    The stars represent my satisfaction. Seriously, this hospital really needs improvement or any training to give good service for the patients. I feel not welcomed, not even receive smile or hello, or whatever is that. Especially for the information, the staff seems like dont know what they have to do, like have no idea. The information that staff give is not accurate, they’re not even sure with their own answers. So dissapointed with Dharmais, sorry but it’s true.

Cobalah bagian manajemen RS Dharmais, anda sering-sering melakukan penyamaran sebagai pasien dan ikut membaur bersama pasien, jangan hanya menerima laporan di atas meja. Lihat dan rasakan dengan mata kepala sendiri, pasien yang sedang kesakitan, menunggu jadwal yang belum pasti, diperlakukan tidak nyaman lagi dengan oknum perawat. Jangan terlena dengan nama baik "RS KANKER TERBAIK", karena justru menyandang nama besar ada tanggung jawab dan pelayanan yang prima.

    This stars only represent about car park in this hospital.. I came here to blood donors only. Arrive at 8.45 am and car park was full already. I decide to park my car at Slipi Jaya Mall, a bit far from hospital, but no other option. Hope the hospital management could improve parking area. And the valet service should be reviewed, because this valet services is not as a main money maker for the hospital and not significantly impact to the "production" cost, I guess 😊.. If you want to visit this hospital, wish you luck in finding parking area for your car.

    I have no doubt that this hospital is helpful to its patients. I went here for 2nd vaccination and the process was so quick. But unfortunately the parking situation is very stressful and the hospital's layout is confusing. It needs a better organization or an additional parking space.

    Five-star facilities and individual service. The corner for BPJS patients is administered professionally. There have been queue ticket machines which make waiting comfortable because you need not stand. All data is computerized so one input can be accessed by many staff. As a cancer-suspect patient, I have been through PRC transfusion, blood check up, donor station, and the poly clinic. And so far no complaints at all. πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ What's not right is probably not everyone is well informed about things and procedures. So sometimes I need to go to different floor and at times different building after being told to go somewhere else previously. πŸ˜“ And off course, being the largest cancer center in Indonesia, if you are a BPJS-sponsored patient, you need to allocate extra time and energy because we need to queue. You cannot rush things here. Everybody requires extra service from the hospital. But believe me the service we receive is worth those. 😊 I don't want to share the photos due to hospital policy not to take any documentation without their permission. πŸ™

    Parking space is terrible. Went there at 7 am there were a lot of parking spaces with cone specially for so-called "doctors" when there's a sign that suggested doctors should park at RS Harapan Kita. Scheduled a chemo 2 weeks in advance but apparently my mom's name wasn't on the list. We pay everything by ourselves not with BPJS. Hospital's staffs weren't helpful and they weren't nice either. Annoyed with this bad service. But what can u expect? It's not up to par to the private-owned hospital.

    My Wife has been in and out at this Hospital, the service, euipments, procedure and Docters very helpfull and professional, so why should you go to Singapore or Malaysia for cancer treatment if we can have it in Dharmais Hospital Jakarta.
