Pretty
nice
location
for
this
property.
But
the
overall
experience
leaves
much
to
be
desired
for
the
price.
The
checkin-
the
parking
lot
while
connected
to
the
property
is
a
very
long
walk,
and
then
the
front
desk
made
it
sound
like
they
were
trying
to
get
us
a
room
with
a
view
while
giving
us
a
room
to
the
side
with
barely
any
views.
Expected
better
service
and
some
accomodations
from
the
front
desk
staff
for
being
gold
members
with
46+
days
of
stays
this
year.
We
were
also
just
given
a
1pm
checkout
despite
the
hotel
being
pretty
empty.
(2pm
checkout
is
the
norm
for
gold
elite).
The
spa
also
closes
very
early
in
the
day
so
we
could
not
use
it.
The
patio/Mexican
restaurant
staff
and
food
was
nice,
and
the
staff
grab
and
go
place
too.
The
spa
hours
are
very
limited
too.
The
room
was
decent
but
nothing
great,
it
was
reasonably
clean
but
not
very
clean,
the
coffee
place
closes
at
6
and
there
is
no
fridge,
coffee
machine
or
microwave
in
the
room
at
all.
The
rooms
are
also
very
dated,
more
of
a
conference
center
vibe
than
a
resort.
The
bathroom
sink
was
also
clogged.
The
lazy
river
and
pool
area
was
decent
but
it's
not
very
clean,
the
pool
towels
were
not
very
clean
either
and
there
are
no
showers
in
the
vicinity
so
you
have
to
walk
all
the
way
back
to
the
room.
(While
not
being
allowed
to
carry
pool
towels
back)
Overall
2*
experience,
I
think
I
have
had
much
better
experience
at
comparable
Hyatt
properties.
The
location
is
great
but
the
overall
experience
was
pretty
bad!
