Shoutout to dr. Geraldien for being the best psychiatrist I have ever had the privilege to be treated by. If you have any mental health issues, go to her. She will listen and not judge. 10/10 will go again. Hospital service is fine, no discrimination towards BPJS users. Expect a longer queue in the pharmacy.

Today I was check up my healthy and my blood, something I like from this hospital is all of the workers here, because i am a adult woman, all of the nurse and doctor here they are women and I love it, Good service, comfortable place, good structure of service, clear explanation from the doctor, helpful, hopefully it always keep good service👍👍👍👍

First experience of Wisdom Teeth Surgery at the Hospital. Hermina. I used BPJS class 1 and got a room for 2 people, the inpatient room was clean and comfortable. There is also a TV and refrigerator inside. The nurses and doctors here are also friendly and kind, because when I was under general anesthesia I didn't feel any pain at all. Even during recovery I didn't feel sick at all. The medicine works well. But because using BPJS the process took a very long time, I had to check back and forth before the operation date. There was also a situation when the doctor was on leave, but there was no news. Finally rescheduled for next month. 😅 Until finally I had to have the stitches removed but I was told that the doctor was on leave and had to wait again next month, so in the end I chose to just have the stitches removed at another clinic.

Good services, but the doctors always come late. Sometimes need to wait for 1-2 hours. Please, educate the doctors about the value of time.

Recommend hospital for Tambun area. Always improving to be the better one, new building, new parking lot, new administration system, etc. Also received BPJS patient, but I never used my BPJS because it will take a lot of time. Even using private insurance or cash, you should choose a good time in order to makesure you will not wasting your time in this place. Hopefully the management can find a better formula to makesure us as patient can receive a faster service. From register, waiting the doctor, waiting at drugstore and at last waiting at cashier.

This hospital makes my soul emotional, not in the emergency room, not in the children's clinic, not in the adult clinic, the service is just bad, I really don't recommend it, if it wasn't for the sake of my favorite doctor for my child, I wouldn't take my child to this hospital. I came with my child at 9 am, took the queue number when I called the information desk and said the doctor would come at 1 pm. OK, I finally registered first and went home. After that I went back again at 1 pm, I waited for the doctor from 1 to 3 pm my child was not called nor was there a queue, once or twice I checked with the nurse at the weighing department, she said the doctor had not come yet, her turn had come and she was late. It was half past 3 and the nurse said to go to the immunization clinic again, oh my God, then I had to wait how many more hours, until my child had a tantrum, the wait was too long, it wasn't clear, there were no results, I had to go back to the hospital for a long time, finally I was annoyed, I just canceled it, so my child didn't get treatment. there. Really minimal information, confusing here and there. The information section and the nurse's information at the baby weighing is not the same, it's really not clear. Never going back there again.

The MCU here is really good, right? Register on day 1, just show up on the day. Everything flows smoothly, the waiting room is comfortable and separate from other services, so it's not crowded and comfortable.

Don't go to the Hermina emergency room because it takes a long time to get into the inpatient room, the BPJS ones will be eliminated by the independent ones. The reason is that the patient didn't come home. We've been waiting since the afternoon to enter the new room, we were told at 10 pm the room didn't have an alibi, the room was full. It's not strange that the boss's private business house no longer comes here

My son was hospitalized for a couple of days here and it was not a good experience at all. There were a couple of good nurses but that’s all. The pediatrician bang her table in front of me and were very judgmental of our concerns.
