Dealing
with
krispy
kreme
has
been
a
frustrating
experience!
I
ordered
a
box
of
donuts
online.
I
waited
for
30
mins
in
there
drive
thru
to
pick
up
the
donuts
because
online
it
told
me
their
lobby
was
closed
due
to
covid..
which
was
not
true.
I
get
up
to
the
drive
thru
and
tell
them
I'm
here
to
pick
up
my
order.
The
KRISPY
KREME
employee
advise
me
they
can
not
full
fill
my
order
because
they
only
have
4
types
of
donuts
left.
I
ask
when
are
they
going
to
make
more
because
I
am
willing
to
come
back
later.
Krispy
Kreme
says
not
until
tomorrow.
It's
free
donut
day
.....
so
I
tell
them
fine
cancle
my
order
and
i
will
just
get
some
free
donuts.
I
get
up
to
pick
up
my
donuts
and
look
in
the
bag.
Guess
what
.......they
did
not
give
me
the
donuts
I
ordered
2
seconds
ago.
I
question
the
guy
at
the
front
and
asked
why
did
you
not
give
me
the
donuts
I
just
asked
for
and
he
says
"we
are
out
of
that
kind"
!!!!!!!!!!but
he
literally
had
just
told
me
he
had
them
when
I
ordered
!!!!!!
So
instead
of
saying
somthing
about
it.....
he
just
threw
in
what
ever
they
wanted
!!!!
The
people
that
work
at
this
store
not
only
showed
incompetents
but
lack
of
accountability
with
not
even
trying
to
remedy
the
situation.
Which
seems
to
be
a
theme
for
this
company.
I
called
their
corporate
office
that
day
to
file
a
complaint.
Corporate
advise
me
the
store
did
not
even
cancle
my
order
they
could
not
for
fill!!!!
Good
thing
I
called
!
On
top
of
it
all
I
have
been
told
on
3
seperate
occasions
that
I
will
get
a
call
back
from
a
manger
over
the
past
2
weeks.
They
have
not
called
!
I
have
try
to
call
the
store
and
it
goes
to
voicemail.
I
know
it's
just
donuts
but
it's
the
blantent
fact
these
people
just
dont
care
if
they
waste
your
time
and
they
have
taken
0
accountability
about
their
shity
service.
Maybe
if
more
people
told
them
how
terriable
they
were
being
they
would
become
better.
