When the cinema and gym is reopened guarantee traffic will flow again because the cinema offer an affordable price rate compare to other mall. Especially when Binus student is already able to learn face to face on campuss definitely they will come here to do their assessment and group studies 2. Before pandemic this mall is not considered dead even if the traffic is lower than LW. This mall used to offer quite a lot of cafe and a place to hang or chill. If the traffic is back to normal hopefully many tenant will be more interested to come 3. The groceries shop here food hall is one of the reason people still come nowadays. There was a time where to find a parking spot in here is quite a headache 4. The food court or called the foodtopia offer variative food with an aesthetic vibe 5. They building a multi function hall recently. Sucks it finished when the pandemic start 6. Only one department store but it do offers quite amount of promotion 7. This mall is also offering service to extent your driving license or you car tax this is one of my favourite mall to come back then. It is very sad to see the condition today. But like i mention before after everything is settle down i belive that this mall can bounce back as it used to be

Mall@Alam Sutera is the second Mall in Alam Sutera , this is our favourite place because near to office , clean , not to crowded , cozy and easy to get parking. Before pandemic tenants were complete but now limited , now left : Sogo , Food Hall , Alam Sutera XXI , Fun World , Futopia , Kidzilla , Sport Station , Kids Station , Planet Sport , Payless , Batik Keris , Giordano , Executive , Hush Puppies , Optik Melawai , Starbucks , J.Co , Bread Talk , Gula Merah , Say Something , Gold's Gym , etc Here you can find Gerai SAMSAT dan SIM at basement.

Its a good brand store where you buy clothes in the 1990s but nowadays, especially inside the mal Alam Sutera all the clothes is outdated and the price is so expensive. I can smell the odor of old clothes like the one you left a long time inside your drawer. When i went to the store, its like stepping back in time to 1990s, everything is remind you of old times.

There were lots of visitor back then, but ever since around late 2019 and COVID-19, they never get as much visitor as it used to be. Even after a lot of upgrade they’ve done. Hopefully new AEON Supermarket (which will be opened really soon) will revive this mall.

A huge mall at Alam Sutera, with ample parking space. But not pedestrian-friendly access. It is almost a dead mall because not many tenants are open. But it's a good mall if you want a quiet place to hang out and have easy parking.

Location is great, but mostly empty on office day because of fierce mall competition in this area. It was not busy when we visited here, so we had dinner at outdoor food festival at outside. I would recommend this mall only if you know which business you will visit, not really comfortable for enjoy walking around.
