This hotel actually located in a very strategic location just across the Sumarecon Mall. But for me the services of the hotel, especially how they helped me as a customer is very poor. Since day one, I found out there was no soap and shampoo at the dispenser. It took quite some time before one employee came and check. He said that the dispenser was not working very well and I need to push it a little bit harder to get the soap and shampoo out of the thing. And the smell was also not good (like a liquid soap for cleaning floor and so watery)and the sum of the soap was not sufficient for my 2 nights stay at the hotel. And then, when I went out the parking lot at the same day after I registered my car's police number at the front desk, the parking officer still charged even I complained. He said I need to pay and when I come back try to register again. I just paid because I need to go to the hospital and registered again when I came back to the hotel. But the same thing also happened on the day after. When I complained, the parking officer insisted me to pay and do the same thing again like a day before. And...after I paid again and go through the portal, before my car even passed the portal, the portal went down, hit the car, and caused a damage at the roof of the car. I complained and asked the receptionist at the hotel and security to help me, but they were not even came and help to mediate. I had to do everything by myself. For me, I was the hotel guest, and if something happened at the area of the hotel, the manager or the hotel' staff need to do something. After I did my check out process, then the receptionist apologized. That's it. Not even asked about my car. This was my worst experience stayed at the 3 star hotel who said the actual rate before discount of my room was IDR. 1.500.000 but the services even worst than the cheapest hotel I've ever stayed. Facility is not bad, location is premium, but without great services and ability to give good attention to customer care, your star is not valuable

The only persons being so friendly were the cleaners and the security officers. I would say, the receptionists were not really warm and welcoming. The cook/ chef was not really smiling while cooking the morning eggs. I like the long corner table, fit to the room and spacious when two laptops are required to operate. Overall, I do not feel the 'hospitality' vibes and more like an apartment. Lemme guess, the soap was more like Dishwashing soap. My friend even asked me, "Is it sunlight?"

The most ridiculous hotel I’ve ever stayed in my whole life! They limit the hot shower only the first 20 second, the rest I had to deal with cold bloody water to have shower every morning! The ac is leaking, the entire floor is wet! I’ve requested for a quiet room, but I could hear too much noise from the pool! The pool is great for my nieces and nephews, but that’s what’s the best thing about this hotel, the crowd is unbearable, I can’t even relax during breakfast! The worst is that they charge me for removable stained sheet, it shows how low level this hotel is, ridiculous!

Don’t stay here. I stayed 5 days and on the 2nd day my iPhone was stolen from the room inside my backpack. The hotel basically said tough luck. Never stay on this hotel!!!

Good location, good facilities and affordable price. It can be one of your option if you wanna stay in Gading Serpong. Inlive the breakfast here, with this price you get more than you expected

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and it was a disappointing experience. My stay was far from enjoyable. I had requested a single bed but only twin beds were available. I was fine with that, but the room was not soundproof and I was located in the center right in front of the elevator and I was constantly disturbed by people going back and forth at 5am in the morning. Despite my request to change the rooms, I was initially told the hotel was full booked and no more rooms were available until i made a hard complaint and wanted to cancel my booking, after which they said they had room available but I had to wait for a few hours. Furthermore, there was no hanger sign on the door that i could use to tell them to NOT DISTURB my room, and the housekeeping knocked on my door for a good minute. This disrupted my rest, which is the reason I booked this hotel in the first place. Tbh, the staffs were not bad though. Despite the patient staffs, the lack of those things above made for a difficult stay. I was also disappointed that i couldn't cancel my booking despite the poor conditions. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a restful and peaceful stay.

We really enjoy our time with family there. The kids really love to spend time in a room watching movies, and going to the pool. And when we going outside, the room is clean. Thank you very much for the hardwork of mr.Amin, the room attendance. We had our best staycation moment in Vega hotel. We really hope to get back some other time. Once again, thank you very much Vega hotel.

Vega Hotel has good service. Its place is also nice for family to take a relax time between those busy/working days. Its price is low. Vega Hotel is a safe place for family or individual to stay. Its location is surrounded by some interesting culinary around Gading Serpong. Come and prove it.

Room and service were decent, and the customer service staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great and close to a lot of food options. That last point is crucial as the breakfast service can definitely be improved, the dining room is not adequate to serve the number of guests and barely any food available due to overwhlemingly large crowd snapping up foods.

Great hotel for spending weekend with family , near SMS & foodcourt . Swimming pool complete with different deep 40cm,80cm, 140cm . Overall we're very satisfaction stay on weekend with family .

Vega Hotel is located nearby Summarecon Mall and is quite convenient to get to any amenities. The rooms are quite old and poorly maintained. Breakfast has quite a good spread. Overall, it’s good for a short stay for business travellers like me with basic requirements.

Slept there for 1 night and used their meeting rooms for 2 days. All i can say that the room was comfortable, there wasn’t any problem, they provided 2 pillows on each bed (which was excellent). Foods were ok, not bad. My office meeting experience was so-so, i recommend to add another praying room in the meeting room area (first floor) and make it bigger! They already have 2 prayer rooms, one is located in P2 (parking area) which is far and another one is located in first floor and i found them locked 🥲 Tbh i really like their snacks for coffee breaks! Lasagna and soto mie are my favs! This place is located near summarecon mall serpong and big mosque.

Service excellent, and place was easy to access, specially for mas mohammad solikin that make up my room really clean and comfy to stay, kudos!

Actually 4.5/5, bcs the lobby was so nice ambience and good room fragrance, the room was incredible!! So spacious, clean, stylish, have a multiple mirror, there was a balcony with city light, hot water work so well every time we took a bath, but i have a little complain for their front desk, i called them for room service to cleaned my room when i go out, but it didnt cleaned till i call them back, but overall it was very a good experience to stay there

Kids like to stay here because this hotel have water facility for kids to play. Price is ok, clean enough.

This place is really awesome, my bf from ,alay stay here since 13-17 april 2023 and he said he really enjoy to be here. XD so for his next trip gonna stay here again. XD

there are no facilities at all for the disabled even though this is a hotel that all ages will visit, this is a building of more than 4 floors where there must be a ramp in the front lobby, instead using a wooden ramp which is not always available

Good for staying with family, large kids pool with slides and adult pool also very convenient.. Weekend quite pack, kids are happy playing at pool.. Good room maintenance, cleanliness and electronics for 3 stars hotel, with smart TV can watch Netflix, streaming YouTube, etc.. Breakfast menu quite competitive, with reasonable selection of food.. Staff trying the best to deliver friendly service to the guest.. Best of luck, and hope can continuously improve the products and services to stay competitive.. 👍

Room is good, service is good. We got many sugar dan drink in room. Food all is good. We work in peace, but AC too cold. And then, its hard to find its entry way at the first time.

Considering the rate, the hotel is exceptional. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of food. The most exciting thing is the mini waterpark, however due to covid 19 pandemic, the management limits the session and visitors. They provide a voucher to use the swimming pool for 1 hour (max 4 guests) per room per night. The room is not spacious, but it's not an issue for us.

Fri, 19/11/21-Tue, 23/11/21 It was a nice stay. The room is clean and it has balcony. The corridor smells like barbeque (it might has some trouble with ventilation). They start playing music at the corridor at 6am, which is annoying. The pool was okay when we swam on Saturday and Monday, however on Tueday morning green moss/algae started to pile up and the pool became so dirty (yaiks!)

The room on 9th floor smells ciggarets smokes. Even though the floor is for non smoking room area.

Staff are very friendly and seems hard to make the guests coming are happy. Lack of linen towel and cutlery equipment is one of particular things that need to be solved by the management. Preparation during high season is another point to be anticipated, chaotic during breakfast menu rotation is need to be anticipated, tasteof food are great . Overall ,cleanliness of the hotel are great ,wide parking area indoor and outdoor ,high speed wifi surrounding hotel area.

Room is okay, unfortunately the service is quite not good. Room without any towels even after late check in and have to wait also the room is not ready until 5pm.(not sure because of full occupancy or not) but even if its because full occupied, this shall not happen and anticipated. The breakfast ran out even still 6.30 am and fried rice taste was terrible, also the staff in the restaurant there quite not warm. But the good things are good room with good view, good swimming pool, and parking area as well. Just need to improve service in restaurant and make sure room is ready
