    I come here to take my son as reference of our pediatrician. I think it is good hospital, but very disappointed since they already ask us to come earlier as the appointment. After arrive and follow the registration process, we still waiting almost 2 hour to meet the doctor, which is consultation only took 15 minutes. Even they have queue system, but it still take long time for the process. I suggest you to find other hospital that still have affordable price with much better services.

    I took my husband here because it was close. We are very dissappointed. Very bad service for such an expensive hospital. We were told the estimated appointment time 15.10 (patient number 2) but then informed to come 30 min early for insurance. So we arrived at 14.40. Registration was maximum 5 min (so why tell us to come 30 minutes early???). We were only called at 16.20 for an only 15 min consultation that we didn't really needed as we came knowing we want get a referral for CT scan to be covered by insurance. We complained to the nurse, she said the doctor is still eating and praying. Then don't tell us to come 14.40!!!! The worst hospital I have even been to. No wonder wealthy patients go to Singapore! What is the justification of the expensive price, when there is no quality service? Very disrespectful of other people's time! This is my second time to Pondok Indah hospital. i wanted to give it a second chance after the terrible service in the fever clinic earlier this year. Rest assure, I will not be returning after my husband CT scan is done.

    went here for medical check up. never thought that this hospital really has superb and excellent hospitality ever. from the beginning, the staffs always greeted with humble smile and ambience. always looked up first for our matters, and really give the best assistance in terms of directing. the staff also make sure that we put handsanitizer first before undergo any activities. the waiting time for hospitality was not too long, if im not mistaken not reach until 20 minutes for any activities, like registering yourself until paying in the cashier, hence, at the end they asked me to fill the questionnare, there was a statement about, "there the hospitality didnt took a long time more than 10 minutes to be served", surely i put " strongly agree" for that matters. they also have integrated system which is very good! overall, loving so much the hospitality, facility and hospital's ambience as well!!

    Great staff and clean facilities. Very nice ambient and fast results. Everything can be done nearly immediately and is overall worth its cost. I want to thank this hospital for their efficiency and kindness towards international visitors. What I found appalling and why I deducted a star were the poor innocent cute animal creatures on the premises of the hospital, their bad condition in particular. Some of them were in need of urgent medical care, their eyes were watering and their skin was penetrated with wounds. Also, nearly every cat I encountered was extremely anxious when I offered her some bites of kitty food that I purchased in a nearby store. Animals are sometimes the beat kind of doctors, both emotionally and spiritually, and we may want to keep such our doctors healthy too, don't we? I want to kindly appeal to the hospital staff to take better care of those stray kitties by providing them appropriate medical services and HUMANLY sterilizing them if needed, to avoid them multiplying and prevent their unnecessary suffering, for all those beautiful creatures. I particularly want to appeal for two kitties to be taken better care of, here is the video of both of them ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™ Thank you for listening and delivering what is needed to those precious kittens.

    Still the best service hospital that I ever had, all employees (security, staff who met on lift, nurse, doctor and therapy's nurse) has good hospitality to the patient. Administration, it's also have best system and quickly process end to end.

    I really want to give 0 star if possible, I heard the hospital even deleted the previous negative review from my close acquittance. Do you really want to hide all the bad aspect from your hospital? Really there is no justice at all, and the worst experience from the emergency unit nurse, to the doctor who handle the patient. People pay accordingly, but the doctor rarely meet the patient, like really. It is not only that.

    Waited for dr Rino Alvani Gani who supposedly arrived at 5 pm. He had not shown up until 6.30 pm so I left. Some patients were waiting for him as well in sick condition. Doctors nowadays should not let patients wait for too long. He should be professional. Hospitals should put a warning to such a neglected doctors.

    During my son's stay at pediatric ward level 5, we have an excellent experience. All the Nursing Staff is exceptional, professional, helpful, kind, and caring. The nutritionist staff is excellent, caring, and dedicated, like mbak winda and the team; the food also tastes delicious. The housekeeping staff is also tidy; they clean the room twice a day. The doctors are professional and give confidence to patients. So please keep up the superb work.

    Salah satu rumah sakit terbaik di Jakarta... memang dari mulai pendaftaran, masuk ke ruang dokter hingga pembayaran pelayanannya sangat prima. Antrian banyak memang tapi cukup cepat pelayannya. Jadi walau banyak pengunjung kita gak perlu nunggu lama untuk pendaftaran. Saat sebelum diperiksa oleh dokter pun susternya selalu memeriksa kesehatan terlebih dahulu pasiennya seperti tensi dan saturasi oksigen. Mungkin ini standar di banyak rumah sakit yah.... oh iya biasanya kalau kita booking dulu dokter biasanya sehari sebelumnya kita di hubungi apakah jadi datang atau nggak. Dokter disini memang kualitasnya terbaik... biasanya sulit kalau mendadak bookingnya. Harus jauh jauh hari. Apalagi dokter orthopedi bisa sebulan atau dua bulan bookingnya. Dokter giginya toppp juga.... disini ada kantinnya juga tapi kalau mau cari makan diluar juga banyak. RSPI dekat dengan pondok Indah Plaza 1 dan 2 jadi gak susah cari makan. Cuman tarif berobat disini memang tergolong tinggi begitu juga biaya rawat inap memang agak diatas standar Rumah sakit lainnya.

    One of the terrible hospital in Jakarta with prideful doctor who refuse to diagnose even the patient ask for it because he says is impossible which later went for another hospital in another country and confirm exactly the sickness where the doctor refuse to diagnose for. Services are very slow including the administration especially for payment and the worst... collection of medicine. Register and see doctor all done in 15 min. Waiting for medicine 30min - 45 min even though there isn't much patient waiting. Ridiculous! Previously the same location I waited 3 hours to see a doctor and this same location is where they house all the Sore Throat, Fever, Flu and cough patient incuding Covid19 patient. With 3 hours together...guess what did I caught?

    I've been stay in the hospital for 5 days by my self, quite surprise with the service is small thing but for patient staying alone is impactful 1. Unlikely I was staying in front of Baby's room yes pretty sad because it's hard to get sleep when the baby's crying (super noisy). Disappointed because no one tell me whats happening in front my room, need to ask first then they will inform. I can't sleep because of the noisy 2. CT Scan, the nurse is not helping me going down, there is housekeeping staff accompanied me go to CT Scan room honestly it suppose to be nurse job not housekeeping girl. First I have no idea, what to be prepare, I stay at 3rd floor at VIP Room the nurse didn't tell me everything to take out the cloth. CT Scan doctor is a guy, and I need take out my cloth with the house keeping girl, nurse didn't telling me anything about it, yes I quite surprise with this. If they said earlier I need take out cloth then I can be prepare. 3. I can't order room service, this is very stressful part. I want some fruit slide or juice and I call room service cafetaria they won't able send to my room, but on my desk room it saying you can order delivery to your room. I don't know why they put on the desk but we can't order. If you want to order you need come down and pay cash. For someone like me staying alone is pretty sad I truly sorry write like this, I pay a lot of money in good reputable hospital but unlikely I don't get a good treatment, I know is small things but for me is pretty important and huge. Hopefully in the future, RS Pondok Indah can provide better treatment to any patient without see any background of their patient.

    I have an appointment at 4:30am. I arrived at 4:28pm, thereโ€™s one lady who was busy online with the patient without saying anything i.e pls wait for a minute or pls have a seat etc.instead keep talking on the phone and ignored me. OMG โ€ฆ pls improve the service, this is not a good one for the patient. Thanks

    I do regular medical check up with RSPI every year and as always enjoyed awesome experience in terms of cleaness, comfort environement, very good equipments and friendly services. Keep up the good work and bravo RSPI!

Pembayaran pribadi dan asuransi dijadikan satu. Pelayanan ga sepadan dgn harga mahal yg dikenakan ke pasien. 7. Petugas drive thru PCR nya bervariasi, ada yg ramah, ada yg ga pedulian, ada yg nyolot dan ga mau denger pasien ngomong apa, satpam aja bs lbh galak drpd pasien di sini. Pdhl bayar mahal utk drive thru pcr. 8. Tanpa ijin, tanpa info apapun, tanpa ba bi bu, suster lgsg memasukkan termometer ke ketiak. No respect ke tubuh pasien. Hrs belajar soal consent!     I made an appointment with dr. Ni Made Hustrini fortnight in advance. I canceled my working schedule to be able to have this particular consultation. Two days before the D-day, the doctor dismissed all appointments and the hospital failed to inform me. When I urged the nurse to reschedule the soonest as possible, she raised her voice against me.     Great place to get all Medical treatments. Especially for the MCU process. They have great doctor, nurse and all medical practitioners. Suster Umi and Isma in the MCU section are couple of the great examples. Iโ€™ve been visiting this Hospital since 2007 and they keep raising the bar and improving overtime.

    I visited RSPI today, went to ENT & Obgyn. What I had today 1. Poor Covid Health Protocols (no form, or online form for people to declare that theres no fever & cough for the visitors compare to RS Premier Bintaro or MRCCC Siloam, you guys nothing) I even met a person with no mask in the Poli. How come people can enter, like duh? 2. Doctor was coming late. (Yea RSPI and pricey and late) 3. Admission is way too far from the lobby, and wY too busy, the building is quite short and poor ventilation, and no air purifier. 4. Confusing Building, I went to ENT and OBGYN its different building and the elevator also confusing. 5. Can you post "NO MINGLING OR TALKING IF NOT NECESSARY" your building is short and poor ventilation, pls be mindful to remind people not to spread the droplets through talking. 6. So many people here, how if your staff assist that people must come according to the schedule, so not all people coming in 1 time? Ok thank you RSPI. Be better.

(Original) Singkat cerita saya keluhan di bagian perut dan pencernaan, ke UGD setelah seminggu diare dgn harapan ditangani dgn cepat, pagi sekitar jam 10an datang, UGD masih sepi, semua suster dan dokter responsif, ramah dan cekatan. setelah tes ini itu dan menunggu, krn saya disarankan rawat inap, diperkenankan swab test dll, menunggu hasil, lalu ada pergantian shift dokter dan perawat UGD. Disinilah saya mulai ditelantarkan, tekan bell berkali2, sampai panggil2 suster dgn suara saya yg sdh pasti lemah krn sdg sakit. Sampai saya nangis. tetap terlantar. Setelah proses pengurusan kamar dan asuransi selesai, suster2 pun tdk follow up ke adm, sampai saya paksa tanya ternyata saya sdh bs ke atas kamar, astagaa.. Jam 10 pagi br masuk kamar jam stgh 9 malam!! pelayanan suster beragam, ada yg baik, ramah, cekatan, ada yg datar saja, ada yg jutek, ada yg iya2 saja, dll. Sampai detik saya mengetik ini saya masi di ruang rawat, padahal dokter sdh putuskan saya pulang dr jam 11 lewat, dan Adm menghubungi saya setelah br dpt laporan dr suster kalau saya pulang jam stgh 1!!! Berarti saya kena charge kamar lagi doongg!! Baguusss!!!! Dan masih harus menunggu sekitar 2 jam lagi utk pengurusan adm nyaaaa... Sunggguuuhhhh benar2 sudah berubah RSPI skrg,, jauhh berbeda.. Dulu RSPI adalah rumah sakit yg tdk seperti rumah sakit, great service!! Ntah apa yg buat RSPI nya seperti ini mungkin sdh ganti manajemen. Dokter nya ada beberapa yg menangani saya dgn sangat baik, namun ada 2 dokter yg visit ke kamar (ntah dokter siapa, bukan dokter yg menangani saya padahal) itu ngmgnya jutek sekali, malah ada yg berkata dengan agak meremehkan. semoga saya sehat terus, krn skrg benar2 tdk ada rmh sakit yg bagus utk berobat/dirawat,sungguh kecewa dgn RSPI,, biasa saya pulang dr sini dgn sehat dan perasaan gembira.

Has a Lab for blood tests and radiology, there is a section specialized for children and they have all kinds of doctors with different expertise. -minus- Parking often full with small alleys. 20 minutes just to park. Always have to wait up to 1 hour to see doctor and radiology worse wait for so long, even with appointment. Pricy hospital, some doctors charge 700.000 Rp for 15 minutes consultation. Inpatient bills skyrock as they charge each cotton pad, needle and so on. Paid 50 million for 4 nights inpatient. Better have insurance.

    My number 1 go to place for any health problem for any of my family member. It has good emergency department, many great doctors and clinics. Athmosphere is great and it keeps doing renovation every few years, everytime I go there I feel like it constantly changing for the better. Nurses at the clinics are all so busy most of the time because there too many patients sometimes so they can be a bit cold sometimes, but in my opinion, still manage to be professionally nice. Though most doctors here are great, you still need to find the one that can connect with you the most.

    Very hard to find outpatient registration, signs are very bad, be prepared to ask at least 3 staff to try to find it. New patient registration waitinf room is very busy, expect to wait 30-60 minutes on a weekend. Makes me regret coming to a big hospital, I should have gone to a smaller clinic.

    I am really satisfied with the service in Pondok Indah Hospital. I had myomectomy surgery with dokter Azen Salim and the result is very good. The stitches are not painful at all and I can go home in 48 hours after surgery. The services by the nurses in level 3c are very professional as well. They are very helpful. When I ask where I can get the wash glove, instead of referring to a supermarket, they gave me some to take home. Anyway I really recommend Pondok Indah Hospital ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

    Dear ER Dept RS Pondok Indah - Pondok Indah I came to ER Dept on Thursday night around 10.00 p.m on December 30th, 2022. The nurses at ER Dept (nurse Siti and nurse Cepi) were really helpful.     All the process to register, to seeing doctor was good. All complete within acceptable timing. Well done. But for collection of medicine, that takes 45 min of waiting even though I am the only patient waiting for medicine. Please look into the medicine collection process how it can help that ONE person to manage the booth, running around to collect medicine nand issuing the medicine to patients. I am sure RSPI can improve on this process.

    I had a surgery and stayed for 2 nights in the VIP room. I had such a lovely experience. Excellent hospitality, starting from doctors, nurses, and all staffs. RSPI has the best food options for patients (indonesian, asian, western, or japanese) and all foods are tasty. room is cleaned twice a day. sofa bed available. highly recommended.

Got rescheduled 2 times and when I called to make sure about my re-rescheduled appointment, they mentioned my appointment got rescheduled much earlier (which I only have 30 mins until the appointment โ€“ original appointment should be still in 2 hours after the call). When I asked them to recheck, got put on hold for 5 minutes before they end my call; and no follow up confirmation afterwards from their side.     The Medical check up unit in this hospital is simply the best you can find in Jakarta. Have tried different hospitals, but Pondok Indah hospital medical check up unit is surely on a whole different level above of their competitors.     The service at RSPI Pondok Indah is the best, all the nurse are kind and attentive, the food service and cleaning was also very impressive. One best part is the hospital food was the best one I tried so far (hopefully the last, no more hospital stays๐Ÿฅน)! I did not expect to enjoy the food while staying at a hospital but apparently it was amazing! The food quality and options are excellent. The staff was super helpful to accomodate my additional request for my sonโ€™s first meal, he also enjoyed his first meal!

Even the Doctors that examined me during my HD sessions are very helpful in me having a seamless dialysis. I will always be grateful for their assistance easing my anxieties along.
