It's my first time in this, and gonna be the last one, especially IGD. Only in this IGD, there's no any treatment to weak geriatri, elektrolit infus neither. Unhelpful staff to guide newbie, everything have to do by fams of patient. The first time being rejected by poli and getting refund, and many more unsatisfy😶 So many dramas in this hospital and finally going home without get any treatment coz exhausted with incoordination amongst many units there

Today, I did medical check up for my need for CPNS. When I came, it was not too crowded, so so. I have done this twice. Overall, the rooms are enough, not big, but not small. The building is enough clean. The staffs are enough friendly, but not too. There ar one to two staffs are a bit unfriendly. But overall , they are ok, especially the doctors!!!! Employee are rude, I know they are tired but this is their job, and we as patient asked them so politely but their answers were rude, rude, and so rude.. No sign where to go for administration.. Anyway what its written here is useless, they never change, may they are all get blessed Apa yg kau tabur itu yg kau tuai

Personally I would say they have such a superb service and clean environment as well! :) We were assisted quite effectively and I reckon when you are using BPJS you would still be served fairly nice. My overall reviews reflect on how efficient and precise their services are toward there patients. Nevertheless I would want to say, ALL IS APPLES on this fairly good hospital! :)

IS THIS FOR REAL???? I got treated at one of the well known hospital and didn't get as good as in here! Omg love the nurses, services people here, THEY'RE SO LOVELY and patient toward patients! 😭❤️ They even followed up whether you still have water or whether you're still feeling uncomfortable or not... AND the garden is really wide so you can take your patient to have a refreshing morning walk/exercise. ✨✨ Bless this hospital

My mother is having operation here at 8 am. No clear information on procedures. We were not explained that to accompany patient inward we have to have antigen test. Then in the morning we were running to the lab to get antigen test because we were told that the the lab is open 24 hr. Turns out it's only open at almost 8am so after queuing so long since 7 am we decided to cancel as it won't be enough time anyway. Btw the shocking thing is I don't see any disinfectant anywhere in this hospital although this is the main referral hospital for covid.

This is the most messy hospital ever. Especially in the administration area. No system in place, from one department and other there was no consistent system in place at all. In this year of 2024, the registration still runs by manual process (where patient or family drop the paper, then wait to get call). People were queuing in front of the receptionist, with not even mic in place. Last week we were told to see the Specialist, we did the registration immediately afterwards (last week). Today we come to our appointment, only to be told to register again for next week. I mean.... How does your kind could run a healthcare business like this?

Way better from the last time I went there a few years ago. Need to stay there because of Covid-19 and C-section so I stayed in an "isolation" room, but it kind of on half-isolation for me. Doctors, nurse, and midwife are good, they always helpful even though there are so many patient come and go.

There is no clear sign and the employee was rude. Enough

They gradually digitize their service, but some still needs a lot of paperwork. They turn to paper when digital service is down, and it is pretty frequent. No clear education or information about administration.

Best, attentive, friendly, professional nursess & doctors at TB MDR clinic for 2 years, taking care my daughter until she was declared healed. The UPV clinic medical staffs were also helpful, informative, friendly & open for service on ssheduled time. Thanks

The doctor offers medicine experiment when my mom treated because of covid-19. My sister got call to arrive to the hospital immediatelly just because the doctor want to make our mother subject for experiment. Seriously, this is a workday and my sister went to hospital immediately for you to offer my mom to be experiment subject ?? This happenned on 2020. The suster gave fake report too, they said they already give the oxigen to my mom. Then my mom did some selfie, guess what? She didn't use the oxigen yet. Until We complained with a effidence pictures. Then finally they gave the oxygen to our mom. I give extra 1 star cause my mother healed

I was treated for my pulmonary problem from 2014 to 2015. I had superb medical treatment alternative than what was once recommended by Department of Immigration and Border Protection of Australia. It was just fit my budget with our national insurance scheme. I would not be able to afford for any private medical treatments that were authorized or referred by Immigration office.

Got my meningitis vaccinations here. Take too long, many people (travel agent/ insider) cut the queue. Change the bureaucracy please.

worst hospital. very bad service. Took my sister there because of having hard breathing but they ignored us and told to go to other hospital because it was full in there, without any treatment. Very bad service and impolite staffs.

The worst hospital I ever come. The staff in the emergency services are ignorant, they prefer chit chatting with the security rather than checking the patient. Not sure why they get an A type hospital with their bad services

It’s been a month my lil sister treating at Radiotherapy on RSUP Persahabatan, all the staff members very kindly to answer all our questions and specially dr Yuki who always courage all patients to get better.
