up the standard of a 5 star hotel, the reception interior is nice & calming. We’re here for a wedding ceremony, the dish they served were delicious as well, one thing to acknowledge is when more than 1 event is being held there, the parking space will be fully occupied & they will send you to the next building to park your car.

We stayed for two nights. Here's the review: (-) Very long check-in time, even though it was booked beforehand. Been asked to wait and will later be contacted at the contact number, but after 30' they were not contacted us, then we queued back to check in. Still not ready and asked to wait back. 50 minutes to check in. (-) Staff not welcoming either on arrival or exit. At all. (-) There is no children's playground that can be accessed for free except at the children's spa. Not much to do with kids in this hotel. (+) salon and restaurant menus are all delicious. Bit pricey but the quality is quite good. Afterall, this hotel is 5 stars for the physical aspect but the hospitality aspect still needs to be improved.

A very pleasant experience for a staycation at JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong. The staff is very helpful and very friendly to the guests. The size of the premiere type room is quite spacious, sufficient lighting, coffee maker is also provided. However, there is something that must be improved when cleaning the room, in the area behind the main door it is very dusty, the window glass still has hand marks, and the drainage system in the bathroom which in my opinion is not good, because after using the shower, water still pools in the area between the bathtub and the shower. Should be given a warning or notice in the window glass for safety reasons, such as is it safe to lean on? bcause I have a baby who is very active and always leans on the window so that makes me worry and have to be extra careful. Breakfast is quite complete and varied. The taste of the food is delicious.

The room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff and good service. There are 2 playgrounds which is free. Location is perfect. However the swimming pool is a little bit small but overall me and my family realy enjoy the experience in JHL for 3days and 2 nights.

Clean room, super comfy bed. The bed and pillow are SUPER comfy that I had to check what pillow brand the hotel use but there was none hahaha. Wish I could buy them-- Would love to have couple of the pillows. As for the lunch package and breakfast, the food were great. Sadly I didn't get the chance to try the sushi they had. ALSO, I found it interesting that the hotel have the Disabled Room choice for Disabled friends. Thoughtful! One thing tho, I wish the hotel wasn't in Tangerang. Lol.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk into the room. High quality rooms (also, you can enjoy tv while soaking in the bathtub). I would like to compliment Front desk staff, Darmawan for being so professional. He is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Unlike several staffs trying so hard not to make an eye contact, and pretend that we're not exist. One staff at executive lounge didn't greet us at all, but she greet everybody else that came to the lounge. Overall, I had a great experience with the JHL Solitaire, room service, security, and Mangan staffs was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The breakfast set was awesome... I was indeed very impressed with the VIP treatment that was given to all who dined in. 5 star plus to all the waiters . And special thanks to chef Fajrin..Since there were too many food options, I was like a lost child trying to unders understand the ingredients before eating. He guided me and event went all out to get me something which is their local delicacy...it was awesome and I love it!

It was a nice and pleasant stay, the room quite spacious and affordable for exec suite. kids love the pool, spa, and the playground at breakfast session in mangan. we would definitely come back for staycation.

Need improvement to ensure voices from neighboring room cannot enter other rooms, this is very displeasing considering its a 5 star hotel. Also need improvement on security, especially on 6th floor where all rooms are not locked (i.e. meeting rooms) and also no security guarding entry points on ground floor. When I enter the premise on 2am, i can go in the hotel without anyone checking, this made we as customer feel insecure as the 5 star hotel is not considering security as its top priority.

With high price comes high expectations. Sadly JHL wasn’t able to meet mine. One night the TV was error, couldn’t display anything. I contacted their staff and she said a technician would be sent. But no one came until the end. Room was okay. Breakfast was good and had some variations. But the sashimi didn’t taste fresh, it’s a bit alarming.

I did a staycation in here with family and kids. The room and breakfast was wonderful. Overall the service, food & beverage all good. But I think it not fit for family with children staycation in here. The hotel only provide one small room for kids to play inside the restaurant. If your kids are toddler, you must to spend extra IDR 200.000 to get kids pool for one hour🤨

Probably the best hotel to stay in GS area. Luxurious hotel with extensive use of marble and natural stones everywhere! Generally the hotel and common area feels clean and hygienic. During my stay I had some trouble with my booking, but this was attended to very promptly and resolved satisfactorily. I was mainly dealing with Mr. Nova from the Sales division, he was very professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. The hotel management definitely put customer service and satisfaction as their top priority, I can really tell by how everyone (almost everyone) is very friendly and welcoming, starting from the security guy at the front all the way to the house keeping staff. One recommendation would be to review the breakfast quality as I find most of the food offerings doesn’t taste really good.

The bar/night club is too close to the lower level guest rooms. So at night you will have the bass rocking your room and you can also hear the club noise on the hallway. As others have pointed out, the soundproofing of the rooms are very poor. You constantly hear outside road traffic as well. In our stay, we had to move to higher floor at 11pm because the bass from night below was too much. The staffs were friendly so that was a plus. One of the rooms we stayed had a broken toilet seat and they just put a sign apoligizing for it. Why on earth did they make this room available when there were plenty of other empty rooms.

WORTH IT! even worth more than what I expected! I mean, with the price you pay you'll get more than the other same-price-hotel will offer. Starting the warmth welcome from all the staffs, welcome drink, and not to mention the very beautiful design of the lobby also give extra welcoming experience. The room is clean, neat, spacious, big bed, big TV, automatic curtains. You get clothes towel, iron with iron table, hairdryer, bathub, bath bomb, bath salt. Check their website to view the rooms photo. Omg the breakfast is the best. International cuisine with so varied tasty dishes. So many more things I can say but, perfect is what represent it.
