I have many reasons to say “don’t live here!” That Im not sure where to begin Lol the management is pathetic. They made me change the skirt to my mobile home and over charged me for it. I couldn’t sell it because I had to pay off the skirt. The managers are extremely SHADY. They kept my deposit. There always leaving signs on your front door. They are a class act it’s pathetic

Dark!! no security! Young adults walking around late looking???? Speed bumps some are decent heights others are ridiculous high where you bump your bottom a 2 miles an hour! Too expensive rent for what they give there renters! The office staff should be courteous! They are nice when you first ho in.... Then .... The true colors come out! They harass and be little patrons and are constantly harassing. 6 day grace period cause seniors usually get there checks on the 3rd.... So constantly get something on the door! I wish I could afford to move out because I hate them being sooooo belittling me cause I get paid on the 3rd!!! Check your office help...

This the best, well maintained motor home parks in Tucson that I've seen. Well with the monthly rental fee and enough amenities to keep you entertained and satisfied.

So I walked into Silverlakes' office this afternoon kinda scared thinking that I was going to have a bad experience with the office staff, I know its sounds funny because I'm a adult and well after me seeing all these comments I was just Ok I'll try it anyway. But anyhow I did and I actually had a good vibe from them I got help the way I was supposed too, I as well had a drive around this park before going into the office, its' very well maintain, So I will definitely come back .

Place is to strict and people at the front desk are way to shady. Anyone can come and there have been report of people stealing from here. They don’t even have security, only the weird old guy driving around his golf cart taking pictures of every singe thing people do. And giving them warnings, can’t even look at him with the front office already leaving a paper at your door. Plus being way to expensive.

Not a bad place to live. (I used to live there) But not if you live alone and are unable to maintain the trailer and the yard and can't afford to hire anyone to help. Also, the management is so picky about every little thing, it's more like they're micro-managing. (Not exaggerating) And now they have a security guard at the entrance, which sounds great at first, but they even ask you who you're going to see and list off some rules. Used to feel more like home. Now feels more like the prison across the street from it. They act like it's a fancy country club for rich people. It's just a trailer park.

"R B" If you follow the rules you would n't get letters like you say you do. I've lived here for several years already and haven't once gotten a notice from the office. I like the office people they are good people. If you don't want letters well follow the rules, any where you go their will be rules to follow just saying..

TOO EXPENSIVE! almost 600$ lot fee with yearly increase. This greedy company wants to put families on the street during hard times. You think we would get a break after the pandemic! But NO! This is a trailer park not a luxury high rise apartment.

DO NOT LIVE HERE !!!! lot fee is 560$ plus mortgage, gas, electric, water, sewage, trash and property taxes. Comes out to over 1500 a month for a trailer park. This place is in the middle of no where in the desert. This is not a major city and charging people a ridiculous amount. When I first signed my lease I was told rent would increase 20$ a year, but that was a lie it is a 50$ increase a year. My sister lives in the trailer park down the road and pays 200$ less and they have a gym and way more amenities. It cost more to live in this trailer park than a luxury condo in the area. You have no privacy at all. There is absolutely nothing special about this place that deserves almost a 600$ lot fee.

Based on what another user said, I disagree. I love our management and front desk lady. You probably just broke a rule and got in trouble so now you complain. We have good management and good rules. But sadly I do agree with the last part. Their daughter does have problems with the sex and drugs and typical immature teenager things and they did hire her so I don't understand.

First mobile home community I've ever lived in. Was a bit nervous due to everything you hear about "trailer parks". Lived here for 2 years now. Very clean park, well maintained, quite and peaceful. Nice neighbors, great managers who are very responsive. Due to inflation, prices for housing is skyrocketing. I have a 2 bed/2 bath place that costs me less than a decent apartment. Lot rent + all utilities average me $700-$800 per month. I looked at cheaper parks and yeah they were a bit scary. This one has a swimming pool, playground, basketball court, free car wash, laundry room, vending machines including purified water filling. 3 mins from the freeway so quick easy access to most places. Very happy I ended up here.

Silverlake estates is by far one of the cleanest trailer park I have ever seen it is one of the best not only because it is very clean but the street seems to be brand new too I believe they pave the roads here like every three months or some thing like but besides that the community is very aware and it makes you feel like it is a very safe place to live
