😠 Not recommended. If you're using BPJS might as well choose another Hospital. I had appointments 2 months in advance but H-1 the doctor cancel his practice and i don't even got substitute schedule.     You might better go to public hospital instead of this one, i swear to God i have never seen/experienced something THIS BAD BAD with hospital. With all of the payment methods ; cash, insurance, or BPJS (I’ve tried it all) it’s all negative nonetheless. The doctors and nurses almost are all irresponsible and neglected their patients, but they cover it with soft tone speaking bs. 1. Doctors almost ALWAYS late, like 2-3 hours LATE 2. IGD staff would be laughing their way to heaven, not even considering how others patients’ feel. 3. I dont know how they managed someone’s chart bcs u gotta explain things OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again with so many different doctor & nurse. If somehow u missed 1 explanation by 1 specific doctor and hoping the nurses at least could tell u something, they’re clueless. They just blame u for not understanding/why you missed it. 4. I was BEGGING for them to tell me the diagnosis of my family member after 2 DAYS straight of them doing so many lab checking, CT scan, and others but gives 0 explanation for the result. Sure enough, they explain it after you get angry. 5. My dad was crying for help at 1am and look for the nurses in charged to help, guess what everyone? THEY ALL FELL ASLEEP BEAUTIFULLY ✨✨✨ NOT EVEN 1 responsible enough to stand by!!! CRAZY!!!! And no one come to check what is happening until 6am the morning shift nurse come to help. If this chaos is this massive and structured, just burn the whole management and BODs to the gutter.

    Hermina Hospital is a private Hospital located nearby UIN Syahid in South Tangerang City This hospital has became partners of the Healthcare and Social Security Agency (BPJS Kesehatan). There is a long wait here, especilly for BPJS members. For those members of the BPJS. Please be prepared to document needed. Otherwise, you will be rejected.

    The first time I visited RS Hermina Ciputat was when I got positive Covid19. Firstly, they took me to the emergency unit. The nurse checked my condition and they did the xray too. I was waiting for about 3 hours there before they moved me to my room. The room was quite comfortable and and they got tv, air con, and the bathroom. I was with another patient in the room which is great because I'd be scared at night if there's only me there. The doctors and nurses came 3-5 times a day to check my condition, replace intravenous fluids empty bottle, did blood pressure check, gave me medicine, and meal 3 times a day. They have room service who clean my room and the bathroom 2 times a day to keep everything hygienic. They were all nice, friendly, and treat the patients very well. Also I got a room with a view! Lucky me. Overall, they did a great job but I'll maintain my health so I don't need to get back there.

    going here to see my friend… the patient room is clean, spacious and comfortable, there is a dispenser in the room, the doctors and the nurses are great, access to the patient room from the lobby is also easy, not too far. there are many restaurants around the hospital….

    If you using BPJS better not visit this hospital today my son went to ICU at this Hermina hospital, they refuse to use our BPJS, and they accepted to pay by cash...what a shame...

    Good experience here especially on dentist. The dentist was very calm and good to service the patient. Early booking is needed by phone 1500488 or by online applications. But be prepared to come earlier from your schedule.

Pelayanan ruang IGD sangat sangat tidak berperikemanusiaan, pasien (ibu saya) tidak mendapat pelayanan sesuai keluhan/sakit yang dirasakan. Setelah menunggu dengan lama tiba2 ada suster yang mengaku sebagai dokter (seingat saya memakai APD berwarna merah) tidak ada ramahnya sama sekali cenderung JUTEK/CUEK seperti banyak yang dikatakan orang2 dalam review ini, dia mengarahkan pasien igd agar dimasukkan ke ruang ISOLASI dengan alasan melihat ibu saya batuk2 dan kekurangan oksigen menurutnya, yang kurang ajarnya adalah bahwa dia belom melihat hasil rontgen dan laboratorium namun sudah langsung mendiagnosa pasien. Juga kita didesak agar mengikuti arahannya. Sebagai orang awam saya masih bisa berpikir logis darimana bisa menyimpulkan bahwa pasien dalam keadaan covid jika hasil swab dan rapid antigen ibu saya negatif semua, yang lucunya suster baru melihat hasil rontgen paru2 dan menjelaskan ada flek putih pada paru2 SETELAH mendiagnosa covid ibu saya, seharusnya sebelum mendiagnosa dianalisis dulu ini justru sebaliknya. Kesimpulan yang saya dapatkan bahwa suster (yang mengaku2 sbg dokter) di IGD mempunyai niat untuk mengarahkan pasien igd agar menjadi pasien covid-19 dan dimasukkan ke ruangan isolasi. Maka lebih berhati2lah untuk mengambil keputusan pengarahan covid-19 jika memang belum benar2 yakin dengan apa yang dibilang oleh suster igd sebelum nyawa orang tersayang kalian terancam di masa pandemi spt skrg ini. Semua yang saya tulis di sini adalah benar dan fakta, apabila ada yang kurang berkenan bisa mendatangi saya langsung saya siap menjawab semua pertanyaan tanpa memalsukan satupun kebenaran.     Part of hermina hospital group. But compare to my favorite one in hermina pasteur, their service is less. The location is around 500m from a big street. Difficult to be noticed if you dont see the small board near in the side of the street. But overall this hospital is good choice for people on Ciputat and Pamulang area.

    Pelayanan lama. Terhitung dari bagian awal, petugas administrasi lelet, sering ngobrol dg rekan di samping dan bolak balik masuk ruang petugas. Nunggu dokter dtg jg lama, jadwal praktik jam 8 baru dtg jam 9an dan pemanggilan pasien pertama menjelang jam 10. Bagian kasir jg relatif lama, tdk spt rs lain yg cm sekali menunjukan kartu asuransi saat pendaftaran, di Hermina saat ke kasir jg harus menunjukan kartu asuransi lg. Perlu diperbaiki nih kualitas pelayanannya :(

    My first impression at this hospital was very impressive. starting from friendly registration staff, dexterous nurses, and doctors who explain in detail. plus the neurology section is also very detailed checking patient data. there is no difference in serving patients even with BPJS. Only this hospital has a very good service using BPJS, I have several times around different hospitals using BPJS and getting poor service starting from registration. Itupun nama saya gak dipanggil2, ga ada konfirmasi sampai saya tanya lagi ke staf yg baru. Kacau Ini padahal bayar pake pribadi loh, gatau gimana kalo yg pake bpjs
