Love this local game shop. The original store on Tucson Mall gets 5 stars for being more filled out, hoping this branch can grow to match the sheer magic of the northside location. Staff readily answer questions, there are many mysteries as tonto the exact working of a lot of the toys and games and books displayed around the store and that is absolutely fundamental to the charm. Go. Look. Interact. Geek.tf. out. Help make that 5th star. Got old games? DnD stuff? Take it here, not Bookmans. Sayin.

I think I've been to all the game stores in town and what I find I appreciate most and this store is the staff. I've come in with my family and they always engage with my kids and don't talk down to them and really respond to their questions. The gaming area is really great. Some might say that it could get a bit loud but my kids never find that to be an issue. I also really like the new location. Keep up the good work.

$100 markup on Lorcana opened box and double price on an unopened box?! I’ll go to Aisle of Games for a reasonable price and support a small business that doesn’t price gouge. Places like this go out of business after doing this kind of thing to customers and wonder why.

I've only been to the 2 Tucson locations but everytime the staff has been AMAZING, they are always pleasant when you come into the store, have top notch knowledge and if they don't know the answer they always get you the answer same visit, and the staff is more then eager to jump in help in a game and or session. In other words I would recommend any and everyone to come and experience the awesomeness that is TUCSON GAMES AND GADGETS

I am used to check out their amazing selection in the Tucson Mall, so to find them here at the Park Mall also was refreshing. As usual, they have a generous selection of board games and board game accessories. All of the gaming tables were taken up, so if you have plans to card/board games with you friends you may want to reserve a table or plan a head. We'll laid out and clean. Staff was nice to enteract with. From the main entrance, once you hit the first 4 way, turn left and they are on the left side.

I was totally geeking out when I first saw it is combined with the Magic logo on the front! The place is clean, there is an event board on the back of the store. There is a freaking giant chess set, and I don't know if the back the store can be cleared to play chess! Only been there for 5 minutes, but I love it already!

Super fun place to come and play games with good people. Played D&D here myself, but they have tons of different table top gaming events nightly. Also serve refreshments and snacks.

Great experience! The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It's a very welcoming environment for even newer players like me and one of my spots.

I’ve come in a few times to purchase tcg packs and the staff is always really friendly. Today I had a fantastic time actually sitting down and playing jumpstart with Ben. He was really helpful and I had a great time. I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a nice, casual environment to play with your friends- the best part? New players are welcomed with open arms! Something I have not had a good experience with at other local game stores.I promise if you play here you are in for an amazing game night!

Hubby and son love this place. I'm pretty sure it is locally owned. Have a great selection of games and TTRPG books. Area in the back for playing, but we have never used it. The Tucson Mall location has a mead bar in the back with an epic flight. The people who work at both locations are friendly and knowledgeable.

The community that plays here is cool, some of the staff not so much tho. Recently they had a policy change where they start checking receipts to make sure you pay your table fee. Are we gonna get hand stamps next? To be clear, I'm not opposed to spending money to hang out and play, I spend $100s monthly at Amazing Discoveries and Isle of Games, they don't worry about my table fee. On top of that it's not even that you have to pay for a table fee, just spend $5 on snacks or something. Or you can ask for a $5 token, save them and spend them on a big purchase. Most folks will spend their $5 during the time they're hanging out, but being hounded by managers over $5, when I show up 3 days a week as it is, feels pretty disrespectful. I like to spend when I go out but the management is so worried about $5 here that I ensure they don't get a single cent more from me. This place doesn't hand out any of the promos that get sent by WotC, but they want our money every time. WotC doesn't keep track of who is in to play because we aren't required to sign up for commander nights. Amazing Discoveries, on the other hand, hands out promos once about 10 folks show up and sign in. There's no table fee if you sign in and most of those folks end up spending on snacks and packs anyways. I guess I'm just venting now because I like most of people there but that red shirt manager has no customer service skills and sends the bald guy to be his little enforcer. I am not greeted by them when I walk in but about 10 minutes after sitting down they sure know I haven't paid.

Absolutely worst customer service. My husband tried selling through them . They refused to contact him after coming to an arrangement. We were sold oit so fast too! And when we went into the store the staff treated us like we didn't matter. This location and the one at Tucson Mall. They lost all our business.

Very nice and accommodating staff, good locale and everything is out for you to see so there's plenty to see and plenty to do if you have the time to sit around talk to some cool people and play some Games!

These guys buy stolen cards, don’t come here. They bought stolen cards then offered to sell them back to the original owner. The staff is rude, keeps to themselves and never acknowledges anyone, management has a copy paste message on standby for whenever you bring up the stolen cards. Do yourself a favor and look at a the rest of the 1 star reviews for this place, and never come here. Horrible staff, horrible management, just a bunch of no good people working against the community. Never shop here, thank you.

We moved from Milwaukee and we love going here. This ateow has a very relaxed atmosphere and people are friendly and cool. Very welcoming (also to military) and we love the D&D Thanks for being so open to all!

They have a big size chess board on the floor. I find the game fun spectating, or playing with others. Eventually, I want to come in and learn a new board game or two!

Huge selection to choose from, with such a wide variety of games, that have to ha e something for everyone. The staff is super knowledgeable and really kind. And if by chance they don't have what you are looking for they know who does and will happily suggest a store I which to satisfy your itch...LOL!

The people here are kind and welcoming. They make sure you are taken care of and keep a friendly atmosphere. I have purchased a few times from here, but I look forward to utilizing the game area in the future when I have time.

Steven is amazing! Very helpful and friendly. Helped me and my friend multiple times with understanding the rules of a new game we purchased. He never made us feel inferior or like a bother. This man knows his stuff and deserves a raise or promotion! ❤❤

Legit one of the best game shops around. The staff have always been super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. You can tell they enjoy their job. The prices are reasonable, and they have everything from the brandnew to the really old. Great environment.

My 12 yr old son discovered this place tonight while at the mall. It's beautiful inside - clean, spaced aisles, wide displays, great signage... even has tables & comfy chairs for people to stay & play. We watched some people playing games and the atmosphere was so welcoming - people even patiently answered my kids questions. We will definitely return!

Came here recently to play some games with friends only to find out if you want to use their tables it’s $5 PER PERSON. Would have cost us $20 to play a game not to mention their strict policy of “no outside food or drink”. The guy behind the counter was rude and condescending. STAY FAR AWAY. Find another game store or play at home. Even the mall food court would be a better place to play since you can eat whatever food you like and play for free.

The staff member was so helpful and patient with us. Had no idea there were such fun games and an after hours group to learn and play the games. What fun and great idea for a free thing to do on hot tucson night! Loved it.
