Very good service despite the miscommunication showed online. Family suite is spacious and very comfortable but no city view. Food is great, but too many flies flying over the food, and sweeper sweeping the floor while we are eating which isnt pleasant as well. Dinner was great too, especially the dessert. Nonetheless the services served by them are marvellous and excellent. Good job, the hotel customer service line team!

AMAZING HOTEL! Honestly, this was not my first choice while scrolling options in Gading Serpong and BSD area, but thankfully, I chose this. When I walked in, a lovely staff greeted me and told me that the reception was on level 13. The area is beautifully decorated. You will have tons to see and admire while waiting for the concierge. The Check-in process was relatively smooth in general. Kudos to the staff that carefully remembers which guests came first. This gesture avoids confusion and frustration in the queue; definitely vital when you are arriving from a 16 hours flight. The room was different in a good way! All the Peranakan colours and motifs will pamper your eyes. I don’t have enough words in my vocabulary to explain all the amazing details. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone in the area.

Have a very pleasant experience staying here for a total of 3 nights. Contemporary hotel design with oriental inspired style. Conveniently located near Super Indo supermarket, local food fare and global delights such as fast food joints like Subway and KFC, sushi bars, Chinese hotspots etc. Staff is friendly and helpful and overall service is excellent. Breakfast menu is good with a good choice from local delights to Chinese dim sum.

The designer of this hotel was no brainer!! First, it is very difficult for a car to maneuver because the turn is very sharp and narrow. A car of Innova size or larger must turn back and forwards to avoid getting scratched! I can't imagine if there was a reception on site there would be hundreds of cars queuing because of this situation. Secondly, this is the very first time I have experienced a four star hotel without a wardrobe. They put a hanger in front of the bed. After three days of staying there for a meeting, all my clothes are hanging exposed in front of me. When I go to sleep I feel like I'm living in a refugee camp! Third, I'm not sure why the Front Office is located on the 13th floor instead of the ground or 1st floor like most hotels. Fourth, they have a meeting room on the 15th floor but there is no way to access it from our room unless we go to the 13th floor and go up to the 15th floor by stairs!! The method of transit it self is already strange to me, plus they didn't put an elevator to the 15th floor to make my day worse!! Finally, the service was very slow. My room card was not updated when checing in and I called the Front Office so they could bring new updates to it. But after 15 minutes of waiting no one showed up so I had to get down on my own. When breakfast, lunch and dinner attended by many groups, you would expect to see many empty meal dishes for a long time and you cannot find plates and cutlery for you! Now I will think twice before using this hotel again for future meetings. I am writing this while still staying at this hotel. So if the manager wants to know more, you can find my name in your system for my room numbers.

Pretty specific layout and decoration with Chinese atmosphere inside. You can find lots of antique and collection everywhere. The staffs are really friendly to show their hospitality, providing the service in order to fulfill your request all the time. Like most of new hotels, the check-in lobby is not at ground floor but at 13th floor. The AI lifts can identify your room location once you tab in, choosing the proper lift for you. The breakfast buffet is at ground floor. You need to pass by the driving lane in order to reach to the destination. Eastern and Western cuisine here are tasty and yummy for adults and kids. You can power up yourself by having a delicious breakfast before heading to next destination. The hotel location is really good, close to SMS and UMN. 10 minutes for you to reach the nearest highway as well. Just come and give it a try. Enjoy.

Probably the most comfortable hotel I’ve been in so far. The rooms are very cozy, and comfortable! The staff are all very nice and always ready to help. Unfortunately the pool was quite small and very crowded, so I wasn’t able to experience the pool. Overall, really enjoyed my stay here.

I stayed here for 3 times, and nothing change with the toilet sprayer from the bathroom. Very small water came out. The room was nice, especially the executive room, and i tried the junior suite room in the last time i visit. It was okay, the room spacious but no view, this is the minus point about the room, and one more is the swimming pool, too small for family friendly hotel, it doesnt fit the guest with very limited space of pool.

Recommended hotel to stay around Gading Serpong area. The standard room is not too spacious but enough for 2 people. It's well decorated and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast is also very good with a lot of food varieties. Tried most of them and they taste fresh and delicious. This hotel is also close to a lot of places to eat outside.

Came here with my family for my cousin’s wedding party. We booked 5 rooms but only 1 room was ready at 2PM check in time. We all piled in to that one room while waiting for housekeeping to clean the others and this made us late for tea party ceremony. They were busy because there were 5 wedding parties that day. If you’re understaffed and overwhelmed handling big events like this, you should’ve just closed reservations rather than make guests wait idly. Room was nice, good amenities and breakfast was just ok.

New 4star hotel at Gading Serpong. The hotel is so spacious and luxury. Great place to stay out of Jakarta. Motor parking space is small and cant park. Motor with ease.

I had a wonderful stay at Episode, the hotel is pretty new, the facilities are nice and clean seemed to be properly maintained as well. We stayed at both themed rooms which are well designed. Great service too, everyone is so warm and helpful especially Jeje and Nidya. Prompt service when i requested the hair dryer to be replaced. Good spread at breakfast with nice mixture of both western and local food. Hotel has an easy access too as it's located by the main road. Thank you for the welcome cake, it was a nice touch! Overall very good value for money and would definitely stay again!

Stayed few times. Nice hotel with nice amenities. But every time I stay I get sick. I suspected it's due to the poor ventilation or no ventilation since there's no windows. Air conditioner is hard to adjust as well and is very cold.

Nice room, but we requested baby crib, and it is broken, unable to close so our baby can get out on its own. Breakfast is okay, the pastry is so stiff, hard to bite. Donut is the best in town.

New hotel. Surprisingly very clean. Felt like were checked in somewhere in SG. Aircon is good. Bathroom is good. But couldnt find any indomaret/alfa close by.

Nice room, great breakfast. Good view of Serpong area. Quite strategic location. However I found the AC in 3 rooms we booked, having issue. Perhaps the Management need to look at this issue, and the noise from the street still heard inside the room at 25th Floor! I can't imagine how it was for lower floor. Improve the check-in process which somehow took time to complete.

Everything are perfect. The food, staffs, the services ar great. For moslems, they provide your equipment to pray both for men & women. One thing to improve is the track to the parking area. It should be bigger.

Spending 4 days with overall experience, which can be described as quite satisfying... All the staff attitudes & courtesies are definitely spot on as expected, hassle-free checks in & and out, coupled with the complete amneties provided with the room and fairly numerous selections for the breakfast buffet... This place definitely becomes one my stay-there-when-around kinda spot. All and all, With faster internet connection speed in room this place could easily be the best around town ... no doubt.

Recently visited here for staycation with family. Checked-in at floor 13th; overall quick handling by the staff, booked the room via online application. Need deposit about 500K IDR (for room or laundry service). Safe and quick access around the hotel. The room is comfy and cozy, cool air conditioning, clean bed and sheets, kudos for the housekeeping team. A bit minus for the laundry that got maximum hour to pick up, even though they have express service. Wi-fi is fast, enough for online meetings and streaming.
