    The hospital service is undoubtedly far from excellent, long queue, unpleasant hospitality from the nurse, quite expensive for such services, and non-educative & impolite doctor (I am the one who actively asking what is my illness, what is the root cause, and the action to do pertaining to my illness). I several times visited this hospital in the last couple years, it seems the service was never improved.

    We were requested to arrive 30 mins earlier for our Doctor appointment and when we arrived we were asked to wait for 1 hour and 30 mins for the appointment. The nurse was very impolite too, not apologetic and simply said this is their system for doctor appointment. The worst hospital ever in Jakarta

    Several visits mostly to deal with insurance related tasks (client visits, medical records, claims, etc). Staff services in general are good. Staffs in the medical record dept are especially excellent & helpful, salute..

    Located just on the street side and near to the toll gate. Relative small for its building and its parking area, but very crowded... therefore, be ready for long que and stuck each other. The service of the nurse and doctors can be categorised as good. It has several facilities like Lawson store, restaurant, and Puyo outlet. However, as there are so many people compared to its space, so you would see too many people pack in a limited space, you may not easily to move or can find a place to seat. The doctor is very nice in explaining and giving solution, he would give solution for non medical solution, so we can do it by ourselves without need to use the hospital services The specialist rate is around 400 to 500 K for consultation, beside there is administration fee of 60K too.. I went there to consult with specialist doctor for my kid. We had to register and fill online form before come, to get the slot appointment. When arrived, we need que to inform the front desk before go to the policlinic to have the number for the doctor.

    Very disappointed! The staff who deserve get 5 stars rating only plaza lobby security and puyos employee. The rest of them is horrible! Made appointment via phone call is useless. And need very long time only for registration, it takes 1 hour and half! I didn’t feel any good hospitality from registration staff, the nurse of pediatric is unprofessional at all, there no one at the nurse station , so i'm confused for what i have to do. And the doctor is the worst. After waiting a long time for registration, we only got around 5 minutes in the doctor room. No screening about my baby health, he didn't give me a chance to consult about my daughter. just inject the vaccine and that's it. Impolite and unprofessional doctor ever! Eka hospital should be more HOSPITALIZED

    This is the worst hospital that I have experienced. My wife arrive at 1 PM and they dont do nothing, I requested to move to room but they refuse, they said we need to have the permission from the doctor. After several complains, they move my wife to the room at 11 PM, can you imagine 10 hours at emergency room without proper bed. I want to file complain to the authority, authority need to check this hospital

    it used to be a good hospital, they didn't listen or care about customer's satisfaction, all about MONEY! Asked me to pay for the procedure I hadn't received and 2x been to IGD, seriously in this department they need to improve their service & doctor's skills, some specialists here are good though..

    I think EKA Hospital is not ready with drive thru swab test concept. I arrived at 8.59 with 3 cars Q in front of me, registration process is totally messed, no dedicated person to take care drive thru customer, security keep asking same question, take my ID without getting it back, when im on the line then i ask but turns out my registration was not created. I got line barcode at 10.30 and begin to swab test at 10.35. Total duration for this DRIVE THRU SWAB TEST in EKA Hospital is 1.40 mins. It's a very reccommended place to waste your time but not to catch flight. Thanks!

    I had an appointment at 19.00 but waited for two more hours to visit the doctors, already checked each 30 minutes to the nurse for the appointment, and the nurses were very unfriendly & unsupportive. Very bad and unpleasent customer experience.

    Very bad dishonest hospital. I have also been misdiagnosed here not once but twice. I also visited one male obygn there last year and he was very aggressive, touching areas that were irrelevant to the issue. I felt very very violated and sick about that particular visit.. He did that even with my husband in the room. They also pushed me to have general anaesthetic rather than local anesthetic for an endoscopy I had to have??? My friends who had had endoscopy's in other hospitals laughed at me for accepting their reasons for general anesthesia for such a small diagnostic procedure... Clearly it was just so they could charge more. I held my opinions about this disgusting hospital for a long time. Unfortunately the only reason I came back again to this poor excuse of a hospital recently was because it was the closest hospital to my apartment and there was a medical emergency, I called for an ambulance as my husband was unconscious, not only were they highly unorganized and unprofessional but they were really slow to even arrive and then when it came to taking him from the apartment to the ambulance itself, I mean like santai sekali!!! Hello my husband is in bad condition and you risk his life like that??? Then some worse things happened that are too long to explain for the moment....but what I will say is that they are very sneaky and not clear about things, try to hide things and when they get questioned, they lie. Especially with insurance things and payment transparency. I will never visit this hospital again, even in a medical emergency, I would rather risk travelling to another hospital that is further away than deal with this place again, in fact I will most likely move from my apartment just so I am not ever in need of this place again. This hospital is only about business.

    I have been to this hospital since 2009, had been to IGD more than 3 times, hospitalized and even surgery. I went to IGD Tuesday (2nd Aug) at around 4.30-5.00 AM. It took them 17 hours to give me the treatment ( infusion, USG, blood test and X-Ray+EKG+antigen as covid requirement for patient). By 8 pm I started to get fed up and decided to go home, instead, cos I had had to wait for more the 2 hrs to get the registration in charge to come and help me register for a room. I was alone, no one accompanied me and patient couldn’t register him/herself to be hospitalized. What made this hospital change???

    bad service and long time to take drive thru PCR/Antige at Eka Hospital. There are 5-7 staff, seem they are working very SILO. you will be asked to fulfill your personal data 2 times, at registration and swab test step. (no integration), it make long time.. The swab tester staff is only 1-2 person and registration staff is 4-5 staff.

    If I could give 0 star, I would. Charging IDR 655k for eye check up is insane, they only assess my eye sight using a machine, then the doctor did nothing but validate those assessments. Even the doctor didn't say nothing to us, nor checking on us if we had any peculiar symptoms or whatever. Not to mention the queueing method for insurance covered patients is really horrible. We need to wait from 12 pm to 8 pm to finish our payments, we eventually left our insurance cards but that is not normal at all. We really do expect more from Eka, since they are well known. But yeah, don't ever visit this place ever again. Pick somewhere else.

    Long queue and waiting list are not transparent to public, i've been waiting for 1.30 mins for eye polyclinic. If you want to visit this hospital, make sure you have a lot of patience and time. But the staff are good.

    Was here when my daughter tested for dengue fever. And I had worst experience ever with this hospital. Trying to have my daughter hospitalized as per her doctor reccommendation since she was under 1yo, however eventough the line is not too long but it takes more than an hour waiting. After long waiting, they said no room available. They suggest me to visit emergency so that my daughter can be treatead immediately meanwhile waiting for the room to be available. Along with the nurse from child clinic, we went to emergency. However the nurse in emergency refuses us with the reason of full bed occupancy. She refuses unpolitely act as if she do not care, with a gesture of 'find your own solution'. Luckily, nurse from pediatric accompanying me so we are return to the doctor and the doctor help me a lot by calling the management for having my daughter hospitalized, still no luck. I was decided to find another hospital, however I still need to pay for my bill first and its another story of long waiting. If i remember correctly almost two hours for me only to clear the bill. The total is more than five hours in this hospital. Another bad experience happen when I was having COVID test here. Went there since it was appointed hospital to get the test from the insurance company. After the test, they said they will email me the result in 24hrs. There is no email at all. Have to ask for them for the email, they give me positif result in the email after I had swab test and negatif (day 7).

    I have been going to EKA hospital if im unwell but the waiting time is crazy this dr stepen dental not on time at all my appointement at 2 pm i go eka at 8 .30 am for registration hope at 2 pm i can see the dental dr im the end dr came at 3.30 pm cause his staying in jakarta so jam cannot made it on time what kind of excuse if he know the hospital is far from his house he can go out early right today im seeing him at 10 am in the end Dr stephen reach at 10 am im the 3 patient how long i need to wait the excuse his late today cause it raining i always trust EKA hospital in the end im so dissponited with their Dr there if this call international hospital all DR should be on time but never pls improve the services to serve us on time not late and late wait and wait

    Overall great doctors and nurses, but extremely poor management. Especially when it comes to insurance payment, expect you'll spend at least an extra 1 hour to get your number to be called. If you need to be hospitalised, this is one of the hospital you need to stay away from, especially when it comes to food allergy. Perhaps they never put patients' food allergies in the system during their hospital stay. In my case, what allergies you have, that's what they going to feed you. Not sure what the purpose is, probably an extra bucks from allergy medications they'll prescribe, unless you starve yourself during your stay. On top of that, any treatments which requires insurance approval will be only submitted after 11:00AM, once a day. If it's emergency, you definitely will get worse while waiting or even loosing your life while staying in the hospital. The same story when you'll be discharged, expected to spend longer than 6 hours to finally be able to leave the premises due to their horrendous insurance handling procedure. Next time, think of other hospital options before admitting yourself to Eka hospital and its chain, unless there's no other private hospital in the area.

    Do not come in weekend .. it is very crowded .. and the waiting time is very bad .. But for overall, the facility is good .. cozy and spacious waiting room and wide parking area .. they have Starbuck, alfaxpress, puyo and restaurant.. Location is easy to find, very easy access ..

    Long queue, got here on Saturday around 1.48pm and it was super crowded and slow service. Worse, i had to wait for more than 50mins to get registered. I visit this hospital regularly as a patient but now thinking i should check other private hospital. For those who wants quick and excellent service from a hospital like me, maybe it's time to check other alternatives. It's a waste for such a good promotion from youtube and social media, but lack of good service, especially administrative.

    Registering for a room takes a long time. This isn't the first time, it happened twice when I was sick, I had to wait from afternoon till midnight to get a room, now my mom got sick and the queue takes so long.. even after 30 mins the administration are still handling the same people

    Registration system for PCR/rapid antigen is a total chaos. I saw some people went crazy and shouted to the security staff when waiting for the antigen test. Seriously, the registration system have to be improved. Just use a google form, for instance, and limit the number of the tests in a day so you can offer a good service. The test result for antigen is very late. It should be below 3 hours, but it has been 24 hours but no result yet. Not recommended if you want to catch a flight.

    The standard plus room has no water, refrigerator, or even working wifi only bed, cupboard, TV and mattress. They disclaim it at front what is inside the room so there is no complaint, but for 900k this feature is same as 300k. The good thing are the doctors and nurses are great and very skilful but management is abysmal..

    Please review the QR code system, not all your nurses aware of this system, i am waiting more than the person which just came using the hard copy barcode. Even make me to wait more because of your nurses unawareness of my visit due to only using qr code which you sent on my whatsapp. I feel this unpleasant moment on 23 Jan 2023 at 12.05 located at cluster B policlinic.

    I finished registration at 17.00 and finally got checked by the doctor at 19.21 (WIB) for less than 5 minutes. (At 17.00 there was patient #72 and I was #84 on the queue. There were 2 doctors, you may do the math yourself) The overall service of staffs were bad, I did not get checked by the nurse for body temperature/blood pressure/weight/any thing while other patients before me were being measured first, before seeing the doctor. I suppose this was due to my usage of corporate insurance settlement. The doctor took observation of my condition in a rush (less than 5 minutes), used high tone talking to me, did not explain my condition even tho I asked, all as if I was the "lowest class" patient. I also suppose this was due to my usage of corporate insurance settlement. I rarely give reviews on public or social medias, I also won't take it personal, I just want to give my honest review from the POV of insurance patient. The only reason I put 2 stars is because the canteen food was delicious with reasonable price, and the pharmacist had better communication than others. Hope they use this feedback for improvement in the future.

    Great service. This was my first time coming to hospital alone by myself. So it was a bit stressful. But to my surprise, all went well. From the front main gate, the security greeted me kindly and showed me the direction to the registration. Nurses were kind and very informative, as if they’re able to sense that I was clueless about this ophthalmologist visit. The registration and cashier staff were very helpful too. The total visit time from the beginning until the end was less then 45 minutes. Awesome. 😇😇😇😇😇

    Should worth minus actually, the reason: I came to check up my conditions of COVID on Tuesday 29/06 night to its IGD, and said closed, only open in the day time from 8 o'clock...I got fever reaching 39.3, and feels hurts all over my body, On Thursday 01/07. I came at 10.30 in the morning, and the nurse said we already close..what a garbage... The worst hospital in entire BSD. Higly not recommended. There more reliable hospital like Medika, Carolus, Omni, and so on, that will care about your life. Thank you.

    All electric plugs on every chair on the big room in front of queueing are just decorations. None of them is working. Insurance queue is very long. They can just hire more staff on insurance department but it seems they dont want to. If you read all the bad reviews, its also talking the same thing. Its not meant to be comfortable for insured patients. Go somewhere else where they treat insured patients better. The doctors are nice and very good though

    If you are feeling very ill, please avoid this hospital. hospital staff can transfer you to multiple queueing areas for payment, pharmacy, back to cashier and so on. Very complicated process chain (from registration to payment) will make you feel super sick. Get well soon!

The worst for parking facilities without roof so I was getting wet when I walked to hospital because It was raining and the difficult to find parking lot because It was full parking. 2.     Doctor is great, but administrations were messed up. Patient forced to wait for closing insurance in 3 hours. Other hospital needs 30mins for closing! You guys really need to improve your information system, for an A class hospital, Eka Hospital doesn't deserve A class performance!

    The IGD, should you not in a very severe or imminent danger / life threatening, is a very strict procedure and they will sure give you all the other procedure you might not required. Chances are, unless you're admitted due to life threatening emergency, you better check yourself in the outpatient queue.

    I have no option to visit a doctor at this place as this is the nearest hospital from my location, unfortunatelly the service need to be extremely improved, please do a bench mark to other good hospital in Jakarta on how they serve to reduce long queue and simplify the process.     The hospital isn't open for 24hours except IGD and all the lobby closed at 9/10 PM. All the doctors and nurse were very helpful, but unfortunately it take a long wait to finish administration. Service is really good and helpful so far.

    I went for swab PCR test in BSD branch on Tuesday 10am, more than 3x24 hours later result still not out yet. I tried to contact the hospital several times (using 2 different phones) but all my calls were hung up. Again, I tried to contact through their whatsapp number, there's only automated replies. So frustrated because there is no valid contact point for me to confirm my PCR swab test result, which is really crucial. Hope Eka Hospital management can address this communication issue soon. ----- update----- Finally managed to get their reply through whatsapp and they called me to follow up. Appreciate the whatsapp customer officer following through my case. Still, minimum expectation is for the test result to be given within committed time period without being prompted. Also expect ease in contacting the hospital through phone, instead of multiple hang ups. Again, hope the hospital management can address these issues.

    Great hospital - was hospitalized there for a couple of days for a small surgery. Felt everything went smoothly from admission till discharge. 😠 Not recommended. If you're using BPJS might as well choose another Hospital. I had appointments 2 months in advance but H-1 the doctor cancel his practice and i don't even got substitute schedule. So they told me i have to made a new schedule 2 months in advance again (what???). FIX YOUR SOP!!
