Great service and awesome chili dogs!

Where to begin? Eleanor and I were sceptics. We went to this dining establishment to answer one question: what is the place they call "Wienerschnitzel" and how can Tucson support 6 franchises? We were impressed to see a line at the window and a full drive-thru. The line moved quick and shortly we were able to order one of their famed franks and a tastee frozen treat. We got our order in 5 minutes but it only felt like 2 minutes 45 seconds. The customers and workers were joyful. One of the workers was celebrating their birthday and the song was surprisingly in tune. Other patrons gave a homeless person some of their meal. This all contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. Be careful sitting near the ordering window there was sus liquid and a stinky water closet near by. The food was hot, messy, but tasted good. The fries were also enjoyable. The absence of Reese's for shakes was almost a deal breaker but Oreo stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park. Some of the Oreo chunks were too big to go up the straw but we were willing to overlook this flaw. Everything was great but overall not impressed.

Nice people that work here. The kraut is good but the add ins for the lemonade have gone rancid. Also not sure anything is cleaned very well in the place.

It's been a few weeks but their hot dog grill wasn't pre-heated resulting in the hot dogs being half warm, and half cold. From experience, this is usually a consistent problem, not a one time thing. The french fries were even more inedible.

My first time here. Nothing like a good Chili cheese dog with mustard and onions and combo. This place was clean the service was fast and friendly and the dogs were tasty whats not to like about it plus we got a couple to go for later

You can Never go wrong wit their Chili Cheese dog.

My son loves the Chilli cheese fries so we've gone twice this month. Seems to be inconsistent with the sizes. He always orders large cheese fries and usually it's full and worth the almost $8. Last time the large looked more like a medium.

Decent Place for a quick bite to eat. Hotdogs are my favorite. They have $3 deal days where you can get selected products for $3 each

Great food and friendly service

This Wienerschnitzel is great. I go their about 2x a month and get a pretty big order. The staff have never messed it up! They are always friendly and smiling!

I drove by this location at about 5 a.m. I thought it had closed for good because there was a group of people camped out on the patio warming themselves by the fire they lit in the trashcan.

The window person was friendly and professional. I have no issues with their service it was their management. I had issues with. My order was messed I'm I didn't get certain items, and then I received only half a large fry. When I brought this up to the window clerk, they said, "No problem." we will fix that for you. The manager gave me the missing item but didn't correct the fry. I waited, and the window rep came back to the window they saw that I was sitting there and began explaining the situation to the manager. The manager very aggressively opened the windo and said, "What you missing?" Yes, just like that, I said, "I only have half a large fry here. I paid for a large Chili cheese fry" She said "let me see order" I handed her my bag she looked at my half chili cheese fry and said "so sorry" and handed me a small I said "you aren't just going to replace the large?" she's here said,"No, you fine now, " and shooed me off. Just felt like it was overpriced and poorly managed. Just overall, a disappointment in food and customer service from a manager nonetheless.

The quality of food is very good for the low price! Love the vanilla ice cream cone . Brought me and my boyfriend to our childhood. Hotdogs are very good and the pork fries are delicious.

Only thing was I didn't get any ofy french fries and didn't notice till I got home ,I swear every burger joint I go to doesn't give u your fries 🍟 and when fries are more than a 10 pound bag of potatoes $5. That sukks

I got the fanta orange cream float and chili cheese fries. literally top tier. i use to go to weinerschnitzel when i was younger and it’s one of those things that just got better.

Woke up super hungry and thristy stopped here and still od at window for ten mins saw two employees within sight and neither would come to window super rude

Grew up in LA in the 70s through 90s and great to see the traditional building here and the food has not changed which is a good thing

I really wish I would have gotten the ladies name that helped me cover my lunch she works there and I was a little short on money she was so sweet. The food is great and they keep it clean

Went up to the window with a list for the guys at work and $50 fed 6 hungry mechanics, fast and friendly service cost effective meal.

Only giving 3 stars due to seeing an add on TV / coupons in mail mentioned a new mint chip Oreo shake to drive 30 mins to Oracle location to see a sign that says no ice @ the moment even tho I still bought around $60 worth of food for family. Kids was disappointed when I got home with no ice cream for desert . Other then this all else was on point for Oracle / prince location in Tucson,Az ...

It is a drive through. The food was okay, but nothing special stood out for us. Wife complained a bit. But, that is how it is when you don't speak up when asked.

It was a late night visit after getting off of work. The ladies that were working were wonderful. Very prompt service and the food and the shakes were amazing.

Went here often but not too often cause we didn't want to get sick of it, but the last time was very disappointing. Came it at 1/2 hour till closing time for them and ordered simple. Just the five chilies dogs with cheese. Simple, right? Apparently not. Got home with our order, opened them up and it was like looking at vomit ah la carte'. Mangled dogs, glopped on chilie - or maybe they just rubbed the dogs in the chilie for color, who knows. And one little shred of cheese. I think one of them had four little shreds. I called.them to tell them about this and they were reluctant to help us out but said we could come in and get another 5 chillie cheese dogs. So a few nights later I did just that but thought I would call to give them a heads up. I got told no, I got told to bring my receipt, and that they would have to look at the camera footage. It was five chilie cheese dogs. Not lobster or steak. I called corporate. Twice. Had to leave a message both times. Not one call back. So, yeah. Pretty disappointed.

Not happy with the chili cheese burger. The fries were good and the strawberry lemonade was very good. Not impressed at all.

It's was very delicious and wait time for food was 5-10 minutes bit seemed like 4 minutes very quick in and out movement and good for speedy stops

Great everything wet this location. Will not go to the orange grove lovwtion, but go out of my way for this location. Fresh Everything!!

I was so disappointed in my visit. My brother and I had been talking about how Wienerschnitzel was one of our favs growing up. The quality, the prices the food 👌 Not the case anymore, times have definitely changed and not for the better either. I ordered a (Family) Party Pack. While placing the order they ask if I'd like to add cheese to the chili dogs. I say, how much would that cost? She saids I don't know it doesn't tell me. So I say no thanks, I get to the window and there are about 5 women prepping the food, Good hustle, hence the 1 star. My problem is every employee is without a hairnet. I have long thick hair and known how much hair I lose in a day, their hair is not even in a tight bun or hats, they are rocking ponytails and what looks like very messy buns, I felt alarmed watching them rushing through the orders. Thank God they were wearing gloves, cause if not I would've left. I get the food home and NOT to my surprise my brother and I each find one single long hair in the first chilidogs we bite into. So growsed out at this point. I didn't tell him what I saw at the restaurant. For $21.95 put a damn hairnet on when you prep people's food. Trust me the messy bun look and sloppy ponytails do not work for keeping the hair out of the chili in the hotdogs. I hope it's not like this at other locations in town, cause I'd hate to never have wienershnitzle again cause of this location.

Food was great the service sucked the lady yelled at us and would give us more thank one dipping cup of ranch even tho we said we'd pay for more the place is on Oracle so there were alot of um bad people around

It's nostalgic to come eat a corn dog and chill dog. Coming here as a kid with my dad, well not much has changed (or at least not the way I remember it!). The oreo shakes were a bonus cuz I don't think I have had them as a kid, there anyways.

The business is old. But the chilli dogs were good. Don't have one in the White Mountains area.

Also dog friendly order at their walk up window, sat at their patio and ate with my dog sitting next to me

Went here with a friend asked for regular hamburger with bacon and cheese and they messed it up gave me a chili cheese Hamburger and the service was complete garbage stood waiting for 10 mins if not more and the place smells like garbage

Really good stuff here! I love the corn dog bites and the Polish sandwich. Definitely recommend. Wienerschnitzel is an awesome little place

I ordered some food and the chocolate covered strawberry shake. I received a chocolate shake and when I walked up to the counter to request the correct shake they wouldn’t make it for me until I let them throw away the chocolate shake. I asked if I could just keep the chocolate shake since I had tasted it to see if it was the right shake. They first told me they had to add it to their inventory, the trash. Then the manager told me she just needed to throw it away. No common sense there I guess. Just wastefulness
