First night in Tucson and wanted a nice dinner. Quick search of nearby restaurants and we hit on Feast. So glad we went in! One of the best dining experiences we have had. The staff, service, food and ambiance were all perfect! The food was unique but familiar. All sorts of flavors. The wine paired perfectly and we went home with 2 bottles from the shop. Highly recommend!

This was and is a fabulous dinning experience, but it is not for a faint wallet. They have an impressive wine menu, with rich and creative dishes. The waitresses Sammie was perfect. We had hanger steak, that melted in your mouth. We had a red curry tart...omg my god....soo unexpectedly delicious. The way the flavors married with the chicken can only be achieved by a true chef. Amazing 👏. I did not like the bathrooms, they need to be cleaned more. Cleaned around the walls. This is an elevated food experience so everything has to be perfect. 5 stars for now. Amazing food. Take a bow. Bravo. Total cost $200 for 4 people

This restaurant is one of my favorites. The menu changes every month, I believe it's on the first Tuesday, but I'm not positive about that. You can always go online and look at the menu. There is so much variety in the offerings and the way things are prepared here that the food is simply exquisite! You can find things prepared here like you've never had them before. The servers and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about wine pairings with your food. Everything here is made in-house from bread to dessert. They also have wonderful wine tastings. The prices here are high, but I find that it is worth every penny for the quality of food and service that they have here. The chef/owner is always on site and often comes out to find out how your food is. That doesn't happen in just any restaurant. You simply can't go wrong here. The ambiance is nice and the lighting is perfect. Reservations are totally recommended, as they fill up quickly.

We started with the crispy duck salad, which was Delicioso!! I ordered the bánh mi steak sandwich, It was very delicious except they were very stingy with the steak. My wife ordered the pork broth with pork belly noodle soup with hand made noodles that were cooked to perfection al dente! Overall great restaurant and high quality food we will definitely be back. Thanks 🙏🏻

Inviting and casual spot for imaginative and tasty food selections. Chef redoes the menu at least monthly so no guarantees what we had is what you’ll get! But it will be seasonal. We shared an entree so could sample an extra starter. Top marks for the lobster corn and scallion bread pudding and blistered shishito peppers. Also loved the butterscotch pot de crème. Enjoyed the homemade ice cream but would recommend the chef decrease the miso — great idea for an ingredient but a lighter hand would help make it less salty. Nice wine list with several half bottle selections to match your dishes.

Excellent meal. Mushroom soup intensely flavored and supremely delicious, scallops perfectly seared, bone marrow was perfect, king salmon was amazing. Great wine selection. Professional yet friendly staff. Can't wait for my next visit!

We went at 4pm on a Saturday. My husband ordered the duck which he really enjoyed, except for the rice. The meal overall was really refreshing. The dishes were large but I didn't feel grossly full. They change their menu monthly so don't fall in love with a dish. Prices are a bit high though. For two dishes, a beer, lavender lemonade, bread and one dessert was $75.00 before tip. If we happen to see something that looks good we might go back, but the atmosphere was a bit too pretentious. Great concept though.

We went there for Mother's Day, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was nice and quaint, and the food was great. We had hanger steak, and red curry tart with chicken . They were delicious. The steak was very tender and had excellent flavor. The service was friendly and quick. And we enjoyed the large wine selection. I would recommend Feast.

Both people I asked separately who to use for catering a reception told me Feast Catering. Boy, were they right. I have been delighted from first to last: with Amy in terms of selecting a menu, getting details worked out, making changes, then April and Cindy at the site on the day of event. Each treat was gorgeous, scrumptious, and artfully presented. They were professional, delivered exactly as promised, with not a single hitch or surprise. I don't necessarily want another funeral reception, but I am so impressed with them I won't dread it. They exceeded every expectation and were far more affordable than I'd feared when I saw the menu of delights.

Feast is simply a breath of fresh air, from its welcoming environment to its thoughtful, well-curated menu. We greatly appreciated the entire team’s full grasp of good service, from the gracious host to the chef himself, who went table to table to extend hospitality from the kitchen. It’s a diverse setting, brimming with art and good wine, and apparently we were among the last to find this lovely gem, since it was absolutely packed on a weeknight. We sampled multiple courses (including the leeks, redfish, pork loin, griddled angel-food cake, along with an old-vine Zin from the novella of a wine list), and we thoroughly enjoyed every element of the meal. Looking forward to many more feasts to come!

Definitely did not expect this place to be what it was when viewed from the outside. Feast offers a fine-dining experience. My party and I went during Sonoran Restaurant week to try the $45 prix fixe (3 courses). Unfortunately, I had to switch to a single entrée after they ran out of the main entrée I'd ordered among the 3 courses. Nevertheless, our dishes were delicious. One of my friends ordered the risotto appetizer, hanger steak, and orange cake for dessert. The other ordered the truffle meatballs, half a roast of chicken, and vanisse (not certain of spelling) plum and bread-crumb-like dessert. It looked sort of like a pudding/sundae but was much lighter. I can't think of what to compare it to. I had the special of the day, a snapper with a sizeable amount of tomato on a bed of Spanish rice. Everything tasted fantastic apart from the meatbals and chicken. Neither were packed with much flavor, though they were very moist! I abstained from spirits this evening, so I can say nothing of them, but the list was quite extensive.

The food was absolutely spectacular. We started with the pork trifecta and the bread service, for dinner I had the braised short rib, and for dessert we had chocolate cake with coffee frosting, an apricot tart, and chocolate chip cookies. Everything we had was spectacular. I also particularly appreciate it the sommelier. He was incredibly knowledgeable. He picked three bottles for us gave us a 15 minute class on the three wines and helped us pick the best option for our food.

Tried several beers. Piranha IPA, Blind 805, Dragoon IPA. Didn't care for the BJ red. Really enjoyed the spinach artichoke dip. The Ahi salad was fresh and good. The Deep dish pizza also good. Ribs also tasty. Wish we were hungry enough to try the Pizooki. Overall a good experience.

Had lunch, Samantha, the waitress was very attentive, the food was incredibly delicious! Wonderful flavors, I said to my wife I could be a vegetarian if I could have food like this every day, although I had the beef salad. My wife had their cheese sandwich. Incredibly good!

Wow we left Feast a couple of hours ago and I’m still thinking about all of the different flavors I experienced here. The menu was refreshing, creative, and delicious. The service was outstanding. Everything from start to finish was so good and different. The beet and goat cheese ravioli were amazing. The flavors complemented each other so well for a unique dining experience. The hazelnut and plum tart were also stellar. Definitely give this place a try! We tried it due to their Sonora Week menu and were simply blown away and happy we gave this place a try.

The owner, the servers, the wine, the food, the ambience…this place is a Tucson gem. You can’t go wrong here. Get ready to buckle in your taste buds, because they’ll go for a ride. Make sure to get a wine pairing from the sommelier—it’ll take your experience to the next level. Hit the wine shop on the way out for anything you didn’t buy during dinner. We ended up buying another bottle and more on our way out!

Love the food especially the desert. They have the best flourless chocolate cake. The service was ok. I requested my entree being made gluten free but it was not.

Wonderful restaurant. They have remodel and made the spacing better. Normally we go for wine and the wine list wad huge. The cocktails were a revelation. Excelent cocktail menu. Recommend the clarified rum punch. Food is fun and chef inspired. Menu changes monthly. Love the innovative and fresh options.

Chef Doug is a master! His food creativity and flavor layers are incredible. Tempura horseradish and a lemon-horseradish demi glace on filet mignon? Wow! Confit rabbit and wild mushroom risotto? So good! Thank you Chef Doug! We'll be back!

We came here to Feast for our one year anniversary and it was a success. We had courses and the staff was very attentive and friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a little warm for me which is why I minus a star for the atmosphere. The cocktails made me hot LOL We set up reservations the night before and they were ready 15 minutes earlier for us. It is ADA Compliant. I came in with my Walker but I could have came in with my wheelchair.

My son's favorite restaurant. Wish I could say the same. Second time I've been disappointed there. Great service. No wait. Potato soup was bland. Salad could have used more dressing. Skimpy serving of goose breast. Four very thin pieces.

Another fantastic dinner at Feast last night. The tuna tatare was flavorful and a nice portion. The pork chop was delicious. It was a nice thick cut and the brine added some amazing flavor. The persimmon pudding was a great side. Then there was the fried sole. Great coating and cooked just right. Nice sauce on it too. Also, the food was served hot. Two very different dishes that would have different cooking times and everything came out nice and hot. Very few restaurants in Tucson achieve that. Finally, the staff is very nice. Efficient and yet they make you feel comfortable. A wonderful dinner.

The special menu for Sonoran Restaurant week $45 per person+ 1st course Cauliflower en mole Comments: Overall good taste, cauliflower pieces were too large and tough. Many be too large of a serving Chestnut risotto Comments: very good with enough to take home Truffled meatballs Comments: Great flavor, very mild radish (for someone who doesn't put radishes on the favorite list), sweet broth...yummy 2nd course Heirloom tomatoes (did not order) Half roast chicken Comments: great tender chicken with enough to take home Onglet Comments: Great beef and tender, the cauliflower-chickpea fries was really like potatoes. The broccolini could have been cooked a little longer, the stalks took effort to chew through. House-made udon noodles Comment: Best udon noodles experienced n the USA! 3rd course Orange-anise cake Comments: It's a cake, doesn't compare to the other two.... Verrine Comments: The Parfait had lots of different flavors and was second best of the three. Pandan sweet rice cake Comments: Everyone at the table agreed that this was a real winner of the three. The rice cake had texture but no real sweetness. The passionfruit cream gave the sweetness. The tuile was thin and delicate....Outstanding! Very large wine selection as the owner is INTO wines with a retail store to buy to take home. Overall: best meal of the other Sonoran Restaurant Week places that we visited. Generous portions with lots of doggie bags to savor in following days. We will be back......

We’ve been here only a handful of times over the years, just because we don’t eat out very much, but we have never had anything we did not like. The staff has always been excellent and many times the chef has come out and asked about our meal, which is rare and nice. We usually get the special, from fish to pork shank, and it’s wonderful. We don’t feel anything over sauced or seasoned or drowning in anything. You can truly taste the flavors of the food. Excellent wine selection and suggestions from the servers. Love this place.

2nd time at Feast and it was pretty good not great. The servers were great , the food was good. The goat and pork meatballs had a nice tomato orange sauce but the meatballs themselves were a bit dry. Red curry tart was very good, the shrimp and scallop with salsa verde and white bean cake was pretty good, the artichoke over sorrel and bib lettuce was kinda bland.

Love this place! Chef Doug Levy is very creative, and understands complementary flavors like nobody else. If you are looking for an extraordinary meal, look no further. Our favorite thing about Feast is the monthly wine tasting (last Sunday of the month). We always enjoy the wines, and the little snacks Chef Doug creates to go with them bring out nuances of the wine you wouldn't have noticed when tasting without the food. The wine tastings are back to in-person now, as of 2023! They are open for dine in; they are currently closed on Sundays due to staffing issues, but watch for them to reopen for brunch and dinner! Feast has done takeout forever, so they know how to do it right. If you don't feel like eating in, pick up some takeout and buy wine from the wine shop. Corey will help you find a great pairing. The staff are so nice, too. Feast is one of Tucson's treasures! With Thanksgiving coming up, I thought I should add: if you want to serve wine with your Thanksgiving (or other) meal, come to the wine shop at Feast! You can talk to Corey (or Doug) about what you plan to serve and what you and any guests tend to prefer for wines, and they will steer you to something excellent - and they won't try to talk you into something beyond your price point. It may not be a large ship, but they have a fantastic selection and extremely knowledgeable staff.

My wife and I had an early dinner here just before Christmas and we were pleasantly surprised with our experience. As we didn't have reservations we were told that we would have to release the table in an hour and a half which we agreed to. The server was very pleasant and answered all the questions we had and when asked about wine recommendations due to the large wine list she asked the sommelier to assist us. After asking about our tastes and what we were planning to eat he brought over three bottles. We chose a 2010 French wine which while nice was a bit past it's prime but still enjoyable especially at the price point at a restaurant. Our meals were very good other than my kale being a bit over-salted while this wasn't an issue for my wife's. My lamb was cooked perfectly and my wife enjoyed the pork shank.

I had heard great things about Feast. The food was pretty good (maybe the chef was having an off day), the cocktails where strong and the whole house was booked up. I did like the unique menu. I don't think that I will go back unless someone asks me to go. Didn't live up to the hype for me unfortunately

    > We just had their Sonoran Restaurant Week special. It included spinach artichoke dip and crispy pita chips. Very nice. We then had grilled cheese sandwiches. I can’t say enough about how good they were. Well balanced and fresh ingredients. The bread was fantastic also. The meal finished with panda cotta and cookies. Lite and smooth and the cookies had a nice crumble to them. Such a perfect meal. I can’t wait to have it again.

I've always, always, always loved the creativity of this place. With a menu that changes often...some things every three months, others daily, sometimes weekly you HAVE to try new things! And they're often amazing. Wild boar chops, marrow bones, risottos, handmade pastas, wild mushrooms, crazy icecream flavors, amazing desserts and a wine list to die for, its never boring. But then the Pandemic came. In a single day Doug and his crew pivoted to take out and faced all challenges with a grace that is amazing. They put on masks before the CDC recommended, figured out cocktails to go, even virtual wine tastings! All this while figuring out how to pack it all in takeout boxes and cryo bags patrons could plate at home while shortages of ingredients abounded. Then they got the community involved. Writing daily emailsand talking donations, they're weekly feeding hundreds of healthcare workers and staff down to the hospital housekeeping. All the staff is dedicated and working daily. And when Arizona caved and opened well before COVID cases were on the decline they made the unselfish decision that dine in was far too risky as restaurants could easily become petri dishes with people gathering hours of exposure from one infected person. So they're keeping to AWESOME takeout that serves up great at home while keeping both the community and their staff safe. I loved their food, their fun, their spirit, and their staff. Now I love their heart as well.

Got excellent curbside dinner. Food was great and warm. We had the smoked trout and duck salad along with the empanada appetizer and two sides-sweet potatoes and carrot risotto. Everything was excellent and we love how this restaurant is giving back to healthcare workers at this time. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a much needed break from cooking!

  • 5/5 Dan M. 3 years ago on Google
Feast is the tastiest food I've had in Tucson. Yes it can be crazy expensive, but it can also be very affordable. We got two sandwiches and dessert for takeout a while back and it was only like $30, and all the food was incredible! Also not too expensive for brunch. The Exploradora dessert is like the best thing I've ever put in my mouth, and the chocolate cake is right there with it. Historic trace: This used to be a janky Viva Burrito!

  • 5/5 Ford T. 3 years ago on Google
As far as the takeout process goes it was seamless! Feast has a very organized system with time slots to pick up. You can go inside or they can come to you. Either way they ensure there is plenty of distance for people to comfortable pick up food. Staff are wearing masks and gloves as well.

Feast always delicious! In the 15 years I’ve been a patron at this eatery, it always impresses with its flavor profiles and oft exotic menu. Today, shaved ribeye steak & eggs was the Sunday brunch choice. Delicately flavored so you may taste it all. As Tucson is now a gastronomic city, it seems the focus is on dinner spots more than lunch or brunch. Feast for brunch, lunch or dinner...and you’re sure to be a winner! - Evelyn

This evening they somehow managed to serve a dry and almost tasteless chicken mole. "Shaved porchetta slow-cooked pork loin" sandwich contained cold, bland slices of pork.

  • 4/5 Bebo R. 4 years ago on Google
Fantastic Food! Came with a group last week & just want to say how wonderful the food was. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because no one working there looked like they enjoyed it. Meaning...not one server I looked at was smiling nor did anyone smile at us throughout our evening dining with you. Being in the hospitality industry myself it was a very weird experience. The chef came out to start a few tables which I thought was pretty cool. I'll definitely go back for the exceptional food.

Extensive and interesting wine list compliments the fresh and seasonal food. Salads are generous with perfect lettuce. Entrees on the Winter menu are comforting and filling without being heavy. Creative menu is intriguing without being weird.

Food ok. But when you go on tv and lie.. that's a problem.

  • 5/5 Amber G. 5 years ago on Google
If you're in to seasonal, vibrant, and unique flavors than this is the place for you. My husband stopped here while on a roadtrip and were not disappointed. The Black Ambassador drink was tasty and refreshing..perfect balance of acidity. The baby root vegetable appetizer was super satisfying...super fresh and vegetables were cooked to perfection. I had the rabbit and salami sandwich...omg! So good. Rabbit was tender, decadent, rich, and overall full of flavor. My husband hot the crispy chicken thighs...I cam tell you the brussel sprouts it came with were awesome but can't comment on the chicken because it was too good for my husband to even let me try it. We finished off with the Verrine which was super light with the right amount of sweetness. Menu changes monthly so I guess we will be making the 2 hr drive once a month to see what's new! To top it all off the chef comes out to say hi, answer questions, and make sure you are enjoying your food. Not enough chefs do this...Bravo!

The food was excellent, however the sides were unusually and laughably small. My partner explained to me the prices are higher with fine dining because of food presentation and atmosphere, however during COVID-19 everything is packed in boxes to go, so there isn't any food presentation, and obviously there is no atmosphere or service experience because it's to go. I would suggest lowering the prices or making the portions larger during these unusual times. Feast is charging full price during this time without the full experience which perplexes me. Also, they forgot to box one of my items I ordered to go. For $100.00, I would expect to get better to go service than McDonald's. The food is tasty I give them that atleast.

We have been lucky enough to have been going to this restaurant for years. The quality is fantastic. The amazing combinations that I would never think of are so inspiring and delicious. It is always a special treat to go to Feast. One testament to what great people they are is that the waitstaff has been there literally for decades. I really can’t say enough about this restaurant. We love going to their special meals that are several courses paired with wine. We went to one last night for our birthdays/anniversary. It was incredible. I love Feast, and they have a great wine shop to boot. You can stock up as you leave. I always have to drag my husband out!

This place is just plain incredible. I've never eaten anywhere with a menu like this. Picture flatbread with smoked pear, arugala, and Taleggio cheese. Or burrata with butternut jam and pistachios, served with housemade pita crisps. Or perhaps the kohlrabi-potato-turnip gratin is more your speed. Feast's menu changes monthly and is made with seasonal ingredients, and is available online. It's very well worth your time to check it out.

During my visit the staff was friendly and accommodating. I decided to check it out because it had some good reviews, but almost every dish I tried was poor. It could have been an off night in the kitchen but yea... not sure I'd chance it again if I was back in town.

This guy Doug Levy must have some sort of mental problem. I posted a negative review on TripAdvisor about a horrible meal he served us, and he responds by saying I must either be mistaken about which restaurant it was, lying, or just out to get HIM! We had a horrible meal and horrible service. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor quality of food, he decides to stalk me online, and mention all of my other negative reviews, implying I am just an angry person venting. He needs to stop demeaning every customer who writes a negative review (and there are many) and go back to cooking school. He wonders why folks are hesitant to complain about the food in person???? He needs to look in the mirror to find the answer.

Never fails to surprise and enchant with its, creative, challenging, ever-changing menu. I love Feast as much for the delicious food as for the experience of being introduced to new culinary adventures, new flavors, combinations, sensations. Half the fun is reading the menu (and listening to your fellow dinners read the menu) "What is that? That seems weird; I'll try it." You won't love everything at Feast. Not every dish works for everyone, and some just seem to miss. Most things are amazing. Those are the risks you take when your chef is creative. Every once in awhile, he will add a guest favorite back on the menu for a limited time. I'm waiting for gazpacho. Please.
