Aubri at Grant and Silverbell was INCREDIBLE ! Got office for co-workers which is 10 drinks total and she was a rockstar with it! Fast and thorough with amazing customer service the whole time! If you haven’t given her a raise I would definitely consider it!

We asked a for a specific drink and got something else. We told them it was wrong and we were told we are wrong. Also, I asked for a cup of water and was declined. I was told there was a charge for the cup, this goes 100% against Arizona state law. On top of it, the burrista had an attitude.

This little kiosk is the best Starbucks I've ever been to! Aubri and Esther in the mornings are always so friendly and lively with the quickest service too. They're the only ones I trust to make my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso right and they never disappoint. They've ruined me for any other Starbucks!

I always order the same thing because it's low calories and I request half the pumps to make it even less sugary. This location made my drink a little differently. It wasn't stirred, so it looked a lot different. It was also really sweet, even though I asked for a half pump. Overall, the flavor and quality were good.

I was so sleepy, but after a delicious dark roast cup of coffee, my alertness came back and the sleepy mode that it was bothering me disappear from my head. now I feel good again about myself, and ready to drive back home. 🏡

I love their flat white. I’m not to too keen on the flavored or fancy drinks. They have amazing regular coffee. My wife loves all the other stuff they serve!!!

Service was good but there were only 2 people working the counter so it took a little. Other than that my experience was good there.

The guy was so sweet and had A positive energy even though he had a LONG line of grumpy people. Definitely needs some help on making fraps though, I couldn’t go back to tell him how bitter and watery it was*it was a caramel frap*because of how nice he was.

Coffee always has a burnt flavor and society's addiction to the brand has unfortunately driven smaller unique coffee shops out of business. Their espresso drinks are enjoyable adult candy beverages. Atmosphere (if they let you inside) is usually noisy and NOT relaxing.

Visiting this Starbucks and you forget you are in a grocery store. The design, the layout, and the ample space to sit and sip your drink. A great stop at Cortaro and Thornydale.

We went through the drive thru. We got home and had the wrong. Order. Didn't catch it at Starbucks because the order was for another family member and one told the above story. Not good! But another family member enjoyed your faux pas.
