    My pug has very bad separation anxiety. It was our first time being away from each other because I needed to fly last minute to Ohio. During her stay she was able to have plenty of exercise, play time, and treats!! They gave her a really great rating, and when I came back early I was able to see her in the social room playing with the other dogs which made me happy. It’s a big room with glass windows for everyone to look into during store hours (which gives you a sense of their accountability). I was able to bring all her favorite food, toys, dog bed, and shirts of mine! I paid extra for her to stay in the private suite to keep her environment more calm. She stayed there for 6 days total :) when I get another dog, they are able to stay in that suite together which is so awesome and makes me feel more comfortable traveling away from them if need be. I will for sure be utilizing the doggie day camps to keep her socialized because it helps lessen her anxiety throughout the day!! I am a little worried about how they handled her, because she is a breed with breathing problems as it is. I got her back and her collar was way too tight but I can’t say for sure that they had it that tight the moment I left. It seemed like they put it back on and took her identification one off right before they gave it to me so it wasn’t tight like that throughout her stay. She also seems like she’s struggling to breath due to some kind of prolonged restriction or she was barking a lot due to the amount of dogs there (she is a VERY vocal puppy). She is so tired from all the play time she had and I couldn’t be more happy with how they updated me on her stay. Overall, I would come back here again, but I am going to talk to someone about how they handle small dogs and get to the bottom of why she sounds so hush. The staff made me feel comfortable enough to call them about any concerns, so I want to give them the benefit of the doubt and respect that her breed is hard to handle!

    Stay away from Petshotel if you love your dog. Arrived to pick up our fur baby and they couldn't find him. Took 15 minutes before they found him and he was huddled in a corner of the playroom with no attention shaking fearlessly. They brought him out to us and I've never seen my boy of 13 years so afraid and shaking to the point we could not calm him down. Got him home and noticed a sticky substance all over his hind quarters. When I started to wipe him down, I soon realized it was dried urine - not recent, it had clearly been on him for hours if not longer. It look us over 30 minutes to get him clean at home. They claimed when I picked him up that "he had messed up his kennel so they moved him somewhere". So clearly, got mad and put him in the playroom to lay longer in urine. This is not a safe or good place any longer. Go elsewhere. This is abuse.

    My favorite location. Love Alexis she made sure my Mandy got in her training class and love Rain training class was so nice and helpful especially with a 7 months hyper puppy. Well worth it.

    This was my first time at this location. Everyone was extremely helpful and I was even able to find a few clearance items that were marked with really low prices. Great location and I'll come back

    A great auto drive to view winter migrating waterfowl. Lots and lots of snow geese. They have a couple of short trails that you can stretch your legs on. Convenient stop on our drive home from California to Arizona.

    Great staff and variety of foods. My kitty has kidney disease and refuses the prescription food. This has led me to trying all sorts of kidney friends foods that she’ll actually consider ;). PetSmart has a ton of these types of food (who knew) that gives us this variety to try

    Lisa B did a great job grooming my two little dogs! One of them is a drama queen and HATES having his nails done. She had another employee distract him and got it done. Both of my pups look super cute and I can tell they feel very confident with their new looks. See you next time Lisa :)

    A great pet store, experienced staff very helpful and friendly. I always look forward to taking Layla "my dog " to shop for her groceries. It's great socializing her with other dogs and people.

    Wouldn’t give them a star placed a curbside order for today went to the store I waited 30 min outside till I finally got off and had to ask them for my order guy / cashier was rude saying ‘ it just went off didn’t you hear it ‘ like how am i supposed to know it barley started ringing . Start waking out it continues to ring I had to tell them there was someone else outside waiting as well DONT RECOMMEND DOING CURBSIDE PICK UP AT THIS LOCATION !! They will never take it out to you

    Always a pleasure taking our dogs here. Friendly people. Could be a little better with the fish and animal handling. It takes quite a bit of time getting help in that area for some reason.

    They are ok to shop for food and accessories, but their breeders are bird and reptile mills. Please support rescues before chains that prioritize profits over animal well-being.

    Last week I purchased a few small angle fish from this location, the next day one died and a four days later both of my original angel fish that I had in my tank for the past two and a half years died from the ICH Disease the new fish had and transferred over to my tank apparently! My kid is very sad today, we will not buy from this location again.

    I have been going to this Wetmore in Tucson for nearly ten years. I'm a vet tech and groomer who worked in rescue at a no-kill shelter so I'm very picky about services and goods. Pet Hotel: 5 Stars - When my easily frightened rescue dog was very nervous, they put in the extra effort for her. They fed her the special diet I brought for her as well. Grooming: 5 Stars All of my dogs do very well with their groomers and have been groomed perfectly. After a few visits, they were able to get my skittish terrier, who hates noises, to relax enough to have her nails ground. Goods: 4 Stars They have had times when I want is out of stock or in short supply - usually when there's a sale. Selection is good as a general rule.

    As I was walking in some Cuca was running out with 5 finger discount items, security was just to slow to apprehend said cuca. Didn't find leather collars just others. Cashier was friendly.

    I suddenly became a foster of a dog. I had no idea what to do for her or anything about her. She's the first dog I've had. I walked into the grooming salon and was greeted by a very friendly, helpful person. Lisa took the time to talk to me, meet my new dog, go over services, gave me suggestions for food, treats, vets. I got my dog groomed with her and got back an extremely happy dog! Not only that, but she got her own little "pawgress report" ! Lisa very clearly loves animals and she told me all about how my new girl did and my girl clearly loves Lisa. I got my new pet all the food and toys she needed at the store and had wonderful customer experience from beginning to end in this store! I'll be back and will recommend the salon to everyone!

    When I walked into Petsmart, no one greeted me as I came in. I needed help on the floor and no one was on the floor to help me. At the cashier there was a line of eight people and there were three people in the doorway of the managers office just doing nothing. I walked up and asked one of the managers for help and at first he told me where it was by pointing and then I asked him to please come and show me. . The cashier didn’t call for back up. The managers saw what was going on but didn’t help the cashier was new and not properly trained. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had at Petsmart. Very sad.

    Had a nice experience! Bought my two cats a new cat tower and a few other toys. Had a lot of good options and the place was very clean and organized. And the cashier was friendly and helpful.

    A great one-stop, especially when I am low on something or am looking for options. The associates are very friendly and helpful, and the store is very clean, well-organized and well-stocked. I appreciate their support of shelters and pet adoption.

    They have a doggie day care (or maybe it is just for grooming?) .... not really sure because I just have cats. But,I go here for gifts for my dog friends. Good values, friendly employees.

    The staff is amazing. The facilities are incredible. They will drop off as early as 7 AM and pick up as late as 9 PM which is so convenient you get photos of your dog sent to you and they give you a report to let you know how much your dog ate, how he played and in the report, it even says that your dog missed you very much which I loved. From the lobby you can even have a quick tour of what they offer so that you know exactly what your animal will be getting. Me and my buddy Rosco will definitely be back.
