My family go to dental clinic! The service is truly excellent!! We schedule appointment via WhatsApp, the nurses and staffs were quick to response. Once we came, it took less than 5 minutes to be treated by the dentist. What I love most is how the dentist gave us a a thorough, clear, and transparent information related to the treatment, consequences, and its cost. I want to thank especially drg. Diana for their patience during the treatment and detail explanation for what I was experiencing. Also to drg. Stella for giving me alternatives of solution of my tooth condition. She gave me options to consider, making me able to understand what's truly going on towards my nerve sensitivity. After the treatment, the nurses will follow up our condition through WhatsApp. Something I rarely find elsewhere. If finding a clinic that truly serves you well by heart is a luck in life, then I'm a lucky person!

Dr. Jessica explained in detail about the results of the examination of the problems that exist in my teeth, very good service, no upselling only suggested to take immediate action before it gets worse. My first experience visiting Union Dental Care was very pleasant. The booking process via WA was quick and smooth, they're open on Sundays (important!), the doctor (drg. Jessica) was on time, plus she explains everything I need to know with little probing, which I believe how every medical practitioner should be. The price is also reasonable, more or less the same as other dental clinics in BSD. Overall, recommended😊
