Very friendly staff and service from reception to breakfast. The rooms are a bit affected due to the climatic conditions and the noises from outside cannot be ignored. The air conditioner, which comes closest to a turbine, does your good work, but it doesn't make it any quieter. The breakfast is really great and very qualitative and characterized by Asian style. The staff was very attentive and the coffee was absolutely great. The hotel has a variety of good restaurants, fitness centers etc...A lovely oasis in the middle of Bekasi

During this very long vandemic it's hard to find which hotel or resort to bring my family to get relax and fell better since this not good situations and, finally holiday inn is good and right choice. this hotel seems very consistent to do healthy protocol from check in till check out. room cleanliness with good linen and all stuff already disinfectant so make we feels very safe. beside that, food taste delicious and so many variant during breakfast and also children under 12 years free to join with parents this is very valuable instead another hotel take charge. over all this very recommended hotel for stay

I worked in the vicinity of Holiday Inn Jababeka for 9 years before I left for other city in 2021. Before the pandemic, I had the pleisure of being HI Jababeka client for years from meetings to events, being their gym member and stayed there several times as well. When pandemic hit, all those activity ceased. Then I moved away. Suffice to say the last time I was in contact was in 2019. Last weekend, I stayed there with my partner. It all felt nostalgic to me, but only everything is even better. The room is the same but the amenities are better now. The staffs are as helpful and resourceful, as they used to but the smile is wider and the time to response is faster. The food is tastier and various, my husband loved the Soto Betawi he had during breakfast, I LOVE everything served during the breakfast. I still remember some items, but I recognize some more variety of food that they add, like the indian and korean section. I felt like home when I'm away from home. All in all, I had a great time with Holiday Inn Jababeka, I'd like to express my gratitude towards the team for being excellent during my stay. Thank you for making my stay as pleasant as I'd hoped for. Looking forward to staying there again.

Right now, this is the best hotel in my life, my son told me. I think, that word already describe about this hotel. The food, the room, the swimming pool and also the hospitality is the best. I get the same experience between holiday inn cikarang and holiday inn vienna, nice job.

Very nice and friendly staff. Room was also clean, comfortable, and spacious. They provide Korean and Japanese food stall for breakfast as well, which is another plus side. They're also using Dove for bathroom amenities and those are smell so good. Unfortunately I couldn't explore the gym and pool because I needed to work.

Come here only at ball room for 2 times. Quite spacious.. Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't accomodate masjid/prayer room near to its ball room nor lobby. Nearest only at grande valore's basement

Clean and nice pillow and bed. The house keeping staff was extremely honest and helpful: Accidentally dropped my property (small size item) and was recovered promptly by Rasidi during his routine service (Holiday Inn House keeping staff). His action had made my stay a super positive one

I have stayed at Holiday Inn Cikarang numerous times for business. The hotel is located in one of the busier industrial district at Jababeka. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices ranging from Indonesian, Asian and western cuisine. Since this hotel is also in the same complex as an apartment building, they share the same facilities such as thematic garden and gym. There are also few restaurants, including a Japanese one, that you can choose to dine at. The hotel is a bit pricey compared to other alternatives but you get what you pay for.

I spent one business week in the hotel and experience was above my expectation. Room very comfortable and clean, very nice service staff (many thanks to David at reception for his support). Sure I will recommend it to my colleagues. Many thanks to all staff.

The room here was just fine. Ok for business travelers. Seminar room at level 1 was so-so. The door couldn’t be closed properly due to loose hinges so it made noises and couldn’t get rid of the loud sound from people passing by. Service staffs weren’t professional either.

Willing to help and very nice friendly staff. Clean room and modern decoration. My room is next to the street so it’s quite loud at night but quiet after midnight.

Go there only for dinner, the food is good. And the service is nice. The view is okay with pool and high building around. There's live music and most important, they provide mushola.

Overall, it was a great experience. Right from my airport pickup, check in until the check out, all the employees served me well. I am really happy with the room, food at the restaurant, laundry service and the gym. Special thanks to the driver who took me to Ashoka restro. They did not accept my credit card after my meal. I have requested the driver, and he brought local currency for me. Later, I re paid.

Stayed several time in this very nice hotel located in a convenient area. Perfectly clean and well equiped with swiming pool and fitness room. The breakfast buffet is very diverse with good quality food and the service is remarkable. The hotel personnel is extremely profesionnal and outgoing, it is very appreciable. I recommend it.

So we choose this as a short escape not far from jakarta..actually we just take kids to swimming pools and the hotel was just great for this..well dont expect wil be playground for the kids as this not a "vacation hotel" as this place in industry environment jababeka..so far good pools and breakfast..and reasonable price as others more expensive while in ppkm condition..

When I said it was my daughter's birthday, the hotel decorated a commemorative cake and a towel cake. The swimming pool is divided into shallow and deep areas, and the water is cleaner than any other hotel. I really enjoy swimming.

Room is clean. Breakfast just OK only but at least there is brew cappuccino still good experience. Restaurant grilles ribeye is good taste at night time but depend on luck, looks like need to pre-order.

Staying here for a few months whilst working in Cikarang. Food in the restaurant is excellent, especially as they are catering for westerners. All of the staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean, modern with great cleaning service and laundry. Couldn’t ask for anything more whilst working away in this industrial area.

I was there 2 times for office meeting and had nice experience. The hotel is clean, the food are delicious and great. The staffs are so friendly. Someday I will take my family for staying there.

Nice hotel. Clean premises. Swimming pools are great, suitable for family time with kids. Room walls are a bit thin though, we could hear people chat / doors open & closed.
