    Probably the worst experience Iā€™ve ever had at an urgent care. I booked a night appointment for abdominal pain. Arrived early just in case they could squeeze me in. They could not which is understandable. During my wait my pain became unbearable and by the time the dr got to me my stomach couldnā€™t be touched without tears and immense pain. They did absolutely nothing for me aside from taking a urine sample they didnā€™t bother testing or sending out. This site advertises imaging and lab work but the doctor said she could do neither and to go to ER. When I asked, through tears, if thereā€™s an ER she recommends she got visibly upset with me and stormed out of the room and told the nurse ā€œshe has questions I canā€™t answer go talk to herā€ I finally received care at TMC UC and a private ER that found the problem, it was my kidneys. If this doctor had bothered to have my urine tested or offered any sort of help I wouldnā€™t have sat in pain for an additional 4 days. Donā€™t go here. Save your money for a more reputable location with empathy.

    The nurse prescribed me antibiotics for my "ear infection." I left there, Didn't take them & saw my ENT specialist instead. I was told I don't need antibiotics because there's no ear infection. It's neurological & bad migraines causing the discomfort. THAT example right there is why you shouldn't trust this location. Plus, she was rude. She kept speaking over me. Glad I trusted my instincts & didn't pump myself full of meds!

    It took 4 days--from Tues to Saturday--to get strep culture result -- these can be turned around in 24 hours, so apparently NextCare contracts at a low pay rate, in exchange for a slower return time. People need to know strep culture results (the rapid tests have a high fail rate) to know if it's safe to be around other people, go to work, go to school, etc. Bottom line: the for-profit system fails to serve patients once again.

    I cannot say enough about this place. For starters, I Donā€™t have insurance so cost was a concern for me. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the staff behind the counter and they were prepared and ready for me. When the person who handles payments (Rochelle) heard me say that I didnā€™t have insurance she immediately put my mind at ease by letting me know that there are payment programs that she could set me up for. PHEW. Rochelle even went a step further and gave me a guesstimate ballpark range of cost so that I knew possible the high end and the low end I might expect to pay. Even the high end wasnā€™t too bad, considering the level of care and personal attention I received. The techs who took my blood pressure and other vitals were professional and thorough. So far so great. Then I met with my physician, Jessica who provided me with literally the best doctors visit Iā€™ve ever had. The way she spoke with me and walked me thru her diagnosis showed me that she really cared that I understood, which felt great. She was easy to talk to, easy to laugh and listen. I kinda felt like I was part of the team (jk) because I was kept so informed the whole time. I knew what Jessica was thinking and what treatment i should expect. I knew what Rochelle thought about how much this would all cost. Quite honestly, even though logic tells me to get insurance one day when I can afford it, if this is what I can expect from a doctorā€™s visit at NextCare, Iā€™m in no rush. I feel better taken care even if Iā€™m not fully covered. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

    Had an infection. Made an appt online. Filled out medical paperwork online too. I was in and out in an hour. Staff was courteous and helpful. DR was kind and understanding. Location was VERY clean. Followed Corona virus protocols. Very impressed.

    Medical scam. If you prefer to get medical attention, go anywhere else, because unless you just want Tylenol, they'll tell you they don't provide those services today, even though they tell you ahead of time you can get X-rays, labs, or sutures done here. You can, however, get racism from your provider included in your copay.

    I am always pleasantly surprised at how quickly I am seen as opposed to a traditional PCP, as well as how quick the appointments go. In and out in less than an hour. I genuinely wish all Healthcare could be this efficient.

    Wonderful team and efficient process. You complete your paperwork on your mobile device. I only waited about 2 minutes after that to be called back. The nurse practitioner was fantastic. Took the time to understand the issue and explained everything clearly. I have confidence in her diagnosis and she helped me understand how to manage it. Also called in a prescription and recommended an OTC medicine. Very quick, very easy - Highly recommend.

    Iā€™ve had to go in several times now and everyone is really kind and helpful; from the front desk, to the MA, and including the provider. (Even at the height of the pandemic when I went in for COVID symptoms.) I feel like they really listen and I always get the help I need. Highly recommend.

    I have asthma and it's important to be seen in a timely manner. But the receptionist took her time never got off the chair just scooted around then they left me In The room while they talked about personal issues and were laughing and caring on... I'm coming back. I love the nextcare on pima and Wilmot!!! Just go there!!!

    the front desk receptionist are no help. I asked to see a provider in person and they transferred all my information to another location saying ā€œthereā€™s only 2 people waiting at that locationā€. I get to this other location and there are 8 people waiting in front of me in line. I told the receptionist what I was told at the other location she said ā€œthey lied to youā€. The receptionist at this location lied to me and I find that very very unprofessional.

    This was a great visit with great communication with the staff. I went to a different location on campus Monday and it was very unsatisfactory but this Nextcare on Broadway & Tucson Boulevard did wonders to rebuild your reputation. Thanks for the professional service and experience!!

    I canā€™t recommend this UrgentCare highly enough! Iā€™ve consistently received quality care and respect from every one of the medical professionals Iā€™ve interacted with at this location. Iā€™ve visited this clinic many times when I canā€™t get in with my primary physician, and theyā€™ve always seen me quickly, with little to no wait. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. Rochelle at the front desk has been there to check me in for each of my visits over the years, even through the thick of the pandemic - sheā€™s always greeted me with warmness and professionalism, and deserves recognition for showing up the way that she does, day in and day out.

    What a joke! The nurse practitioner there is ridiculous. They just tell you everything is a virus and donā€™t do a thorough visit yet charge $130. My daughter has a sinus infection so bad her nose bleeds, but she was told itā€™s a virus . She didnā€™t even look up her nose to see the swelling. She made the motion to look in her throat yet asked if she still had tonsil. The lady didnā€™t even know what tonsils look like.

    This place helped us out so much. Made an early appointment. Brought my son in after he injured his thumb playing basketball and we had his assessment, x-rays, and referral to the orthopedics office within less than an hour. Everyone was so friendly and just so pleasant. Thank you! I don't think we would of been home if we had gone to the ER any time soon.

    Very pleasant experience from start to end. Made my appointment online, did all paperwork online before arriving. Provider and staff met all my needs, very friendly and attentive. In and out with appointment a little over 1 hour Thank you šŸ˜Š Edit: clinic forgot to call in RX for Pain ** Big No No!!

    Dr Ericka is amazing. Been seeing her for years. She has bonded with my son. The front desk staff on 9/14/22 was excellent. Never too busy. They schedule appointments close enough together where your not waiting long. Online check in is a breeze.

    I wish I could give 100 starsā€¦. From the desk person to the M A to the Dr. on duty; it was an excellent professional experience. They were caring and there to help my needs. Thank you for being so wonderful to someone with a sinus infection. Itā€™s truly the little things that are hugely important. Awesome service.

    I am leaving 2 stars because the medical staff was competent. That said, we just spent 2 HOURS at the location for a 15 minute athletics physical for my sons. The front receptionist was rude, not just to us but also to other people checking in. Who is rude to a hard of hearing elderly person?! We made appointments ahead of time and we were not seen until almost an hour after our appointment time despite being there early because the receptionist kept taking walk-ins and sending them to be seen ahead of us. After the physical it took the receptionist 45 minutes to return our paperwork to us. Next year, we will head to our PCP rather than this location. With a different front desk/registration person, our experience would probably have been perfectly fine. Please NextCare, do a better job of either training or screening your reception and check-in staff, they are the face of your businesses and the first point of contact with your customers.

    So easy start to finish. You can set up an appointment online and fill out all paperwork before going. Then they facility was clean and the front desk staff was easy to work with. There was little to no wait for us (myself, 4yo and 1yo). We were there for a rash on my 1yo. The RNP Ericka, diagnosed quickly and even brought in her phone to show me pictures to easy my fear and talked me through it. She was very good with my 1yo and even helped with the 4yo; she has an amazing bedside manner. This was my 5th Urgent Care appointment in 2 weeks (traveling and picking up bugs) and this was by far the easiest! Thank you so much from a very tired Momma!

    Absolutely not Urgent, and they don't Care. Please read the other one-star reviews before trusting this place with your healthcare. They will take your money, charge you bogus fees and refuse to help you. Expect a long wait and rudeness, you'll probably leave sicker than you arrived. Hard pass.

    Friendly front desk staffs and nurse practitioner. We made an appointment online and waited for about 40 mins after the appointment time, which I think is not bad. There is a live wait status in the app after we checked in, which is a great feature since we can just wait in the car.

    I wish I would have known about next care years ago, it beats spending hours and hours at the E.R.. If it's not an emergency and I just need a quick check up I set an appt here and I'm in and out within the hour. Staff are always friendly and overall my experiences here have been great šŸ‘

    The NP was great. Very caring and thoughtful in her treatment. Issues getting the prescriptions sent which took an extra 15 hours to get the antibiotic we needed in a timely manner.

    I didnā€™t have an appointment but came here because it was on my way home from my kidsā€™ school. I walked in at 8:25 and was seen by 9:00. The woman at the front desk was warm and friendly and the medical assistant was fast but thorough. The NP, Erika, listened to my concerns and treated me for an ear infection and bronchitis. I was hesitant to go to urgent care today, but Iā€™m so glad I did. Thank you to all the staff at NextCare Urgent Care!

    I visited this NextCare on Thursday last week. Everyone was kind and helpful at the front desk when I got checked in but the doctor was unprofessional. I went in because my tonsils were swollen. The doctor attending me was Shafer and rather than straight on addressing my current issue with my tonsils, she told me I needed to diet and exercise. It was not advice I needed nor invited to the conversation.

    The front desk staff was wonderful, I went to 3 urgent cares before I chose this one. All my decisions are based off how you treat me as a customer, the girls were great, understanding, and extremely helpful, not once did I feel rushed or any sort of rudeness. 10/10 customer service, I was in and out in 30 min! Thank you girls for doing such a great job!

    I was a walk in and seen relatively quickly. The office was helpful in explaining their discount fee option.The Dr was great. She asked probing questions, and listened to what I had to say, without rushing me out the door. Took time to explain exam results & what was being prescribed. Good experience.
