    Arrived today for lunch at 10:30 a.m. After standing at the counter for several minutes, staff started entering the restaurant from the back door. The supervisor whose name I believe was Chelsea was pushing a garbage can on wheels back inside while wearing plastic gloves. Without changing her gloves she immediately came to the counter and took my order. Again without changing her gloves, she filled my order, thankfully she was using tongues that actually touched my food. To describe her as devoid of motivation and disenfranchised would be, generous at best. My fried chicken was beyond delicious, maybe some of them best I've ever had at Popeyes. I had the Mac and cheese as my side selection. Apparently today was half portion day as the side container was visibly short on content. My money spends anywhere, and I feel really cheated when you sell me a product at full price and you only deliver half of the product. Today's visit was not just extremely disappointing but it left vast room for improvement.

    Do not eat at the Campbell location. I have gotten used to them getting my orders wrong and and try not to make a stink about things like getting ice in my drinks even when I asked three times for no ice. Today they sold me a "5" piece tender meal if that's what it could be called. All of the chicken seemed like it was left over scraps. Two of the pieces were so small there was not even any chicken in them it was just the breading on the outside. I cannot believe they would send this out the window after charging some one 11 dollars. Ridiculous. EDIT: I decided to give these guys another shot 6 months later. Shame on me. This location is completely incapable of getting an order right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I paid for a 5 piece tender meal and I also asked twice for no ice in my drink. Not only did the drink have ice (I wasnt going to make them pour it down the drain so I dealt with it) and when I got home I discovered there was only three pieces of chicken in my bag. THEY GET IT WRONG... EVERY....SINGLE....TIME.

    I don't even know what the shelf does here. The staff of this store will not prepare food in advance, but wait until the dasher arrives and tell the staff who needs to pick up the meal, and they will prepare it. I have to wait 15-20 minutes here every time. Just a list of 5bucks. Makes people angry. Feeling disrespected. The company's management may not have done anything and needs to be replaced.

    The girls working here are total sweethearts. It’s hard to keep a good attitude in minimum wage food service so I just wanted to leave a review letting them know I noticed and appreciated their positive attitude. I hope they both get every raise they are able to working here because they deserve it. Food was also hot and prepared perfectly which it often isn’t with fast food takeout. I was impressed, this is how management wishes every store was run.

    **2nd chance** so it’s been 6 months since i last visited popeyes all together. well the boyfriend decides he missed it so i put in a mobile order. got there and it was packed no biggy i’ll be patient. 15 mins later and after telling the new girl that i was there did the manager ask if she could help me since i had been just standing there. well the manager was super nice and friendly. long story short my 10 pc chicken came out to be a 7pc box. not sure if the new girl thought i got a 6 pc and was hooking me up w an extra piece but she got it all wrong. tried to call the store multiple times and every time it’s the wrong number. never again! i’ve given up hope on u popeyes. **1st visit**Customer service goes a long way from a smile to a have a good day. The female manager w black hair was so rude and stated that I’d be waiting 15 minutes. At 4 o clock around diner time you’d think they’d be better prepared. As I parked I noticed another car that got parked who had to go back inside twice for missing food and flat soda. Needless to say those 15 minutes turned into 20 real quick and wasn’t even offered an apology for the wait. Get home and popcorn shrimp is bits and pieces like crumbs. Chicken pieces the thigh was so tiny it was mainly crunchy oil tasting batter. For having to wait 20 mins I thought it would have at least been fresh chicken. At this point I have no idea why I waited given everything was just crunchy after bits. So not coming to this location again! Recommend you keep driving to canes, KFC or he’ll even churches chicken be better then this place!

    Every time I go, after, I ask my self why!?? Ugh. It is so grotesque now. It leaves a film on my mouth/teeth! Got shrimp with 2 tenders, fries and a mashed potato/gravy. Apparently they don't carry tartar sauce anymore? The guy at the window said they have BBQ or cocktail sauce. Oh well. I think I learned my lesson this time!

    I order online for drive thru, apparently a doordasher came and took it and the cashier arguably said it was confirmed his while I had the receipt, Remade it and a homeless guy walk in and took it while waiting on the curb. Remade it again but all wrong. The workers gave attitude while I was just trying to be nice honestly

    I was just yelled at for asking for silverware for my side. I mobile ordered a meal with coleslaw and picked it up through the drive through. I noticed I had no utensils to eat my food, so I parked and went back inside. The lady asked if I was there for someone’s mobile order. I said no, I would just like a fork. She then yelled at me that they don’t have any. No apologies or anything. I am on the go. I paid for food I could eat that’s convenient, I should have just went to a grocery store at this point. No customer service here whatsoever.

    I just wanna say my service I had at this restaurant was miraculous I stopped by heading back to Texas and the customer service here is great.!     Ordered three meals and two of the three were incorrect. I called back and arranged with the manager to come by the store for what I assumed was an adjustment to my bill. I arrived, the door was locked so I went through the drive thru. I could see the staff and they turned the lights off. I called from the drive through and they wouldn't answer. A second call was answered. I was told that the manager that I had talked to had left, they were closed and couldn't do anything for me. Terrible service.

    I worked at this location and the one off orange Grove in 2021- 2022 and I'm so serious that the only professional staff is Carlos. The food is amazing of course but as well the workers and the managers are usually angry and tired over just about anything you can think of. You take to long to order there angry, you come in on a rush there angry, you ask questions about the menu there angry, you ask for more sauce and oh boy that sends them over the edge. The customer service isn't there and it really ruins the entire restaurant experience for me. They are very unwilling to slow down and take the time for the customer and I'm certain it's because management has them working like dogs.

    Went through drive through and got our order wrong as well as our drinks. I thought maybe the orders got mixed up but it was completely wrong. We never got asked what side we wanted so we just got mashed potatoes instead of what we wanted. When I went in to get it fixed nobody seemed super motivated to try to help. Once they started working on it they told me they no longer had spicy tenders, an hour before close. After I had said that mild was fine if they weren’t going to drop more spicy, I heard someone say to drop more spicy. Just a bad experience overall.

    My husband paid 44.00 for the family meal which included 6 biscuits. Guess what happened? He gets home and we are all at the family table to eat and we find out our 6 biscuits were not in the bag ! His order number was 30. I kept calling the Popeye's Place on Fortune Lowell and Campbell in Tucson and no one answers the darn phone ! I blame the Manager for everything that went wrong ! The best part of our family meal were the buttery biscuits with honey. Very dissatisfied with their service period. The Manager should check out every meal going out. Not going there again.

    you will wait, almost every time lately at Popeye's. they will pull you around to the corner and you will wait 5 to 10 minutes for your food, or sometimes more. I've heard this is a national issue, and has to do with managers trying to optimize metrics instead of customer service. I'm sure the issue is not limited to popeyes.

    Was a long wait...Then we didn't get what we ordered. We ended up with a completely different order. We ate it anyway.... Food was cold. Lobby was full of people....The online orders were never right. They took our food to make somebody else's order right. It was a nightmare. There was only one employee that was concerned for us. She was sincerely polite. But she stayed chipper. It was the end of her shift and she had to go. But she waited on us with style..

    The Campbell location is amazing. We came here after another terrible experience at the Stone location. The food was fresh, the employees had high morale, and without even mentioning the other store they made a great experience. I hope you’re paying your night team well. They deserve it.

    My wife and I pulled into the drive thru. We both ordered the same an order of nuggets each. We were then no nuggets for at least 10 minutes. We decided to get 2 of the 4 piece signature chicken meal. We drove around to the window paid and then we were told they had NO breasts would that be okay? We said and ask how much money we would get back? Nothing do want another piece instead? We settled on another thigh. The manager on duty was very RUDE and throwing the items in the bag, while being on a cell phone. I told her it would have been nice to have known this before we paid. She said get ahold of the Manager tomorrow. You can bet I will!! See you tomorrow Gabby.

    What is it with you guys lately and continuously getting orders wrong? I have worked in fast food and I gotta say, it's really not that hard to get an order correct especially with a full kitchen staff. Also, is the fish batter made with the entire container of salt or something because it sure tasted like it. I was done after just one bite. It had enough salt for a WEEKS WORTH of sodium intake. Same thing with the biscuits. YA'LL ARE USING TOO. MUCH. SALT!! Like, I love salty food but that was just ridiculous. Also, usually the Mac and Cheese is good but this time it tasted like rubbery tap water and that's how you can tell it's old. I could have just thrown $15 in the garbage can instead and saved myself the time.

    I came to this location around 9:45pm. Yesterday night. My order was out in about 5-7 minutes. When I got my order it was completely wrong. So I took it back and they said it was fixable. I did not end up leaving till 10:30pm. I was so upset I didn’t even stay to leave! I’m pretty sure they forgot all about my order! I understand they were busy but I should’ve got a refund or something.

    The chicken is usually good when they have it. It's hard to get more than 2 legs in an order, not a big deal if you aren't picky like I am. Strips and nuggets are good, the sandwich is good. It's not a bad choice if you're looking to plunge yourself nearer to that inevitable heart attack we all have coming for our dietary choices. But, you'll probably wait longer than expected for your food. Dropped 2 stars for the long wait times and inconsistent quality (it's very good about 65% of the time), and they almost always get the order wrong- just double check it before you leave.

    Usually the food is good. But, everything I ordered was salty. The Mac-n-cheese tasted like a tire. My fish sandwich was just too salty. I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. The only thing that was palatable was the mashed potatoes...but those came from a bag.

    We went when they had dinner rush. The chicken sandwiches are our favorite. The pies actually tasted a bit bitter this time. They were fresh and piping hot. The fries were half fresh probably due to fighting the box or it popped open? Still good. Not soggy. The lobby is finally open. The door does stick pretty good. Customer Service is great as always.

    Overall great fried chicken, was juicy inside and crispy on the exterior. For the price it is a good deal. Portions are reasonable, definitely aim for the deals, sicker prices are on the high side. The floors and dining area could use a bit more love in cleaning and they are also limiting 1 dipping sauce per flavor now. Try to walk-in and order, from my experience mobile/drive through always has a long line and is much slower than walking in, YMMV.

    They never have anything ready... And the quality has gone down. I tried the ghost pepper wings that they were advertising, and when I pulled up they didn't have anything ready, and I had to pull over and wait for some to be made. they brought it out to me, and it look like two different batches put together like three old wings and two newly fried wings. I don't think I will go there again

    Honestly. The food is great when I get what I actually ordered. I'm honestly tired of going to this location and not getting what's on my ordered and having to drive all the way back and then inconvenience them. Honestly that on me because why do it keep trying to give them another chance. I've been there 4 times in the last 3 months and EVERY time I am missing at LEAST one item. Yes I said at least because I've had to drive back for more. You are paid for accuracy not speed, but honestly I think you're just trying to pump food out. It's lazy behavior and I don't work my butt off all day to make sure my customer's are taken care of, to come home and have my order wrong. The customer service is terrible at this location and they honestly don't care and I just don't get it. At least get off your microphone to tell me to have a good night or something don't just hand me a bad and slam the window along with not giving my full order. Don't act like your customer is an inconvenience when they come back to get what they PAID for. And I promise y'all this is not the first time they have heard this. I hope they get some better management direction so they can see how important they are. I think we can all agree on that.

    Very bad visit today. Took forever in the drive thru. Then, we waited for 10 minutes to get our very mediocre strawberry biscuits. I ordered a 12 piece nugget and fries. They gave me a 3 piece spicy chicken tender meal instead. I asked for no ice in my drink and they gave me ice. The sweet tea tasted like non-sweet. The chicken tenders they gave my husband in his surf & turf meal was so dry and seemed like it had been cooked yesterday (he gave me his tenders because I couldn't eat the spicy ones). This Popeyes has definitely gone downhill since it has opened.

    I would rate the atmosphere a 2 because of course it's nice like any other fast-food restaurant however it is dirty and the service that you received from the employees even the manager is the worst I don't know where they hired these people from but they really need to do some reconsidering as well the food is never ready I've waited up to 45 minutes in the past.     When they first opened they greeted you at the door with beads, played music and had a few TVs. Now all that's gone. The person at the counter wasn't very helpful. Parts of dining were blocked off and it was silent and empty other than a manager sitting at another table berating an employee.

    I go every once in a while around the same time 6pm to pick up dinner I was greeted by the cook I believe his name is Isaac he apologized for the manager ignoring me and having a nasty attitude I believe her name was Diana he reassured me that my meal would be fresh if I were to wait a few I told him I didn't mind and he didn't disappoint he was polite and the food was amazing chicken was spot on I recommend you guys go when this gentleman is working so far chicken has been Delicious when I see him back there the only bad thing is the same person in the front whose name is Diana she is very rude and has a nasty attitude

    Popeyes is genuinely one of my favorite places to go for delicious fried Chicken. Unfortunately, I've had to stop going recently because the past two times I've been there recently 1 or more of the kitchen staff have their masks pulled down over there nose. Until the staff learns how breathing works, I won't be going again.

    What would have been a 2 star rating jumped to a 5 star. Spoke to a manager after our order was missing two of the meals and had flat soda. The amazing evening manager I spoke to was so kind and understanding and had the missing meals and fresh soda delivered to us no extra charge! I didn't even ask!     Ordered online through their app, got there and was asked to park in front and they would bring my food right out. I waited 35 minutes and went through the drive thru again to see what was going on. Employee comes back with a bag of food that had been sitting there for a while. I guess they forgot to bring my food out to me. Did not eat the food. It was cold and nasty. What a waste of time and money.

    Finally, had a chance to got to Popeye's today with my family after the return of the chicken sandwich. We each ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fires. Of course you must try the sweet tea. The sandwich sizes varied. One was massive, one was very small and the others were average. Nothing like the original launch of their chicken sandwiches that they ran out of. But still delicious and worth getting

    Usually Popeye's Chicken sandwiches are the best. But a couple times in the last month or two at this location, I've been getting chicken sandwiches that are straight up made of rubber. I don't know if they're not cooked enough, or if they've been under the heat lamps too long, but they're terrible. It's really a bummer, especially because they're normally so good.

    Every time I order a Popeyes sandwich spicy or normal. I feel very ill I've tested it 4 different times to very. Yet I can eat Churches Chicken and be fine. I don't know what it is but it's just not good. Let me not also forget if you let the lemonade sit for to long it foams up and taste like nothing lemonade does not do that like what kind of drinks are you serving.     The N Campbell location. Ordered the chicken sandwich. It was not like the ones I've had before. It was a big chunk of a f fried chicken tender. It was dry and mostly breading. It was not the delicious chicken sandwich I've had before. Which is juicy and flavorful. Got the 2 piece for my friend. He said the rice in the rice and beans were undercooked. The beans we're also dry. By far the worst popeyes food we have had. I want my money back. We ended up giving most of the food to the dogs.

    If you’re looking for anything healthy or refined, fried chicken is obviously not that. However, if you’re needing comfort food, something that’s cheap and/or fast, Popeyes certainly takes care of that. The service is also quite genuine that makes you feel you are receiving southern hospitality. Overall, it’s a very enjoyable experience, and I think Popeyes is tastier than Church’s, for instance. I do wish that palm oil wasn’t used in the biscuits however

    I ordered the 10 dollar sampler which includes 2 pieces of chicken, 2 tenders, shrimp, and two sides. Got all the way home and all chicken items were missing. It's 10 at night and I just got off of work and I don't wanted want to drive all the way back but I paid money to only get a few measly shrimp size shrimps. Called to ask to be refunded seeing as I wasn't going to drive 30 minutes back, and let's be honest I didn't get my meal, they wouldn't. All they would offer was to replace my meal whenever I come back. I just can't believe they forgot the chicken, I mean it's in the name!

    Lady at window -Morisa with blue hair super rude smashed my mashed potatoes and gravy in package which made them leak everywhere, forgot half my order and red beans and rice were not done horrible
