    My husband bought me a new bracelet for Christmas. I went in store to exchange it for another size but they didn’t have the size I wanted, so they special ordered it. Told me it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive in store. It took 6 weeks. Every time I called to check on it they wouldn’t even look it up by my name, but just told me if we get it in we’ll call you and that’s how you’ll know it’s here. So that was a bit disappointing. Then I finally go in today to pick up my bracelet and it’s really stiff and once the employee (name started with a Y) tried helping me get it off and on she mentioned that it was really extra stiff. So she tried to show her manager Ashleigh H. But the manager without looking at it just responded, it’s fine, it will stretch. So the younger employee helping me who seemed totally discouraged but also seemed to know this bracelet wasn’t the best quality told me it would stretch and I just said ok and left with it but we couldn’t get it to close again so I walked out of the store with it open trying to see if I would be able to get it to close by myself. I walked and met my family two stores down. My husband tried helping me put the bracelet on my wrist and it was so tight we both agreed, stretch or not, I don’t want it. It seems like a defective bracelet. So I walked back into the Pandora store and I was the only customer. The manager and the girl who just helped me were available and I explained that I would like a bigger size bracelet because the one that I received doesn’t seem like it will work. I showed them how it didn’t close and the manager said to me “it wasn’t like that a few minutes ago before you left with it”. Wow. That was rude and accusatory. So I explained that myself and her other employee tried telling her this before I left and once I left I continued to try to play with the bracelet but it wouldn’t close properly. The manager let me exchange it for another size but as she was doing so she was telling her employees that they need to mark that bracelet as damaged and they can’t resell it now. Again wow. I received a defective bracelet that not even the first employee could not successfully close for me but then I was treated as if I did something wrong. So I just waited until the end of February to finally enjoy my Christmas present, receive a defective bracelet and then was treated like I did something wrong because I requested a good quality product. Awesome! This is my first and last time going to Pandora at Park Place Mall. I much prefer the customer service at Kendra Scott or Tiffany & Co.

    Went in about 3 weeks ago now to buy $500 worth of mostly marvel charms along with the bracelet. The store lead that assisted me was nice and helpful at first. However, she sold me on applying for the credit card so I could get 10% off which would have made a good difference to me since I was buying so much. At the end of the transaction when the credit card has already been opened and I’m checking out I remind her of the 10% off and she then decides to mention that sometimes it doesn’t work on marvel product… which she knew before mentioning the discount was mostly what I was buying. Of course when she “tried” to apply the discount it in fact did not work at that time. Would only work for the one non-marvel charm I was buying that would have saved me about $7 vs $50 I was expecting when getting the credit card. She did not try anything further to honor the discount on the whole transaction, she just let me be upset and stress about the situation in front of her. I could not un-apply for a credit card that I did not need in the first place and these were for a gift so I took the Charms with no discount even on the non-marvel one so she would give me her hand written card promising 10% off on my next purchase as if I’ll ever spend that much there again in my life. I felt conned and now I’m stuck with a new worthless credit card as I never want to shop there again. The associate was nice to my face but should not be selling people on the credit card with a 10% off promise if it doesn’t work on everything in the first place which she failed to mention. Ive worked retail for years now and as a manager, even if I had messed up and “forgot” that sometimes it doesn’t work on some items I would do whatever is needed to honor the small discount. Extremely unprofessional way to do business and the experience has been eating at me since I left.

    Customer service sucks. Making a line outside is asinine. It's getting worse. I hate this location. No consistency on the workforce. Snotty smployees. Making customers wait outside sucks.

    The staff here is always extremely rude. I think they look down on people if they are not dressed a certain way or have a certain purse, perhaps. They probably don't even know if my jeans are Balmain. Their products are trendy, but not all that expensive, so they have no reason to behave this way. I don't know if this is specific to this location or just the way they train their staff everywhere. If I didn't have a family member that likes them, I would never go here.

    My boyfriend and his sister went into the store to purchase a Christmas gift for me. They waited in line like everyone else and once they got in they were trying to decide on what to get me for not even 3 minutes before an employee approached them and told them “If you’re not going to buy anything RIGHT NOW, I’m gonna have to ask you to leave.” There were people who had been there in the store longer than they had and I just think it was extremely rude to go up to them and say that to them. They might not look like they can afford stuff but they most certainly can. The entire time the employee interacted with them she was rude and unhelpful. My boyfriend and his sister were so upset that they were being stereotyped that they just quickly picked something out. It wasn’t even what my boyfriend wanted to get for me.

    Always poor customer service here. Rude employees, I've had trouble in the past but I had to stop in today because someone bought me something online and had to be picked up from here. The ring came in a crappy little tiny envelope and was wadded up in a tiny piece of tissue. I asked the employee for a regular bag, ring box and some tissue and she told me that's the way online orders are packaged, with a slight attitude. Doesn't this company make enough money to be able to at least give everyone their order whether it was purchased in store or online, in a nice package? Ridiculous. Shouldn't matter weather it was purchased in store or online

    Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife ordered something for pick up in store and when she got there for pick up she had to wait in line for over two hours even though she paid on line already for her things. She had our baby with her, asleep in her arms and went up to the front to see if she could just pick up her already paid for items. They told her she had to go back in line and wait. We will never shop at this store again and probably never at pandora in general. They have three employees working the store during the holidays. Not very smart. General manager must just be trying to capitalize too much in profit and not focusing enough on customer satisfaction. Not a well ran store.

    This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly polite and nice. The manager was always around making sure the customers were satisfied and the staff were doing well which they always were. The selection was awesome. They had every charm I could've imagined. I ended up buying 4 charms for myself. The manager came up to us and was so nice and polite asking us if we needed help. Her name was Rondha. If you need any help ask for her.

    The jewelry is great. My wife loves it. However, only gave 3 stars because of the wait line just to be served. I understand the concern for Covid-19. But there must be a better way to service their customers. At least have seating available for the wait. Not everyone they serve are young and can handle the long wait.

    I had such a good time at this pandora location, was able to get everything I needed with the help of Adison and some of the workers. They made my visit unforgettable, I was upset because the other location at the Tucson mall gave me nothing but attitude while I was there, but Adison made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

    I ordered a necklace online for store pickup in the morning, payment was accepted and removed from my account. I called to see if I could pick it up late afternoon the same day and was told by the sales person that she canceled it right away because there was limited stock. They now have my monies for the necklace and wont be returned for st least 3 business days. No notification was sent or courtesy call placed. Sorry a$$ excuse they call customer service....park place location

    The manager was very rude and not helpful what so ever once again very rude, kept giving me Short answers, was pushing us to hurry and shop around made me and my little Nice very uncomfortable. The store was not busy for her to have been so rushed and pushy but then another lady behind us she help and was totally different with her and treater her right

    I placed an online order with klarna. One piece didn’t work out so I brought it in store to return and even tho the klarna app clearly shoes it was paid with my debit card that I had with me they refused my return . I shouldn’t have to be hassled for a return because their site allows you to use klarna it shouldn’t be a problem to return an order back to klarna . It’s a waste of my time especially when I had to drive 30 mins to make this return to begin with.

    I went to Park place Pandora on Wednesday around 12:30. There was only two people working, one employee went to the back room while the other girl worked alone. I think she was new because she really didn't know what to do. I'm assuming the manager was the woman in the back, she never came out to help. There was four customers in the store with one employee working and it took forever. Service was horrible at this location.
