I was greeted immediately, registered promptly, and my questions about the registration form were answered. The facility is clean and beautifully decorated. It was a short wait until I was taken to a room and the NP came in right after my vitals were taken. I needed an EKG, which also happened without delay by a very friendly and efficient MA. My scripts were called in before I left and I was given verbal advice/instructions. I was actually happy not to leave with a handful of papers I wouldn't have read. Great place with great people!

Will always go here, they get you into a room in a timely manner along with seeing you. Ive never waited more then 15 to 20 mins to be seen and i never have been in the room for very long before the doctor came in. If they are running a little behind they notify you and don't leave you wondering when your going to be seen, like I have had before at other urgent cares. Always very nice, respectful and listen to what I have to say and work on the issues I came in for. I've never had any issues, I recommend them 100%. They have always taken care of me and my daughter. I can always get a same day appointments with no problems. 😊

My wife and I have used Carbon Health Care many times now. They are not your average urgent care. Everything is streamlined to cater to the customer. The facility is very nice and comfortable. I especially like the fact that you can make an appointment. And if you like you can ask to have one of their doctors to be your primary care physician. Not once have we had a problem. We had a great experience. My son had eye pain. We went in, got in quickly, doctor came right away. She had all the right tools to help my son, and figured out he had a scratch on his eye. Gave us antibiotics and sent us on our way. Very professional, kind and efficient. Plus open earlier. We were out by 8:15 am!

The staff at the front counter are courteous and warm. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. The care staff have good bedside manner and seem genuinely concerned. The decor is peaceful and homey. The lobby is never over crowded. Communication is thorough and complete. They always meet my urgent medical needs in a caring way.

I’ve gone to Urgent Care because my regular doctor is booked up. I’ve never had to wait very long and I’ve always been met with concern and kindness by the staff!! The provider listens to you and is very patient!! I like them, and believe they do the best that they can!!!

The care and service provided at Carbon Health (Irvington Rd, Tucson AZ) was great. The ladies who greeted me and took my vitals were kind, respectful and attentive. The FNP that did my check up listened to my concerns and provided quick and accurate care. Great job! Please use them when considering urgent care needs.

The front desk staff were helpful, kind and made the check in process go smooth and quick. MA took my vitals and asked all appropriate screening questions. I was seen by the doctor quickly. He was very thourough with my examination and explained in detail diagnosis. I received excellent care.

Very easy to schedule appointment. I used their app but once I created the account, it was very user friendly. Checking in was a breeze (as far as medical office check-ins go) and since it was a not so busy Sunday morning, I was seeing immediately. The medical assistant and the nurse practitioner were friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

We had such a great experience at the Irvington location! Amanda and Nurse Practitioner Susan were so kind and thorough. We had to bring our child in on a weekend and were seen right away. The facility is clean and well maintained. Most urgent cares we called did not have pediatric care so we were so grateful to find one that did. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those with children.

The most, absolute BEST Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. Clean, new, and classy location. The pediatrics room was the best patient room I’ve brought my son to. Very friendly and colorful and clean and fun. By far the best from any pediatrics room I’ve taken my son to. Staff were friendly, clear and concise when giving or asking for information. Minimal wait time to be seen. I would highly recommend this location without a doubt to any friends, families or strangers. And our NP that we saw was amazing too; her name was Susan. 10/10 experience. Hands down this should be a baseline for how healthcare facilities should operate nation wide. That’s how good our experience was.

Receptionist was very pleasant. She set a positive tone for the visit. The tech, again very pleasant, upbeat and makes you feel comfortable while explaining what she was doing. The nurse practitioner, I believe she said, was very easy to speak to and got right to the point in a positive way. Very nice team.

I highly recommend making an appointment here for your urgent needs. My child needed a same day appointment and they had quite a few appointments available same day. Walking into the clinic was an amazing setting. Very clean. As my child said, ”Looks like a mansion and it’s so peaceful mom” as he was waiting in the room for the Nurse Practitioner to check him out. The Nurse Practitioner Karl was very thorough and was so helpful. Staff is great! Brenda in front office helped me out with a few forms I needed to get in before my child’s appointment. It was super convenient doing the documents on a phone device. I’m glad this first time experience was a 10+ here. For myself and my child.

1st I must say the offices are beautiful! Makes you feel you’re visiting a spa rather than a clinic. Nurse Practitioner Susan is wonderful. Personable and kind on top of professional. She took time to sit and LISTEN. That means the world to me. I don’t want to be sick, but if I ever am again..this is where I will go.

As far as urgent care facilities go this is the best in my area! The facilities are clean. Rooms are nice and the appealing to the eye and leave you feeling comfortable. Staff is friendly and attentive to you needs. Appointments are kept as close to your time as possible.

The people at this clinic were so nice and understanding even after showing up 10 minutes late to our appointment! They had no problem getting us checked in. My son had an appointment at 10:50 a.m. and I had an appointment at 11:20. The check in process was so easy and smooth. Rooming was great and Briana was really nice to us! After a short wait the nurse practitioner came in to check us both out. He was also great with us and met all our needs! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that wants a smooth and great visit! (Plus to it all was the big screen tv playing a children’s movie in the lobby and free mini water bottles.)

I visited Carbon Health tonight for the first time. It was a pretty good experience. Their facility is gorgeous and kept very clean. The staff was all pleasant and professional. We didn't have to wait too long and the NP that we saw was very nice, called me back quickly with lab results after my visit and took his time with all my questions. Two things that I hate though are filling out forms on a tablet (would prefer a paper option) and still having to wear a mask. I have recently been to another urgent care and a pediatrician's office, neither of which required masks. If I have a choice, I will go where masks are optional.

Excellent, responsive staff from the front desk to the medical staff. I have been a nurse for 25 years and always remember that my patients don’t want to be seeking medical care and strive to treat them with empathy and to respond to their needs quickly especially when they feel terrible….:WELL let me tell you, these medical professionals exemplified that! My husband and i were seen and treated for covid they took care of us and when the pharmacy didn’t receive the electronic prescription and i called back they treated me with kindness and immediately resolved the issue instead of giving me the run around. Top notch staff from front to back. Thank you all. I was seen and had a 101.8 temperature and you guys were all terrific

I had a mostly good experience here. I'd say it's better than most urgent cares to go to. They sent me a survey but it didn't have any way to leave comments so I'm left with commenting here. I got in quickly and the medical assistant was quite positive and engaging. Nurse practitioner was pretty good and reassuring about my injury. The x-ray experience got the job done, but there were some issues. I felt rushed by the technician not realizing till later that it appears like she was also doing front desk duty. Also, there was no place in the x-ray room to put my stuff and so I needed to awkwardly balance stuff on my lap. When I nicely mentioned the need for a place for my stuff, the technician said well "that's why we suggest that you leave your property in the exam room" (doesn't work for me but it works for them). Also the x-ray chair was incredibly close to the x-ray table and so it was very awkward to sit down without bumping knee's into the equipment and I was already sore and not moving very well. The technician was quite agreeable about shielding. However in her rush to do the x-rays quickly, one of the x-rays didn't happen so after I returned to the exam room I had to come back for another run. At that point in her rush, she skipped the thyroid shielding collar So I had to duck my chin down to try to protect that area from scatter radiation. Bathroom was adequate but no toilet seat covers. Small thing to administration perhaps, but just another inconvenient aspect. I appreciated that I was given an x-ray DVD and for the overall service. The somewhat negative x-ray experience did stick with me though.

I recently encountered billing issues for my son's medical care, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. I reached out to the billing department to discuss a coordination of care after contacting our insurance company. Despite explaining the situation, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. When I asked about their policy on resubmitting bills, she abruptly hung up on me. Prior to ending the call, she suggested I contact the insurance company, but my attempts there were futile as they advised me to communicate directly with the billing department. I expect better service and communication from a healthcare provider. This experience has been unnecessarily stressful. I hope this review prompts a more responsive and professional approach to customer concerns.

Very professional, knowledgeable and kind staff that really seem to care about their patients. I was a walk-in so the wait was a bit long but the care I received for my injured wrist was exceptional. They had an x-ray machine, and all I needed there without going to a hospital emergency room. 🙏

This clinic gets a person in promptly. The clinicians listen, take action, and make referrals to general practitioners and specialists. This is really important for people who are in Tucson for some months and don’t have a personal physician here. We have utilized other quick care clinics, but this clinic’s staff is the best!

This Urgent Care is exemplary! 1. Called for an appointment on a Friday @ 11:30am and booked same day 4:00pm to include Xrays for my 80 year old Dad. 2. Text sent to me minutes after scheduling the appointment to confirm and download the Carbon App. 3. The office is new, spacious and a great location off of Irvington. 4. The entire staff was welcoming, professional and extremely helpful! Thank you for taking care of my Dad!

This is the cleanest urgent care I have ever been to. The people there are nice and it was super fast I scheduled my appointment online it was easy. Fast service I was in and out within 20mins! I will definitely be coming back to this urgent care from now on for any future visits me or my family may need!

I made an appointment for my mom Elaine today at 11:10 and the woman I spoke to was so helpful and nice. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. It's been hard to find a clinic with amiable and helpful staff and I am so happy we were able to find that today. She's definitely a keeper.

Wait time in the lobby was brief. My medical issue was identified and the treatment was promptly started. I was given an understandable explanation of what was needed. I was treated by genuinely caring medical staff, from beginning to end. I left there feeling that my healthcare needs were well taken care of and would not hesitate to return there if needed.

Everyone was so sweet and caring. The medical assistant Briana and the NP were so helpful and took really good care of me. Beautiful office too!

This was my first visit to Carbon Health @ the W. Irvington location. I was very impressed with not only the cleanliness, and style inside the building. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and they made me feel comfortable. I would recommend this particular office to anyone.

Beautiful facility, pleasant receptionist, incredibly fast being seen by the provider who was kind and no nonsense. My needs were addressed without equivocation, lab was done, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and I was out of there in less than an hour. This was the best experience I have had in healthcare facilities, hands down.

Not only is the facility very classy, and super clean, but furthermore the entire staff is super friendly and really care about the patient. They listen to your concerns and patiently answer all your questions. In addition I was in and out so quickly as well. After this experience I will go nowhere else. I can only recommend to anyone! I was welcomed immediately upon my arrival. Everyone was courteous and professional. The facility is beautiful and very clean.

I rarely review things. I've visited several Urgent Care facilities and Carbon was very good. I will use them again if the need arises. Facility was clean and well organized. A well organized and professional staff took care of me. My first visit. When the doctor came in, he reviewed my issues and scheduled an X-ray. Test went smoothly and the doctor spent time with me explaining the course of treatment and my options. Prescribed some meds and I was on my way. The experience impressed me.

I made an appointment for 10 AM and was in a room by 10:05. Fastest service I’ve seen in a very long time. The office is very clean and aesthetic, which makes you feel welcomed which is important when you’re not feeling well. NP and nurses were very professional made me feel comfortable. I am very satisfied. I will no longer be going to any other urgent medical office and will come here from now on.

Went on line last night and was able to set up an appointment for this morning at 10:00. Was seen in a timely fashion by very caring professionals. Will certainly go back there again and would suggest it to anyone needing good care!
