I went to this Krispy Kreme today to get 2 boxes of different kinds of donuts 🍩 when I walked in there was not even a welcome. They had three people working inside not one said hi or I’ll be right with you, to me or the lady behind me. I did not know how it all worked as I had never been there . So I asked her some questions and she gave me dirty faces as if my questions were bothering her. What ever happened to customer service? It was obvious that she was bothered and in return my vanilla iced coffee turned into a regular coffee. The donuts were amazing but there service is horrible I feel no good vibes coming from this place. I will never go back and if they keep this level of service up they will go out of business again like they did before in Tucson!!!! Pretty simple business advice... be nice to your customers!

if i could rate this place zero stars i would. i have been here two weeks in a row trying to take advantage of their ‘buy a dozen for a gallon of gas’ special & they were sold out both times. how are you going to be out of basic glazed donuts? i tried calling ahead so i wouldn’t waste my time & they couldn’t even answer the phone. we decided ok let’s get something else since we waisted the time coming & asked for the pumpkin spice lovers dozen & they said they were sold out of two of the donuts that come in it. like why even stay in business if you’re going to be out of half the stuff you’re selling? don’t even bother coming if you’re in the mood for donuts they might be sold out.

my girlfriend ordered an assorted box to be delivered on my birthday, because she's thoughtful and loves me. but unfortunately they sent stale super dry donuts. so i ate one, both to show her my gratitude and love and because i am actually a processed sugar addict. then we agreed to toss the rest, out of mutual respect for our tastebuds. i do not recommend these donuts unless your relationship is strong enough to withstand principled struggle, like ours is.

It’s been a few years since I’ve been to Krispy Kreme but I’m going to assume they no longer make their donuts fresh in house the way they used to. They have definitely shrunk in size. This doesn’t surprise me since it seems like all fast food restaurants are doing this to combat inflation. I visited in the morning but they tasted like they were sitting around for half a day. They were not terrible but not the quality I remember. Another good thing that will never be the same again!

Ok don’t get me wrong I love Krispy Kreme. But this place in general… in fact, both locations in Tucson— don’t know how the hell to make coffee!! It’s always done terribly and I know it’s possible to make good coffee since I’ve tried them back in Orange County. They’re always out of stock over here. And I’ve been overcharged multiple times with little help with resolution.

I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of me and then another 6 minutes at the speaker before Donna would even acknowledge I was there. I ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee and when I got it to say I was disappointed is an understatement after waiting 40 minutes the ICED coffee was given to me with the ice already melted and looked liked watered down cream and had brown stuff floating around which eventually settled at the bottom. When I expressed my disappointment I was told I could WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES to have it remade. Needless to say I took these pictures and it went straight in the trash. Do not recommend.

Lost for words.. this was the WORST drive thru/Krispy Kreme experience I've EVER had. We came and asked for a dozen and at the end of telling the guy our order he asked us to repeat it and then told us they were out of 4 of the flavors we wanted😡🤦🏿‍♂️ Then on top of that I asked for a frozen mocha and he said that "we can't make that right now." And didn't give any explanation at all. We went up to the window to get our donuts and he was talking to co workers about how he lost his phone and ignored us for a few minits before coming back and letting us pay. The donuts were good for the 2 flavors they actually had but I will NEVER be coming back again🤝🏿☝🏿 They didn't even have the classic glazed🤦🏿‍♂️ What a joke of a establishment. The owner of this franchise must be reconsidered by the company

Way too expensive for glazed donuts. At least twice as much as way better local mom and pop shops. This location doesn't make them fresh here so you might as well get them from a grocery store. Tucson has so many great donut shops that are hands down better than anything Krispy Kreme can ever make.

Normally we go here without any complaints or issues. I love Krispy Kreme, and always have. But on our last visit the clerk could not understand us in the drive thru and asked us to pull up to the window. We did, and we realized he spoke very little English. He was extremely kind and helpful, I'm just a little confused why they didn't have someone assisting the clerk with customers.

Awful quality. None of their donuts are cooked fresh at this location. Their oven has been broken for over a year. The donuts they have get delivered to them by other locations in town. The donuts they do have are old, stale, unappealing. Not sure why they even bother keeping this location open if they're not interested in replacing their oven. You will be disappointed if you go to this location.

other than not being greeted when I first came in or even acknowledge for like 5 minutes. Everything was great I ordered a raspberry filled glazed donut and a frozen caramel mocha latte they were both delicious. I would recommend this place to others as well. And this was my first time ever coming to Krispy Kreme was a nice experience.

Way to overpriced, and beware of misleading deals. A dozen should only be $8, not $16! I bet it costs $0.39 to make dozen but you have to charge $16 bucks!!! To offer DEALS where you sell your donuts at the correct price is deceptive.

technically i would give them a 3.5 star for my last visit. i went for my birthday dozen freebie and the donuts were kinda mid. the service was fine and the employee was very kind and wished me a happy birthday as i left. that’s why i rounded up my official rating to a 4 star.

Visited this location after my son's appointment. We were disappointed that you can no longer watch the doughnuts being made. We asked for four glazed donuts. We went home (over an hour away). We opened the box two doughnuts were incredibly light in color. We my son ate it we realized it was not cooked all the way. Extremely disappointed

This is how my donuts were delivered. When I called the manager he acted like I was an idiot and that was a natural part of the process which I obviously couldn't understand. This guy needs a different job.

My biggest gripes are how much they have raised their prices. It was somewhat expected this day and age, but prices have almost doubled since I was previously here. I think it was like $14 or $15 for a dozen donuts when I last came, which admittedly was probably nearly a year ago. But now that’s what it cost for just 6 donuts today. Besides that, the actual donuts don’t taste as good as I remember. That might just be me, but there are definitely other places in town to get a better and larger donut for the same price or less. Service was pleasant enough. I was the only person in line and it wasn’t exactly quick, but it wasn’t terrible. If they lowered their prices I’d consider coming back, but it’s not worth what they are charging in my opinion.

Horrible experience. If i could i would give ZERO STARS. I asked for an assorted donuts provided him with the list of donuts I wanted several times. Still didn't get it right!!! Asked for original glazed and we got Glazed donuts with filling 😡 They were OUT of anything latte. So we ordered a vanilla iced coffee. Get to the window they are out of Vanilla . So they gave us mocha ice coffee. WORST COFFEE ever ! Tasted like a pot of coffee and regular sugar you get for FREE at the hospital! Its like they handed us an plain room temperature coffee someone ordered an hour ago.

Got a delivery of donuts for a birthday party, 1 pick your own box and 1 plan glazed donuts. The pick your own is 17$ and I got the deal on the plan for a 1$ They replaced 3 of my birthday cake donuts with just maple glaze one and didn't give me the birthday wrap I paid extra for. I did get a refund because it was really disappointing given that was what the birthday person wanted. But they were helpful with everything which is really nice. But I recommend going in instead of the delivery.

Slow service over 10 minutes for a drive thru 2 donut coffee iced drink. That was after the employee got the order wrong and still didn't get it right the second time. Seeing as there was only one other person in the store not sure what the issues is maybe train your people before leaving them alone.

Management is very unprofessional. The girl who answer my phone call was rude, answered phone an left me talking.When she passed the phone to the “manager” I was able to hear the manger say “are they angry or mad” when he took the call I was explaining about my online order. Perfect, fresh donuts you'd expect from Krispy Kreme. The store appeared closed from the street, but I'm so happy that we gave it a try anyway. The staff member at the drive thru was extremely friendly, which truly goes a long way when it comes to repeat visits

I had an issue with my doordash order and doordash support was no help at all. I got ahold of the store and a lovely person named ted answered and got everything figured out for me. The customer service was amazing, thank you so much ted! I will be back.

I love coming here for the donuts. This Krispy Kreme shows you how the donuts are made. SUPER COOL. The hours work great as well. One time after a Tennis match I was really craving some donuts so I came here I was amazed by the donut making process and great service. They also have a cool mini bar to pick from for drinks such as strawberry milk

Doughnuts are great. Coffee is good. The only disappointment is that they had run out of whipped cream for one potential customer's coffee request. The store is clean and the employees are cheerful. We will return for sure.

I haven't gone here in a while but when did they become so expensive for very sad donuts? Just paid $7.49 for 3 donuts. They look like week old donuts just pulled out of a vacuum sealed package.

You have to go in the morning or during the day to get a variety of donuts, so when they have them they are good. But i have been there about 3 times like around 6pm-7pm and they are usually out of most donuts. I can't trust this place anymore so i go elsewhere for my donuts. If you're open until 8 or 9, you should have donuts until then.

I am not really the type to write bad reviews.. or any review for that matter.. BUT THIS PLACE doesn’t even deserve 1 star! This Krispy Kreme has the worst service I have personally ever experienced in all my days.. CONSISTENTLY! But today was the worst of all.. I go to the drive through, they tell me they have no glazed donuts at all, then all the sudden they have a full dozen.. I order that and 2 vanilla caramel frozen lattes.. I get to the counter, they give me the dozen, forgot to charge me for or make the frozen lattes ( we are the only customers there) so they charge me $15 for the WORST donuts I’ve ever had (tasted like they were stashed in a utility closet for 4 days) and then they bring me the “frozen” lattes which is really just WARM LIQUID (not exaggerating) in a cup (the disrespect) so, I (of course) took it back in the store.. they remake it, but NOW it’s just the liquid big chunks of barely blended ice in it. Can’t even get the stuff through my straw 😡 idk who is doing the hiring, or the training at this place? But I’m getting Krispy Kreme from WALMART from now on.. if that. This place is a DISASTER.

The donuts and the chillers are tasty. A little more costly than.some of the other options that are available. The directions of Google maps were terrible the buildings are so close together that maneuvering around there is difficult. 2 near accidents in my short time in the area. The staff seemed quite overwhelmed. This was my first time there so not sure if that would be a typical scene

Can I give zero stars? The donuts themselves are delicious but dealing with this restaurant has been the worst! I ordered donuts for delivery and placed my order through the website online. I get my order through DoorDash. There is only 1 box of donuts when I ordered 2. DoorDash says that they were told my order was in the box and they couldn't open it (taped shut). I tried contacting Krispy Kreme. This happened on May 27th. I have not heard anything from them. I have tried every avenue I can other than showing up over there (which from reading the other reviews, it sounds like that won't work either!). I contacted DoorDash and they said that if I had ordered directly through DoorDash, then they could refund me the money. So, I'm out the $14 box of donuts and here I am a month later with no resolution. It also seems like the owner of the Broadway store does not care as none of the reviews have been responded to. I wish there was a way to yell at them and explain my displeasure with them. I will NEVER do business with this Krispy Kreme again. I will also find out if they own any other stores and not patronize those either.

The donuts are good, but who ever is running the Broadway location, is going to run it into the ground. We have been several times when they were out of stuff. Today June 27th, we went, the drive through was blocked off with chairs and the doors were locked. There was people inside that worked there but they sure weren't selling any donuts.. There was at least 5 different cars outside who was ready to spend some money, but nobody to serve them.. I hope the owner reads this, because if this keeps up he will be out of business, before he knows it. This was about 11.30 AM.

Dealing with krispy kreme has been a frustrating experience! I ordered a box of donuts online. I waited for 30 mins in there drive thru to pick up the donuts because online it told me their lobby was closed due to covid.. which was not true. I get up to the drive thru and tell them I'm here to pick up my order. The KRISPY KREME employee advise me they can not full fill my order because they only have 4 types of donuts left. I ask when are they going to make more because I am willing to come back later. Krispy Kreme says not until tomorrow. It's free donut day ..... so I tell them fine cancle my order and i will just get some free donuts. I get up to pick up my donuts and look in the bag. Guess what .......they did not give me the donuts I ordered 2 seconds ago. I question the guy at the front and asked why did you not give me the donuts I just asked for and he says "we are out of that kind" !!!!!!!!!!but he literally had just told me he had them when I ordered !!!!!! So instead of saying somthing about it..... he just threw in what ever they wanted !!!! The people that work at this store not only showed incompetents but lack of accountability with not even trying to remedy the situation. Which seems to be a theme for this company. I called their corporate office that day to file a complaint. Corporate advise me the store did not even cancle my order they could not for fill!!!! Good thing I called ! On top of it all I have been told on 3 seperate occasions that I will get a call back from a manger over the past 2 weeks. They have not called ! I have try to call the store and it goes to voicemail. I know it's just donuts but it's the blantent fact these people just dont care if they waste your time and they have taken 0 accountability about their shity service. Maybe if more people told them how terriable they were being they would become better.

Always love this location! The staff are always happy and greet us with smiles. There is never anything better than arriving when the smell of the fresh baked goods hits you in the face as you walk in the door! This location is always clean and kept up whenever we have visited. I stopped by Krispy Kreme to grab a donut and a coffee. I pulled away with 3 dozen donuts and a big "Thank You for What You Do". They donated 3 dozen donuts for my work because I'm a Frontline Nurse. Thanks, Krispy Kreme! That simple act of thoughtful kindness was exactly what was needed that day! 1 small donut to some; 1 HUGE moral booster to others! (Insert here: DONUTS WERE LIGHT, FLUFFY, STILL WARM & BEYOND AMAZING!)

Week 3 I go for glazed lemon filled donuts and wrong again, no filling I even asked if they were filled they said yes feeling Mislead

Love the product elsewhere. Found the staff at this location to be short almost to the point of rudeness. There was a line of 8 cars stuck in the takeout because they had the Hot Now light on and we all thought they were open. Inside you could see the employees cooking and moving around. It was some time before closing. As we started to complain they turned out the lights and wouldn't answer the menu board or the window. It is understandable there are restrictions and shortages during this time but courtesy and customer service should not be short changed. My thoughts.

I bought a dozen donuts today that I carefully chose from the website. Placed my online order, then went to pick them up at the specified time (they had plenty of time to get it right). Brought them to my destination, opened the box, and it was full of types that I did not want. I specifically chose ones that were favorites of individuals in my family. The ones included nobody liked. Big disappointment; very unhappy with this place.
