Nice quiet little park. Sheila (the manager) is extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating. Sheila went above and beyond to accommodate our life right now while waiting on our house to be built. Dates have changed many times in the last few months and everything we have presented to Sheila to get help with she has been quick to help our unique situation. The neighbors are quiet and there is hardly any traffic coming in or out. There is a really nice pool and pool area with lounge chairs which is amazing as the weather starts getting so hot. We feel safe and are happy we found this little place for the next few months. Thank you to Sheila!

Started full time RV living with my spouse and have been living here a year, here's what we've reviewed: - Manager is super awesome and chill. Willing to work with you in good or bad situations. and follows up pretty quickly. - For the south side I thought this place was goanna be a dump but we had no other options last minute. Being here over a year I have had no issues with drunks, homeless walking around, or anything the south side scares tent do have. Manager keeps people out of this RV park very well, yes I have seen police here once or twice but nothing crazy like gun shots just people yelling. - Not much traffic coming in or out of RV park its actually a lot more quiet than expected. - Have a really cool clubhouse and pool area during hot months. So definitely recommend this place to anyone. No its not top of the line amenities but very nice RV community for the price paid.

This is a great place to live. I have been here for 1 year and I'm not going anywhere. The manager Sheila Basham is honest and helpful. She responded to my rv needs with good cheer and kindness. I have great neighbors because she screens tenants before they move in. There are wonderful little families all around me. I love the sounds of loving parents and the laughter of little children. I feel like I moved back to my heaven. Thank you Sheila Basham. I started repairing my little trailer and insulating it proper and my electric bill dropped $100.00 dollars. And that was after I put me ac units in. If you have a big bill then you need to work on your rig. It's not personal. Just start insulating it or get new 5000 unit AC's for.it. And always up keep your AC units serviced. That is your responsibility bot Sheila's. Unless your buying a mh already from the park I imagine that would be different. Check your warranties and help yourself. I own my trailer so I fixed it. This place is great for everyone. We are neighborly and kind to one another. So come on down because this is a great place to live. Thank you Sheila for all you do for our community. And you gem show RVer's this is right off the I-10 . Up the street is one of the main places that merchants comr to display their gems. Hope to see you all soon and ....Welcome to Tucsom Arizona.

Iโ€™m very happy with my stay here. Sheila was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Canโ€™t beat the price. My only complaints is that thereโ€™s not much good food near. Itโ€™s mostly fast food and Mexican food trucks. Gyms are far also. Overall itโ€™s a great park and they make checking in easy, unlike some other parks. Iโ€™ll definitely stay here again when Iโ€™m in Tucson.

I wonโ€™t write what I want to but Sheila manager is letting all her family live on site takes good care of them while screwing everyone else. Sells drugs through the place as cars constantly going in and out one of her nephew tried selling drugs to my 15 year old son. Evicted me my wife and 6 kids. I had an organization going to pay my rent plus up to a year but denied for no reason then held my rv hostage until we paid that same money. I would not live there unless u want ur life ruined. Scum of a human funny how these people oh Sheila lol family members. Makes me sick. People like her should not be allowed to be a manager at a park like this. Sheila is a scam artist and has her brother in maintenance. I will definitely be contacting corporate. Also I noticed that she pulls down the reviews that donโ€™t suit her.

Not a bad place really to park your bumper pull or 5th wheel. Helpful staff, w a mgr ( Sheila ) who pulls it together well. Nice looking day room and poll area, bit hard to access as always seems locked up, office hrs state 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. but afternoons isn't so easy to fund it open.

Called ahead yesterday while traveling in my RV to try to reserve a spot for a 6 month stay. Called the listed number and said "hello how is your day going" and got hung up on. Called back several times and kept getting sent to voice mail. Now today I'm sitting outside their office for 2 hours waiting on it to open and nothing. Called the listed number and straight to voice mail. Simply can't get anyone to answer.

My wife and I live a RV life. We were staying at koa camps paying the monthly rates which is tough. Couldn't afford it anymore so we called around and found Palo Verde. We never knew the have transitioned in to a RV park as well as still being mobile home park. Prices are half of what we were paying at the koa. The owner and manger Sheila are really cleaning up the place from what it used to be. We planned only staying here for a weekend and ended up staying 3 months now. Any problems or issues at all and Sheila is rite on top of it. She is great and really on top of things. As well as being understanding along with the price makes living there a great experience and a safe place to call home. They are still working on more for the park to make it even better. Keep up the great work.
