    I'm so glad I didn't listen to the first place I went to and came here, I'm not done with my treatment plan but my first visit went great and they made me feel so much better! Everyone was so nice and professional. Definitely look forward to my next visit.

    So here is my story. I called to setup an appointment for an abscess tooth. They were able to get me in on the next Monday. When I came in the dentist took a quick glance at the x-ray and then proceeded to check my gums. He finished and said that I just needed a cleaning. He was about to walk away when I mentioned the abscess. He looked at it and said it could be saved. I interacted with him for less than 5 minutes. I set up an appointment for the next Wednesday for the root canal and set up payment arrangements. They also tried to sell me treatments that cost over 2 grand that I did not need. Conveniently they were not covered by my insurance. On Wednesday I come in to see a specialist to do the root canal. He looks at my x-ray for 5 seconds and tells me the tooth cannot be saved and recommended an extraction. He showed me why he came to that conclusion and still gave me the option to do the root canal but I would loose the tooth later on. Keep in mind, I have already taken TWO unpaid days of time off. Top it off my work gives a $300 bonus a month for perfect attendance which I get every month. The set me up for another week day to which I have to take ANOTHER day off (that is $700 of missed pay so far) to do the extraction. Topping on the cake; when they set my antibiotic medication to the pharmacy, they sent it to a Frys in Oro Valley some 30 minutes away. It took 5 calls to straighten up the confusion. I am going to have my tooth extracted and I am NEVER going to this place again.

    I wish I could give zero stars. That's how bad my limited experience with this company was. Over the course of a couple months I scheduled several appointments for my husband and myself, my husband has severe dental anxiety so we had to reschedule many of our appointments. Every single interaction I had with a member of their staff they asked for our insurance information which I provided every time. It was not until the last appointment that we to have, my husband was prepared and we were going to go, when they called the day before to confirm that they told me they didn't take our insurance. I was rightfully upset seeing as I had many conversations with them previously and not one single person had told me they didn't take our insurance. I would not have wasted literally months of time with their company had I known they didn't accept our insurance. When I was asking why no one had told me this in the many other phone calls I had they lady I was speaking with rudely hung up on me because I was upset. I made it clear what insurance we had and they collected our information several times, they should have been able to tell me from the start and set proper expectations. If I would have shown up to that appointment and they tried to charge me $100+ I would have been even more upset. Make sure if you plan to go here that they set clear expectations with you like a company should.

    Terrible service appointment was set @330 I was easily @30 mins early filled paper work out and everything before my time! I watched 6 patients come in after me and get seen and treated before me. I will not be recommending y’all to anyone for anything especially when someone has an appointment scheduled abcs y’all can’t follow it or follow up. Can’t even finish the exam I had to ask to be taken back twice because you all want to take patients in before you take me in 45 mins after my appointment

    I would give zero stars. This is the most poorly ran dental office I have ever delt with in my life. The first appointment I made the "call center" double booked the appointment. They also said they do "emergency" treatment which is not true. The office staff say they shouldn't be saying same day emergency treatment, because they don't provide that service. They complain about the call center but yet they continuously send you to the call center. If you try to call them directly. It took me a week to actually talk to the office. I called again after getting a text for an appointment I canceled. Oh and they kept changing my appointment day multiple times but did not discuss this with me.

    First time at Western Dental...had a great experience....Luz..Gabby..and Quayla...gave me great service. They were able to clean my son's teeth and so a dental.visit at same time. I shared with him that he is getting braces next week and they made it happen...Dr. Sloan is funny and sensitive to the needs of the patient. Gave me good advice with a smile.

    I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and the told me because I'm late that wouldn't be able to help me. I was trying to call them for a half an hour. And they never answered there phone. Otherwise they would have known I was going to be late as I was coming from out of town. But that's not to worst part. He was extremely rude to me. I do hope this gets out there and it costs the clients as there was no cause to treat me in such a rude manner. I wish it would allow me to put a negative star. I do know why people have to be so rude. It wasn't like I walked in with and attitude if anything it was quite the opposite. I have a hole in my tooth and it's starting to hurt so I really needed to see the dentist. But the man at the counter was rude from the start. And these days if I had to guess he would go by she her. Thanks for reading and spread the word.

    Very advanced equipment here along with professional staff. A real difference compared to my Missouri homes region especially. Very impressive operation. Have high expectations of my outcome with WDO.

    First off, the Western Dental on oracle does not take AHCCCS anymore. They failed to mention that when I made an appointment. Then drove 40 minutes to be told by the front desk guy who wouldn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in, he had to finish doing whatever he was doing on the computer before he even said anything to me. I told him that my tooth is all messed up and had to go to urgent care the day before because it is infected. He then told me I could pay $140 to be seen for an emergency. I have AHCCCS, I really don’t have the money to be paying that, plus whatever a root canal would cost.

    Looking at the reviews before I placed an appointment I had called to check that they took my insurance after checking and telling me they did I was confirmed for an appointment. Day of the appointment I get a call and they tell me they wanted to confirm that they took my insurance again and I was a little bit confused but I had told her my insurance once again. They told me she would give me a call back to let me know if she took my insurance? What is a reason for giving me a call back when you had called me? So an hour before my appointment and I still have not received a call and I was not going to show up if they did not take my insurance so I called again and it was the same receptionist and she told me she would place me on a brief hold to find out if they took my insurance and after being put on hold for a very long time the phone just hung up and said that they were closed or busy. So now I called 30 minutes before my appointment no answer from the location so I was transferred to the call center and once again they told me they DO take my insurance but that they were going to call the store and double check that they do once AGAIN. I was put on ANOTHER hold and then once again told that the store was either busy or closed. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The line is basically just a loop so that no representative has to deal with real questions and issues.

    I have had to have several appointments since Dec. Every time I have an appointment the staff is very friendly, caring and letting me know what is going on. I appreciate the different dentist, as I have had appt for different procedures.
