Robert put a new battery in my wristwatch. It only took him about a minute, and was very friendly and down-to-Earth. The shop is clearly well-stocked with watch batteries and other items; management is obviously on-top of things. Would recommend R&J as a great place for watch-related services!

This place is fantastic!! I’ve never been treated so well by a business. They were prompt and courteous. Very attentive to my needs. This is the only Jewelry and watch repair I’ll go to from now on. I highly recommend this shop above all others. I have a lot of very expensive jewelry that I don’t trust to just anyone. Mr. Eilers snd his wife gained my trust and respect. Going anywhere else is a complete waste of time.

I have had two great experiences with Robert at R&J and will certainly use them in the future for local watch repair/fixes. He's done one battery replacement and on another watch he took his time to diagnose a moisture issue behind the watch face and ended up replacing all the gaskets to correct the issue (which took multiple visits). Every time I have come in Robert and his team have been helpful, friendly, and all around great people. Prices are very reasonable and service is usually quick, if you have to leave your watch or jewelry you will get a timely call back when your item is ready for pickup. Highly recommend!

Great service! Friendly staff and decent prices. I needed batteries replaced in two watches and a new band. They were even able to replace the buckle in the new band to better match the watch. And they were fast! Definitely worth the trip!

I have gotten two necklaces fixed here and both times it has been top of the line service. Even though the pieces I brought in were not the most expensive, designer things, they were still treated with the utmost care and consideration. I was walked through exactly what they would be doing to fix my pieces and had all my questions answered thoroughly. They finished my repairs before their estimated window both times. I will never go to any other jewellery repair in town!

Just got my wedding ring cleaned here, they have a basic cleaning for free! Totally worth it, and now my ring is sparkly clean again. Only took a few minutes. Definitely recommending this place to my friends and family!

Wow! It's so nice to see a tradesman that really cares about his work. Brought in 2 bracelets on Saturdey for some repair. Was told it would be about a week. Two week days is all it took! Under-promise and over deliver! So refreshing. He even fixed more on the one bracelet than originally planned. I offered to pay more, but he wouldn't let me. Super service and high quality workmanship!

My rosary beads broke twice. R&J came up in the Google search as "watch repair." I took a chance and took the beads for repair. The man behind the desk fixed my beads quickly and without complaint - both times. He charged me nothing and sent me on my way. I took a vintage manual watch in because I was worried that it was running slow. The watch is a very rare piece from the 1930s that I had recently acquired and I was worried sick about it. They kept the watch for a.few days and let me know that it seemed to be running fine. Turned out I was under winding it and it didn’t need any services at all. There were no charges for their time or the assessment. Their help, honesty and integrity were fantastic and much appreciated. I will bring all my watches and jewelry repairs to R&J from now on.

I brought in four watches and she was able to work on them immediately. She replaced all the batteries and was done in 30 minutes with all four watches. The prices were extremely reasonable. I highly recommend R&J Jewelry.

Came in for a simple battery service one day. The store owner Robert noticed a bit of moisture in the face of the watch, without saying he not only cleaned out the water but also replaced the gasket to insure a better seal without charging extra. He said it was preventative maintenance since he already had it apart, and If that isnt 5 🌟 service i dont know what is.

This place was recommended to me by friends as the best place for jewelry repair, so I stopped by to see what they could do for a screw back earring that had been squashed. He set aside his work and straightened it on the spot no charge so now it functions well. I will definitely bring all further repairs and reworks here.

I was told to bring my custom made chain here to get fixed, and was amazed by the quality and professionalism. Everything was handled beyond anything I expected. So just stop what you're doing and just go see R&J jewelry if ya need something fixed.

Robert is an incredible jeweler. He is extremely skilled and the top in his field. He is extremely knowledgable. His wife, Jasmine, is also very helpful. Their store is beautiful, and clean and very nicely maintained. They have all of the latest cutting-edge equipment such as 3-d printers, engraving machines, laser welders, etc. He always has a solution for anything and everything jewelry related. He also takes the time to explain things one-on-one, which is greatly appreciated. Could not recommend highly enough!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. This place deserves nothing less. The owners are down to earth and quick to help with any problem you have with anything revolving around jewlery/watches. Great prices and quick turnaround on fixes. I love the fact that they are local and I get the chance to support them. I will not go anywhere else for such work to be done, especially considering how knowledgeable they are. Whether the pieces you want fixed are sentimental or just really expensive, they treat them all as if they are priceless with such care. Can't express how happy I am with the work they put into the pieces I hold near and dear to my heart.

I had smashed my engagement ring in a drawer when I was moving. Every other place in town had a 2 week wait minimum. I came here handed the gentleman my ring and he had it repaired within 5 minutes! It's looks better than than ever too! I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Very lovely people and very lovely businesses.

Went today with my daughter to have these guys verify the authenticity of some Rolex’s. The staff was amazing, extremely nice, and soooo willing to help. I got permanent jewelry at a flea market weeks ago when unfortunately the bracelet broke. R&J Jewelry was able to fix it given my totally unusual circumstances. Service was quick and wonderful and the price definitely fit the quality of work. This type of repair of permanent jewelry is not the type of service they offer, but I was pleasantly surprised by how willing they were to fix it. As far as repairs go, I definitely recommend this place. Really made my day how quick and efficient they were.

I recently had my first jewelry service with R & J Jewelry. Robert was very nice, helpful and informative. I had a ring sized that had been gifted to me. He did a really nice job on it and delivered it at the time he said he would. He also did a couple of super quick repairs on a link of a bracelet and a necklace. Additionally he asked if I would like my wedding ring cleaned and he cleaned it up nicely for me for no charge. I really like that this is a locally owned business and I will be back for anything else I might need.
