Horrible service. I went yesterday February 12, 2022 to get my nails done and it was bad all around. My nail technician was very unprofessional and none of my nails are even shaped the way I wanted or shaped correctly at all. My nail technician was even rushing through it. I definitely don’t think the service I was given was worth $60 especially when he was more worried about some game him and his coworker where playing together.

I had a great first visit. Gel mani/pedi. It was for my wedding. A couple days in the nails were chipping. I called and they were quick to fix the chipped ones. I wish they had redone all of them because the rest began to chip as well. I just didn't have the time or wherewithal to return. I'll just have to edit my wedding photos.

Scamming people and saying there lack of speaking English or commutation was the issue when they just use that as an excuse to scam you changing prices. I just went in to get a manicure yesterday, I sat down told the guy manicure he stated my nails were thin and that I should get a thin layer of acrylic, I asked him how much would that be he said 25. I said 25 total, he replied yes, I confirmed again 25 dollars nothing else. I was assured no. I get this manicure done, the thin layer wasn't thin made the nails look stubby, not cute at all but I let it go considering there 25 dollars. I finish and go to the front where they charge me 45. which is the price of a fresh full long acrylic set, for that much I would of done that and they would of actually been cute. I let the manager know he stated 25 for a fact. He informed me he would pull up the cameras with audio to honor the price. I waited around an additional 20 mins just for him to say he cant get the audio and still charged me the 45 dollars. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THEY NEED TO START WRITING OUT PRICES ON A PAPER BEFORE HAND BECAUSE THEY SCAM YOU. You can see in the 3rd photo that it’s inside there location. BEWARE EVERYONE.

Garbage! Don’t waste your money if your looking to get some acrylic nails. Out of all years I get my nails done I have never experienced such bad quality service. Majority of the nail technicians don’t have experience what so ever I had gone in and asked for a set with simple designs and was told that the tech was not able to perform that type of service. Then had asked for stilettos nails and the technician was quite agitated and had filed down my nails so rough that he had cut me! Also a few nails were not shaped correctly and then had the audacity to try and charge me 60.00$ for these nails! Very poor service I DO NOT recommend using this place for acrylic nails

Went in for a manicure and a pedicure. I did get the pedicure took all of 14 minutes. The girl was very.... She was very rude she never talked to me. I sat down and there was 3 other people that got there before me, They were getting their foot massaged the leg inside. They had clean the nails properly from what I could see.. And by the time my nails were dry. Those 3 other people were just leaving. And I had been sitting there for at least 40 minutes. I thought at least that I was going to get my manicure. I talk to the girl that was doing the pedicure next to me. She said that she would call a girl over but since she was running around chasing a little child and disappeared the entire 40 minutes, I decided that I was not go to have her touch me again... nail polish on the skin, toe nails cut uneven!! I did tell the person at the checkout about my experience.. he just smiled!!! This was a worse experience I have ever had and if I should ever go back and they give me this one person. I Will never return!!

If you like getting your cuticles shredded and if you like crooked nails this is the place for you 🙂 the man that did my nails was distracted the whole time and he kept going over my cuticles with the electric nail file. He put the acrylic on way too thick on some nails. I used to love this spot but after today I will not be going back. This was overall just not the experience I wanted on a Friday after work.

Their pedicures are the best... hot stones & hot towels. Just what I need after a long week at work . Also the fact that I have some issues with my toe nails. But they always look amazing.

Went last Wednesday for my mom’s birthday! Best gel pedicure ever! Will be back!

I’m not one to complain or leave reviews, but this was really just a horrible job thay was done. I showed the tech what I would like, which was just a coffin shape and a light pink. Below is what I got. I asked several different times to reshape them and they just progressively got worse. To the point where I had to leave because I had things to do. They used a white powder instead of a polish, and the clear gel polish they did use, was rough and uneven. I usually go somewhere else for my fills but was looking to try somewhere new, and left $55 less and not happy. Will not be returning.

It was my first time here and I will not be coming back here! I asked for dip and pedi, the pedicure was fine but my nails turned out very thin, the nail tech that did my nails got it all over the sides of my nails looked very messy.. the very next day I noticed my nails were already starting to chip so I went in they told me no refunds and they would only fix the ones that were chipping instead of just redoing the whole set so they won’t look uneven. Waste of time and my money now i’m 45 dollars out and have to go somewhere else and pay another 40.

This was my first time having my nails done at this business at a referral of my coworkers. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences at nail shops.. I had a wonderful pedicure by a nice lady. I then was sat with a man for which he had sloppily done my nails. Today I noticed a bubble in one of my nails. When I press down on the bubble, bunch of nail polish came out. I had to travel more than 55 miles and pay over $85 for substandard work.
