Normally, I had great experience with this clinic, doctors are communicative, hygienic and comfortable. Went here the first time in 2008. However on my last visit, had CO2 laser treatment, the nurse did not perform SOP for anesthesia, she even asked me « which part needs to be taken care of, miss? » and I replied « please ask the doctor! » but then she assured me that what she did was correct. Turned out she was not correct. so I had to endure the discomfort being lasered on quite a few spots without anesthesia! The pain was bearable, but I chose this clinic for the comfort and it disappointed me.. big time. I talked to the SPV and complained, she said sorry. But.. I don’t think I am going back here. Erha BSD just lost a lifelong customer.

Wish I could give this place a 0 star. No coordination whatsoever from the erha headquarters over what procedure can be done. I came to change a bandage mind you... Something I’ll literally do myself if need be. It should’ve taken 5mins and I was told by the main erha derma center that I could go literally to any erha to do this simple task but they would not allow me and even had to argue with the main erha over the phone over it. What a joke.

Since 2020 had a really nice experience! Had consultation with dr. Anjar Triastuti, Sp.KK and she's so communicative and aswer all my questions so detail! They also concern about the cleanliness and provide hand sanitizer in every corner! Thanks dok.

My experience here has been amazing. I have been here three times for an ongoing issue. They are amazing and patient with foreigners. Not sure, but it seems the doctors all speak fluent English. The receiption knows some but it would be best to bring Google Translate just to help. Professional, clean and classy. 👍

The place is amazing. Very comfortable and neatly designed. They used some homey aromatherapy which I really like. However the queue line to get the face care products are always lengthy

Reception pre-doctor exam was quite good, the doctor is nice (dr shinta), buuuuut waiting for the creams to be ready takes forever. Took me about 1.5 hours to get my prescription ready. I don't think I am going to return to this centre for buying the prescription.

You guys are weird. Chat to the other WA was offered on Sunday at 9. The admin of the other WA said it was full, he said it was moved to 11. Then suddenly he was told my appointment was at 9 and without waiting for any confirmation from me he told him to come 10 minutes earlier. For real?! What kind of enemies do your admins have? Don't talk to each other. Not coming back. You're not the only beauty clinic.

Bad reception service quality and unprofessional doctor !!! Made an appointment with the doctor through their WA service and I arrived 10 minutes before the schedule. Then the reception said the doctor will be late for an hour, when I told the reception she should have informed me when the doctor is late as stated on the WA. . But the reception gave a unprofessional response. If you have another option, better don't came to this ERHA location

Consulted doctor for itching facial eczema and received good products that worked really well and treated what’s necessary. No pushover for expensive product like other clinic. Great result. Happy with the treatment and service at the clinic Efficient and polite staff all the way & comforable waiting room. Will have a look at their other product!
