    I give 1 star, the worst star, fot the Musolla (Mosque) because in my opinion the mosque (Musolla) is inhumane. Please fix it. After you fix it I will give the best star.

    Waiting for drive thru antigen test almost 2 hours - not because they're crowded but system which not link with tiket.com. Waiting for result almost 10 hours. Too much wasting time when u choose this hospital to provide your healthcare. Really disappointed ... think i know why the review only 3.7. Are u ok with that review as provider healthcare and hospital??

    It's 9.30 p.m. when we registered in this hospital. So far the security in the emergency area is nice and helpful. Just the nurse, most of them are unfriendly. When we asked, most of the nurses face soo..... Unpleasant. We requested Dr. Yudianti as the doctor for my mom, but..... Yet, until this afternoon, no sign of this doctor. I asked the nurse at the nurse station, and the answer just..... "Wait and patient" the common answer, with the nurse sorrow face πŸ˜“ So..... We cannot asked about my mom update condition. No info about anything. So dissapointed. 😞

    Several doctor was good recommended in Mayapada Hospital Tangerang. The services was excellent But Only the one of the OBGYN doctor has very poor attitude, cant speak english, cant deliver the message and elaborate detail even ask the patient english world to elaborate. Hope this hospital can select better doctor to partnership with.

    In July 1st, my husband, 8 month old son and I had to be hospitalized in this hospital due to covid. Mind you that this was the peak time of covid cases in Indonesia. Patients were overflowing and the healthcare system broke down. Despite that, we received such a nice care, both from the hospital staffs and the medical workers. The nurses are very nice and helpful. Sometimes they come in the room just to play with my son. The food are excellent with many varieties, too. After been hospitalized for 5 days, my husband's condition got worse. He was wearing oxygen mask (NRM) at the highest level (15lpm) but his saturation wouldn't reach 95, and even at times, below 85. Doctors started to worry, and decided to tell us bluntly how bad this can go. My husband already need a higher flow of oxygen (HFNC) but since the hospital was full, at that time it wasn't available. I had to sign a DNR, while my husband was installed catheter and feeding tube just so his saturation won't drop further, and it broke my heart into pieces. But we didn't lose hope, I contacted everyone I know (and don't know) through every platform to find plasma convalescent, while we wait for the availability of HFNC. Thank God, one day later my husband got his first bag of convalescent plasma AND HFNC machine. Through this critical time, the nurses and doctors were very supportive. They kept motivating us and convince us that things will get better. And thanks to their hard work and God's permission, things did get better. After getting his first bag of convalescent plasma, he got his energy back, by afternoon, he was already able to play with his son. The next day, his feeding tube was removed and he was able to eat from his mouth again. And again, I can't emphasize more how much the medical workers has helped us through this difficult situation. Unfortunately, my son and I had to be released from the hospital first on July 18th, while my husband still need to recover because this virus has damaged almost 90% of his lungs. So again, I had to leave him to the nurses and while I was gone, they have been taking care of him very patiently. Thank God, again, the medications and therapy given to my husband works, and his condition gets better everyday, his breathing capability also improved rapidly, so he can remove the HFNC, and change into NRM, nasal, then removed it completely and breathing on his own. Finally, on August 4th my husband was released from the hospital so he can continue recover from home with his wife and son. Special thanks to dr. Andy and dr. Ben. Also, Mas Wahyu and all the other nurses in the 4th floor. Your good deeds will never be forgotten, and may Allah always give you good health. Thank you Mayapada Hospital Tangerang!

    Baru kali ini merasakan ketidakpuasan dengan pelayanan di MAYAPADA HOSPITAL TANGERANG (MHT) customercare atas nama Diah terkesan ketus untuk menjawab pertanyaan saya, memang saya tidak melihat mimik muka anda saat bicara tapi kan say mendengarkan perubahan nada dan intonasi anda saat berbicara. Wajar donk saya nanya kenapa saat terinfo kalau test TCM dicover oleh Inhealth saat mau masuk rawat inap tapi saat mau pulanh tiba2 saya di suruh bayar untuk test TCM nya karena info nya inhealth tidak mengcover test TCM untuk pasien rawat inap dan info nya lagi sekarang untuk rawat inap balik lagi diberlakukan test swab pcr saja. Harus nya kalo memang tidak di cover inhealth infokan dan kalau memang ada perubahan dari inhealth nya tolong donk disampaikan secepat nya jangan pas mau pulang baru dibilangin. Memang RS MAYAPADA rata2 yang berobat disana yang punya kanyong tebal tapi nggak semua orang punya kantong tebal...

    Pooorrrr experience I come here for a dental treatment and i had such a bad experience for this 4.5 rated hospital -location is quite far from the toll/highway -parking is good -many good restaurants inside -registration queue is messed up and spend my 20mins, but the staff is kind -no clear guides about thr direction to dental polyclinic -waiting room is so poor, crowded, dirty -the medical staff didn't even wear clean and disposable personal protective equipment.. really poor representative medist for a modern hospital

    opname here in presidential suite. room quite nice but service not so good considering im in the highest level room. nurse need long time for response, nurse forget to submit my sample for lab, nurse didnt follow up my sample, fail to recognize sign of drug allergy, very limited car park

    Had a treatment in this hospital started from ER stayed overnight. All the staff are professional including doctors nurses and staff who accommodate the need of paper work such as medical record staff. In specific Ms Helen is in charge in Medical Record who helped to provide docs for the insurance company. Take longer time than expected to get it but delivered at the end.

    Consulted with the internist, doctor Benjamin. Glad to have found dr Benjamin, he is really kind and helpful, menjelaskan dengan sangat baik dan tidak terburu-buru. Also did a medical check up. The entire process was smooth, the MCU counter opened 8:00 AM sharp, the MCU session also finished on time. Nurses and admins are very helpful, which i really appreciate.

    I can highly commend dr Benjamin and dr Yongky. They both are the star of the shows here in mayapada. Other than that nothing I can compliment. The cashier staff can get much more improvement because they’ve been a bottleneck during your checkout process. Other than that, I love this hospital because those 2 doctors and comprehensive information given while consulting with them about your health condition. Edit : dr Vetty also a very good doctor here. She did my appendix surgery last month.

Susternya beragam ada yg baik dan ramah tapi ada yg ketus jawab seadanya. Jadi saya rasa tidak bisa saya jadikan tolak ukur untuk menilai pelayanan sehingga secara garis besar semua kembali ke personal. Parkirannya sdg dalam tahap konstruksi jadi agak ribet parkir enakan di luar. Toiletnya standar tergantung jam ramai atau tidak. Kalau ramai kadang kurang bersih. Harusnya lebih sering di cek keadaan toiletnya. Pendaftaran bisa melalui wa tapi tetap butuh daftar ulang sepertinya sama saja tidak mempengaruhi urutan.

    Sy pasien dari dokter Hendra. Penyertaan nya sangat baik dalam memberikan informasi tentang penyakit dan cara mengatasinya, koordinasi dgn dokter2 lain untuk yg berhubungan dgn penyakit cukup cepat. Dedikasi dokter sangat baik, walaupun pasien byk tetap memberikan pelayanan baik dan visit tetap dilakukan walaupun sudah sampai larut malam. Ketersediaan kamar kurang,namun pelayanan penyediaan kamar sangat responsif. Para perawat juga Ramah dan siap membantu.

    Kecewa untuk penyelenggaraan vaksin covid19 (moderna) programnya dari tgl 30 agustus s/d 4 september. Sudah daftar dan dapat konfirmasi lewat wa terjadwal vaksin untuk tgl 4 september pukul 09.00-13.00. Saya datang jam 10.30 pas saat di lobby terinfo kalau vaksin sudah selesai karena kuota penuh. Kenapa gak dikonfirmasi lg dari pagi, infonya ada kesalahan sistem, harusnya kan yg sudah terjadwal dan terima notifikasi bisa dilayani dong, ini malah disuruh dateng lg hari senin dari jam 7 pagi dan harus isi di selembaran kertas untuk absen. Bener2 deh ga jelas sistemnya!!!

    Hotline parah. Harusnya pake nomer sendiri2 utk cabang masing2 supaya hemat waktu dan pulsa. Udah nelpon berkali2, nunggu superrrrr lama, ke radiology ga diangkat, ke bagian asuransi ga diangkat. Daftar lewat WhatsApp ga direspon. Buruk banget pelayanannya. Ngapain bisa daftar online tapi udah daftar mesti ditelpon dulu supaya direspon WhatsApp nya?! Ga guna banget. Benahin dong CS nya, masa hubungan langsung ke customer, tapi kaya gitu semua.
