Good doctor but terrible administration process. I wait almost 1.5 hours just for medicines. I got cov19, headache is killing me. Please for Bintaro Premier, improve your administration procedures.

This hospital is one of very few hospital who has visa medical check up in Indonesia. Eventho they are kind a the only one, buuut they have an excellent services! My kids did the medical check up there and the staffs are pretty friendly and helpful. The procedure also easy and the waitjng room is comfortable. No wonder they are one of the best hospital in Indonesia.

came here for medical checkup visa. came at 9am, finished at 1.30pm. overloaded patient with lack of sufficient facilities resulted in almost 4 hours of checkup. this is one of the only two hospital that can provide med checkup visa around jakarta, yet the facilities are not sufficient to keep up with the demand. Good point, staffs are nice and always smiling.

Went here to attend a workshop, got some really nice experience as the staff so politely giving me direction to go to the hall/meeting room. The one thing impressed me most was how the hospital director start the meeting punctually. I know she was not meant to open the meeting but she took over since the scheduled speaker hasn't come yet, she started the meeting, she gave speech and use the time efficiently so the event went smoothly and undelayed. Incompetent ER doctors & very slow administrative process. Been going to this hospital since 2009 but couldn’t be more disappointed than ever. Our granpa had a mini stroke attack and we immediately went to ER. The doctors in ER didn’t even mention about stroke and insisted to take him home and said it was okay. They also didn’t refer him to neurologist/other specialist for further checking. We went home and his condition got worse. Went to a neurologist (also in RSPB) the next few days and the MRI results clearly stated it was acute stroke. The neurologist said that the day the we brought him to ER, our granpa should’ve stayed that night in hospital for better care. Very dangerous and very risky for my granpa who is already 80+. This is not the first time of me having this kind of experience in RSPB. Please fix your management and recheck your employees competence.

This is a nightmare not a hospital. First security asking me at entrance to what doctor I want to go and why? Mas are u insane? Second doctor appointment at 2 but doctor coming at 3 pm and queueing. After that cashier and payment for pills take another hour and pick up pills another 30 min. I spent 4 hour for picking up simple antibiotics. Absolutely not recommending that sad place. As usual we went through the usual pre-op flow where we need to seek internist approval first with the reference from our eye doctor. No issues with our internist, despite having 3 appointments due to unstable BP. What I'm disappointed with, I was a bit taken a back when our eye doctor refused to do the surgery due to my mother's unstable BP, even though we managed to stabilize it in the last a week before the appointment. If the doctor is reluctant to operate patient with hypertension, then why weren't we informed on the first appointment? I'm sorry to say, but we felt extorted there, we spent quiet a lot only to be informed that by the end of the day my mother can't get operated and had to seek another doctor.

I got my booster shot today in RS Premier Bintaro, it was a very pleasant experience as the service there was amazing. The workers there greeted me with joy and they were very helpful. It was a very pleasant journey, I highly recommend this hospital for an unforgettable experience.

Focused on money especially if they think that insurance will cover things. I had a dislocation that could have been resolved quickly with minimal time and cost. Happen to same joint long time ago and was resolved within 15min of dealing with it back then. Instead they advised check into room as x-ray showed potential bone damage but in reality no damage and ended up using General anesthesiologist, orthopedic specialist, surgery room for a 40min procedure to simply re-align which I probably could have had couple of friends do if I had known they would charge what they did. Was shocked to see final bill as no surgery, very little engagement with doctors, and basically since I’m not a doctor I relied on their advice which in hindsight was not really geared towards fast and cost effective outcome especially since insurance did not cover the procedure…..totally overboard reaction to a simple injury. Had to wait 8 hours in pain to simply push it back in place. They lowered the final bill when I complained but it was still VERY expensive. Never again.

One of the best hospitals in town. Great doctors, nurses, services, and facilities. One thing to improve is the number of human resources, everything is just too long of a wait. One time, I need to spent almost 7 hours just because my medicine was a prescribed one. What a hassle. The management needed to take into account the waiting time more seriously, noting they're located in Bintaro where young professionals usually resides that don't have that much time to spent for a day long appointment.

From my experience this is an excellent hospital. Previously we have used it for smaller stuff and Rya ( International Patient Marketing), has been extremely helpful and efficient in helping us book an appointment She is also great as you don't have to wait for billing and medication at this hospital but instead Rya will send you the bill and help you have medication delivered if you wish which saves lots of time. She is amazing at what she does and makes this hospital easy to use. Very recently my son was very seriously ill on an evening and exhibited symptoms of appendicitis. We rushed him into the hospital and contacted Rya. and before she arrived she had let the staff know about it. He went to a GP who sent him straight into A and E. Once in A and E he was throughly examined by the staff there and a ruptured appendix was diagnosed. By this point it was late at night, however the hospital called in their specialist digestive surgeon Laely Yuniasari. This surgeon arrived, looked at the test results and then was very sensitive and professional in the way that she explained the diagnosis and discussed the procedure. She also explained that she would attempt minimally invasive surgery which was the best option for my son. The operation was a huge success and he has recovered well. I would hugely recommend Dr. Laely Yunisari based on my experiences with her. After surgery, the after care was really good and my son stayed in hospital for a couple of nights but was discharged when he had recovered. The surgeon was also clear about when my son could take a plane and wrote a letter for us regarding this. Other members of staff who supported my son in this whole process were general surgeon Dr. Sasangka Tyas Wardhana and International Patient GPs Dr. Jesslyn Valentina and Dr. Novia Rubianti. There are probably more people I should name too as all the nurses were great. I have used this hospital and one other in Bintaro previously but from my experiences at both I do think that Bintaro Premier are the best by a long way- great doctors, staff, amazing customer service and efficient procedures. Hugely recommended for both big and small things.

Slow process, only 1 GP available for medical check up visa. min 3 hour ++ of process.. i was told by the nurse it would take 2 hours at the longest.
