The new manager of the store is extremely rude she told me I couldn’t walk around in the store with my drink in my hand and then continued to harass me in the fitting room when I went to try on clothes. She began banging on the doors and then when I came out was very mad that I tried stuff on. This was totally uncalled for I didn’t leave a mess I brought all my items out so I don’t understand what the big deal was. I’ve worked retail and have never treated anyone like that.

I wanted to write this review because I feel that the three girls who were working on this day(2/19/21) at the Tucson Mall location deserve the recognition for their genuine desire to help and provide feedback on finding the right dress for my really good friend. The girls were extremely helpful in their suggestions and provided useful ideas to improve the overall look we were trying to go for. My friend was so happy with their genuine support for finding the best fit and having such amazingly good attitudes toward the process. It helped her feel very comfortable when normally it would be a tough thing for her to go through. I feel that not enough people like Martha, Cassandra, and Corrie get enough recognition for their dedication to actually wanting to help and put forth the effort—not just to customers, but to people! That’s so important! They treated us not as just everyday customers. We felt like we could actually hang out with people like them! Give them the recognition they deserve. Such a beautiful place! They have really gorgeous dress, I would highly recommend this place. It has all you need for that special occasion

The offer military discount. Always a great place to find formal dresses, their selection is huge. The one on Tucson mall is I feel a little more laid back but still formal dresses and the one in park place had a huge selection of formal dresses. Definitely a must go to store if you're in the look for a night cocktail dress. They also have going out and day outfits, shoes, accessories, purses, eyelashes, nipple pads and much more.

Very expensive clothes and entirely way to cramped. While everything in the store is cute, it's not exactly affordable.

I love Windsor! I go shopping there for any kind of special event. Birthday, nice dinner, wedding, etc. there dresses can get a bit pricey but they always have nice little treasures in there. I give them a 4 star just because of the prices and the sizes don’t run big for bustier women.

I never pass up Windsor when coming to this mall. I love this store! I never leave without purchasing something. Great quality and styles. Weather looking for an evening dress or everyday wear, I can always find something that pleases my taste. From dresses, to blouses, pants, shorts and skirts. Not to mention sandals, pumps and boots. Jewelry, make-up and perfumes!!!

Horrible customer service!! No greeting, No help while in store, line for dressing room while employee’s hang out at the register. Keana was rude and it felt like we were bothering her when asking for assistance. We said please and thank you. And she had literally no response. Definitely need to work on hiring people with more basic social skills.

These people were great with us. They were loads of help!!! Thank you girls very very much. Great personality to boot!!! We were very comfortable there. 😌

not much of a selection...went in to exchange a dress I bought online....they did not have anything!

The workers are very nice but I needed bridesmaids dresses and I found nothing. They do have beautiful dresses but not much variety. 😑

One of the workers were a little rude, asked my mom to put a mask on and after we told her she had a medical condition she still told her she had to put a mask on. I normally love this store and go there a lot and never have an issue with the workers but I will not shop there anymore due to her not following state laws that state that people with medical conditions do not have to wear a mask. I believe this experience was very disrespectful.

Tucson Mall store wouldn't let my 2 teens try on dresses together. Just moms, even though I came along. Made for a horrible and disappointing experience. We have shopped for many dances and it is a right of passage to have sisters and friends help for your big night.
