Good hotel for business trip. Stayed one night in this hotel. Got top floor room, 1806. First impression, it was very difficult to open the door since it’s still use old magnetic strip instead of RFID. Very frustating The room itself is standard like other Ibis chain hotel which is good for me for its class. Breakfast is good, above average for 3 stars hotel. Entrance, exit, and drop off area is very narrow. Location of this hotel is strategic. Near to Shopping mall & many restaurant around Gading Serpong.

Loved the experience. From the security to the reception, housekeeping and room service, all of the staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean, no smoke stench in non smoking room, excellent chilling, delicious food, hot water and very precise hot n cold water mixing due to excellent pressure of both hot and cold water. Very nice shower. Location is great too. Right infront of Burger King and Domino's Pizza. Would definitely consider staying there again. Thanks Ibis Hotel for making my quarantine so delightful.

Good afternoon. My girlfriend and I want to visit your wonderful country. Our friends who booked the ibis Gading Serpong Hotel a couple of days ago, they said they paid 6.460.000 million for the quarantine team for two people. We have confirmation of this price. My girlfriend and I tried to book the same hotel at ibis Gading Serpong. The hotel manager wrote us a price of 8.000.000 million. When asked what services were added by 2 million and why the price increased in two days, the hotel manager did not say anything and was silent. Why are valuable increase just like that? Why can't we also rent a team for a normal price and have to overpay?

The room is a bit old, but overall is ok. Their services are very good. Breakfast is good. The view also nice.

A perfect location if you planned to stay around Gading Serpong for food adventure. Walking distance from Hypermart, restaurants, and Summarecon Mal Serpong. The other good thing about this hotel is they prepare us free mineral water to drink using dispenser, so keep yourself hydrated! Good service, could be better tho. The hair dryer is the kind with automatic off when we’ve been using it around 2 mins, didn’t try the food of the hotel, check is was fast, they could lend us cutlery for free.

Perfect location with so many activities and food joint around it (walking distance), with clean and compact size-kinda small room, but with a great view of the city. But there's only 2 elevators from the lobby and the parking (drop zone for guest) system can be a hassle

I've stayed for a week and wanted to extend for 1 more night due to my postponed flight. I've discussed this issue with the front office agent and we've been dealing about the price too. Everything was fine and the front office guy offering me if I want to do the payment on that day or the next day . As I have something urgent to do I told the staff that I'm gonna do the payment on the next day. And the moment I went back to the front office to settle the payment of my room they told me that they have a different price which is a way higher than what it should be and it was ridiculous. The Front office manager should brief the staff more about this. Clearly there was no hand offer and communication between the team.

Room was dirty and not throughly cleaned. The toilet was left with hairs on the wall and stains on the toilet bowl was not cleaned off. There is no fridge in the room. Breakfast wasn't good. One of the worst spread I ever had in a hotel.

Great place to stay in serpong. The food is good especially ayam geprek. Thank you for mrs.fena and staff who very helpful for us. Keep up the good work team.

Nice hotel!! De room was very good, everything there and clean!!!!( important) The breakfast was very complete, I could not try everything for choice. I also can recommend the coffee made here! It is called koppi gayo aceh Mas Puji made some to try for me . mmmmm!!!! Terima kasih🙏🏻

Good location good area near by. Service is standard but room is so smelly from cigaratte even in a non smoking room, too bad TV is not sound no idea what to do. Try to call operater and front desk, no one pick up the call

Affordable price with great service. I was staying for quarantine last January. Due to Covid, I could get back home after 2 years away from my last vacation and too many changes here. But Agha and the rest of the staff assisted me for all my needs. I do not wish to be in the smoking room but they moved me as I requested. Food are delicious. It's also perfect location, near with mall & restaurants.

I have visited this hotel few months before and there service and experience was realty good,friendly atmosphere and took care taking room keeprs and the valet parking was good all over had good experience

Spacious room, limited parking, service is good. Food is ok, changes only on the buffet everyday. You can ask for egg (omellete/ sunny/etc). The bed is comfortable with a bolster and pillow. very rare in the hotel with bolster. drinking water is in the dispenser provided in each floor.

Nice budget hotel.. been here many times just to staycation. Affordable price with lovely breakfast for budget hotel. Nice location. Perfect stay for Accor plus member to boost your stay night to reach or maintain platinum status.

Gr8 atmosphere with calm n peaceful surrounding. Cozy bedrooms .. food n other services are marvelous.. i enjoyed alot .

I cannot really complaint much since Ibis are budget hotels - so I don't have much expectations. One outstanding thing is that they have very low promotion price for breakfast (at that time it was 50k idr/3.5 usd per person). And surprisingly the breakfast WAS REALLY GOOD. I was expecting a cheap breakfast but no, they serve proper meals with lots of options. Things to improve are: they should give soap and shampoo separately instead of using a mix between the two. Then, assign more staffs during breakfast time (there was only 1 overwhelmed guy doing all the thing, poor guy didn't even have time to log our arrival).

A decent hotel for business travel with sufficient MICE facility. The hotel itself is pretty old and could do some upliftings, but great service made up all of the down sides. Location is also very strategic with many food options nearby. Room was pretty spacious with functional shower (though a bit small), good breakfast varieties. The staff were the highlight, very helpful and would take extra miles to make your stay memorable. Thank you Mas Puji for the support during our 7-day-training at Ibis Gading Serpong.

Just try it.. lovely hotels.. nearby good food restaurant even in front of Taco Bells.. lol.. worth every penny

I came from Australia Sydney stay for 4 days. The staff are very friendly and helpful specially Mas Puji always asked if I was okay. Happy to stay there again.

Its such a nice hotel to stay with a nice room n all staff here so kind. Security here also nice person. I meet personally with Randana which is can accompany u with chat n willing to help u n ask anything bout town n place which u want to go. The hotel also clean.

The maintenance of the facility needs to be improved. The cleanliness and the amenities of the bathroom must be put on the first priority. However, the room is big enough, the bed and pillows are clean and nice. This is the first time I got the body pillow in the hotel. The breakfast was also ok in terms of varieties and taste. In general, I was happy to sleep there.

Nice 3 stars hotel. Superb room service, strategic location at tangerang. Room rates was quite below normal. Updated, 2023 jan, no refrigerator and safe deposit box. You have to ask and then they delivered the refrigerator.

Rooms are spacious and good in-room amenities. Far better than Fame Hotel which is close by and a similar price point. Book early because it sells out quickly.

The nice hotel in the middle of BSD which located in strategic area, it was near to many public facilities such as supermarket, mall, shops and ect. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. I stayed in 2 nights here, it has good service and humble staffs.

As a accor Platinum member, They provide superior service such as early checkin, and late checkout till 5 pm. What a good deal! We still can take a nap, not in hurry for checkout. Complimentary breakfast, and they always give room as my requested floor. We enter the room already cool, and welcoming amenities. Nice stay, and will comeback.
