    Veeeeeery BAD SERVICE. Should have been awarded as THE SLOWEST HOSPITAL OF ALL TIMES. Went here a couple times, ALL of them took me MINIMUM 3 hours from registration desk to getting my medicine. Skipped my lunch, etc, just to make sure I don't miss my call. I felt like dying just to wait for my turn. I wonder what's the issue.. Lack of training? Lack of staff because of severe cost cutting? But they charge us at a very expensive cost and is the most profitable business unit, no? Seriously guys, choose other hospitals if you're really sick and can't stand 3-4 hours of pain. It is for your health and your well-being.

    Don't come here unless you're dying and it's a case of emergency. Suuuuper slooooow service!!! Spent 5 mins at the doctor and 90 mins at registration, cashier and pharmacy. Nope. Never gonna come back here.

    Excellent services from all the staffs here, competent and kind doctors and very nice, kind, and helpful nurses make mee feel very properly looked after eventho I was alone with no guardian. Super VIP room is nice and comfortable as well. I was discharged few hours ago and I already missed the nurses on my unit whi have been taking care of me these past few days (that I didn't get to say goodbye to) :(

    Nice hospital, yet it’s weird that their VVIP room has no drink water dispenser (We have to buy for guests). The VVIP room is quite big, but somehow doesn’t feel like VVIP room. It’s more like VIP. Internet is terribly slow! What a shame, as Lippo owns First Media (internet provider), yet the internet here is terrible. As for the service here, it’s not bad, yet could be better. What I like about this hospital is, they have various restaurants on lobby area, including Auntie Anne’s, HokBen, Imperial, and many more. Lobby is very spacious and also has decent spots to sit. Parking wise, they have enough space for car parking.

Wow ya dokter itu. Tapi suster bisik2 "kayaknya sih bukan covid kak, soalnya bukan.. (apa gitu lupa)" Kali ini cerita tentang Mama saya. Masuk IGD, karena lemes banget, demam, menggigil. Cuma diperiksa dan diinfus. Ga ada inisiatif cek darah tuh dokternya (cewe). Kita keluarga ngotot untuk cek darah. Ternyata DBD, trombosit cuma 12.000. Dok, bisa lewat Dok nyawa Mama saya kalo kalo kita ga paksa mah. Lanjut ke IGD 16/7. Petugas ngomong sambil melotot2 dan tiba2 bilang "kalo covid di sana, bukan di sini". Wow, kurang pantes kayaknya petugas rs sekelas Siloam begini. Saya bener2 shock. Akhirnya saya ke dokter umum, lewatin petugas sambil tunjukin hasil PCR. Saya cek darah, ternyata saya DBD. Bukan covid ya!! Kalopun covid, ga gitu juga cara ngomongnya, kayak ga ada etika dan sopan santunnya. Super duper kecewa kali ini. Coba lebih ditraining lagi tata krama petugasnya (laki2). Maaf saya kasih bintang 2. Karena selama ini selalu puas dengan pelayanan Siloam, kalo rawat inap pasti di sini, promil pun saya di sini, Mama saya sering dirawat di sini, Mama operasi angkat kista pun di sini.     Only visit some doctors here, not hospitalized, so just know about the ground floor area. There is a lot of tenants here right after we get into the hospital. There is a live music with piano. The parking area is so spacious, so wide. Many insurances accepted in here even bpjs (but in the different building that i do not yet go to that building). The doctor i visited were so good and patient, and that is the best doctor i choose after went to 5 doctors before huhu. Hope im getting better and my disease are gone, amiin

Tanya untuk klarifikasi (biar tidak miskom) disindir. Bukannya kuliah dokter tuh diajarin ethical medicine / etis kesehatan ya? Susternya yg ambil darah ada yg eyeroll, nyenggrang (growl/kasar) bahkan. Like yo, kalau pasian anda lagi lemot atau kurang pinter / uninformed ya tolong dilayani dengan sabar, khususnya dalam kondisi sakit yang mikirnya tidak jernih. Kalau cuma bertanya aja digituin bayangin pasien lain digimanakan. Kalau ke klinik / puskemas / rs yang lebih affordable atau murah gt, pasien sakit dilayani kek gt aja kesel apalgi di tempat yg mahal dan keluar duit out of pocket. Fasilitas bagus tapi human resource nya kek gitu. Damn, what a shame.

    I was conflicted when I put this rating. The Siloam Hospital Lippo Village was like 2 side of coins. The Siloam Lippo Village International Hospital was having spotless service, but on the other hand, try to use the RS Umum Siloam Lippo Village and BPJS.. I got the worst customer experience. I called and called for reservation and they NEVER picked up the line. It was the biggest joke! If you are not ready for giving back to society, do not pretend to have the good will. Apologies for the harsh words, but it is true. Up to now, I still cannot book my reservation for BPJS Kesehatan recommendation 😊

    Superb quality of service from doctors, nurses, and other staffs. The combination of Competent doctors, friendly and patient nurses, and a comfortable room made being sick and in pain much more bearable (and dare i say, pleasant). Easily the best hospitalisation experience ive had yet. Doctors and nurses were quick to figure out what was wrong and react accordingly. 10/10 would recommend, very much worth the long line of registry, lol.

    PCR Test disaster Took a PCR to go abroad. Made an appointment by writing out passport number and marked "for travel" in the box saying "purpose" Came in for the PCR test and provided passport. Was told that KTP (National ID card) is the only ID accepted. Shown the card and was told to email it to their email address, which was not received after 10 mins (cc ed another email address which accepted my email with no problem). The swab was over in 1 mins, which was quick and efficient. Took the result the next day after 24hr mark passed. Was shocked to see that the passport number was not written on the result. The lady told me that was due to me not mentioning the use of the test. Corrected her that not only I explicitly told the reception I need it to go to Japan, I even offered my passport which was rejected. At the airport 3 hours before flight, I was rejected since the form did not mention my nationality. Emailed them and got no response. Called them and waited for 30 mins on the waiting music before Siloam hung up (never got the chance to talk to the PCR department) Finally managed to reason with the airport to let me in. Kami keluar rs, deposit masih di sana. Dan baru tau guys beda gedung bpjs dengan yg biasa, 180 derajat, satunya kayak mall super duper cling dan mewah satunya lagi...liat sj y nanti kalo sempat, Keramahan call center pun berbeda, petugas juga...bak langit dan bumi itu beda banget beda gedung beda banget..satunya suara call center ala ala yg lembut satunya...untung2 diangkat..dan siap2 sj nerima tone suara yg jutek.... Buat dokter diagnosa nya lebih akurat, sy minta cek telinga katanya ga ada alatnya, alatnya lagi rusak...(sesederhana itu...) jika dijelaskan lagi duh..ga deh...intinya...kayak berasa jadi orang bodo sy nya...     I have been taking my Medical Check up for years in this hospital. I feel that the MCU department here on 5th floor is exclusively served only for MCU patients and not mixed with other regular patients. The place is spacious and clean and the staffs are very professional. They know what they are doing and very polite as well as friendly. It is one of the reasons why i always come back for my MCU here.

Very good service from all staff as well as doctors who were helpful, communicative and attentive. The administration system is computerized so all processes are easy and fast.
