Discount out-of-season store but much waaaay better than nasty Ross.

Great prices, and if an item is broken or torn, they exchange it for another one. To all the ones working the cash registers, you all are amazing and have great customer service.

It's a Marshalls, sometimes they have what you want at good prices. Nice selections of dog treats and metal water bottles today!

Meh. The men's section was picked over and pathetic. I was surprised. I was hoping to purchase a dry-fit athletic shirt, but there was nothing but dregs. It looked like the left over of the left overs. No dry-fit shirts that were not eyesores, or even regular tshirts for that matter.

I shop Marshalls often; I'm not from here and don't know the local norms. I was here right after Christmas and agree it seemed messy but think it had something to do with the shoppers not putting merch back if they changed their mind. The friendly staff struggled to keep up, restock, help people and keep the store clean. If anyone needs to pass on complaints, it's probably to corporate. As always, there's a lot of great stuff at Marshalls- the best of these types of stores. Overall I find Ross isn't worthwhile but I don't know about the one next door specifically.

Was in line frlor over 45 min while a manager stayed up front with her clipboard and the other 2 ladies running the cash register. You would think management would be helpful with their staff

This store is filthy dirty. I tried on 2 pairs of jeans that had massive dust bunnies stuck on them, and there was at least a half an inch thick layer of dust on the top of the frame for the fitting rooms. I would have taken a picture but figured it would be inappropriate considering the circumstances
