We found this good truck via Maps and so glad we did. We are staying at a local hotel and have been here twice. The tacos and burritos are so good. Order at the truck then have a seat at their outdoor , in the shade, seating. They bring you the order plus two squeeze bottle of sauce. There are always people here but the service is fast. The tables and chairs have been clean both visits and honestly it’s just a nice atmosphere.

Loved the fact that even as an on the go food truck they had 40 tacos ready in 15-20 minutes. Now that's service. Oh and oh soooo good

Visited this place as it was close to the airport and our hotel, was visiting from Houston, searched for a top rated place to eat at and I am glad to say that this establishment did not disappoint. The food quality is there, the place although out side; is super clean. The taste most importantly is full of rich flavors and whatever they cook here they cook it right, they also have assorted agua fresca options. I have to say that I was impressed by the Tucson food scene.

We eat here every few weeks. It is always amazing. Best taco truck in town. Some of our co-workers are working from home now and still drive across town to eat here. I usually always get the carne asada, which is always perfectly juicy. I tried the Birria Torta and it was excellent. Plenty of meat and very juicy.

This is by far one of the best Taco Trucks in Tucson (TTT)! The birria is exceptional, the chicken is flavorful and the cabeza (beef cheeks is heavenly. You know a place is good when there always is a line. If you care not to wait, come before 11am. However, the service is fast, even when there is a line. I have been here numerous times and I will definitely be retuning.

Just visiting and had to look up real Mexican food. The tacos are phenomenal, the tortillas are just tasty, the carne asada and cabeza are juicy and delicious. Quick service and again, delicious tacos.

I'm not big on eating outdoors, but if you have time before a flight , you must stop here for tacos. I've lived in Tucson for 40 years and the best tacos are found here. It's packed for lunch during the weekdays so maybe a 5 minute wait.

This place has been a regular stop for me for years. The carne asada tacos are perfect, the salsa is fire and it is on the side of the road. Perfect lunch pit stop.

The best thing about Tucson is the abundance of great Mexican food. Rosita's is aces. Table side service under some mesquite trees. $1.50 tacos. Ain't much better than this.

Don’t speak Spanish, not sure what to order. The owner was very friendly and patient with us. We ordered a burrito, he suggested my husband and I share one. It was so delicious that we wanted more. It was a beef burrito. We will go back tomorrow to try other items 😃

This is the best Taqueria in the area. Food is done fresh. Meat is grilled and not fried like most other taco stands. All of their menu is great, good flavor and seasoning. I have been eating here almost 4 years ago when they started out and have been pleased that I keep coming back. Sometimes they ran out of food by 2pm. The owner and staff are very friendly and take care of you.

5 stars only cause I can't make it 6!! I come from the land of THE best taco wagons ever so there was a lot to live up to here. The only downside I was looking for a lengua tacos but they don't do lengua, bummer. I went with 15 Carne asade tacos for the family of 5 and that was perfect!! We hung out in Tucson for 2 days and even made a 45 minute trip across town just for more tacos!! If these aren't the best in town... well I say: hats off to the better taco truck!!

The best taco truck in town. My favorite used to be el nene, but their prices went up and quality is sometimes not as good when it used to be super consistent. Taqueria Rositas is everything I want- a correctly priced taco, simple, consistent, and I love eating al fresco under the mesquite trees

I love the food it’s so amazing!! The only downfall is that they close at 2:30 in the afternoon… such a bummer when you want good food after work but can’t go to your favorite spot. I hope they can change their hours I mean they’d only make more money… I say it’s a win, win!

If you love tacos and food trucks then this place is the absolute best of both. Go there and enjoy some of the best red hot sauce you will ever have in the US. They only take cash so if you bring friends make sure they have some or you can cover them.

Every time we try to go they have been closed. Not sure what's up? And they have horrible hours when they are open. Closing at 3pm is way too early. Bummed I have not been able to try their food.
