Although I often read in other hospitals there is discrimination against BPJS users, but thank God I did not feel it at this hospital. Starting from administration, cashier, pharmacy, midwife, nurse, doctor, all are very friendly and very helpful. I was touched .. I entered the hospital at 9 am, and got a class 2 treatment room (one room with 3 beds). Soon the midwife came cordially for infusion, checking openings in, taking blood samples for the lab, and delivering lunch boxes. At 2 pm I was taken to the surgery preparation room to be infused again with a new infusion. At 3:30 pm I went into the operating room. Walaupun saya sering membaca di RS lain ada diskriminasi pada pengguna BPJS, tapi alhamdulillah saya sama sekali tidak merasakannya di RS ini. Mulai dari administrasi, kasir, farmasi, bidan, perawat, dokter, semua sangat ramah dan helpful sekali. Saya sampai terharu.. Saya masuk RS pada pukul 9 pagi, dan mendapat kamar perawatan kelas 2 (satu kamar isi 3 bed). Tidak lama bidan datang dengan ramah untuk pemasangan infus, pengecekan bukaan dalam, pengambilan sampel darah untuk di lab, dan mengantar box makan siang. Pukul 2 siang saya dibawa ke ruang persiapan operasi untuk kembali diinfus dengan infus yang baru. Pukul 3.30 sore saya pun masuk ke ruang operasi. Setelah persiapan, dokter Anestesi datang menyapa dengan ramah dan kemudian melakukan bius spinal, bius di tulang ekor seperti untuk operasi caesar (hanya saja dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda). Dokter Kandungan datang dan kuret pun dilangsungkan selama kurang lebih 15 menit tanpa sedikitpun rasa sakit, lalu saya masuk ke ruang recovery selama 1,5 jam hingga pukul 17.30. Di ruang recovery saya menggigil hebat di atas bed karena efek anestesi dan ruangan yang dingin. Perawat dengan sigap memberi saya double selimut dan juga alat penghangat untuk mengurangi dingin. Perawatnya ramah sekali.. Jam 18.00 saya kembali ke ruang perawatan untuk observasi dan pemulihan. Setelah makan malam dan istirahat, efek anestesi di kaki saya mulai menghilang dan setelah saya bisa berjalan dan BAK dengan lancar, saya diperbolehkan pulang ke rumah (walaupun dokter dan bidan lebih suka saya menginap agar observasi bisa lebih lama, ditakutkan ada pendarahan dan sebagainya). Suami lalu mengurus administrasi sementara bidan membantu mengurus obat ke farmasi yang dibekalkan untuk saya dirumah. Saya keluar RS pada pukul 22.00, dibekali antibiotik, vitamin, dan pereda nyeri. Total biaya yang saya keluarkan untuk konsultasi, tindakan kuret, obat-obatan, dan kontrol kuret seminggu setelah kuret nanti adalah : Rp. 0, -. Yet, the customer service (if I’m not wrong Ms. Anna and Rini) and the Medical doctor tried so hard to make I got the the cheapest package, calculated and simulated, mix and matched based on my company requirements.     I gave Siloam Hospital 3 stars not because the services were bad. They were great even though 1 or 2 workers there were not very friendly to be working in service industry But that was okay.
